Abstract

The Research Chromatogram Profile Of Activities Antibacterial Extracts Isolates Marine Fungi in Algae Kappaphycus alvarezii by TLC Bioautography has been done with the intention of doing the screening test of pathogenic bacteria that can be inhibited by the extract of F3 (extract liquid culture and extract mycelia) and extracts of E (extract liquid culture and extract mycelia ) and see chromatogram profile of liquid culture extract of F3 on bacteria Escherichia coli and mycelia extract of E on bacteria Bacillus subtilis. This research was conducted purification of Fungi isolates E and F3 followed by fermentation process of fungi isolates for 3 weeks. Then proceed with the extraction process using an ethyl acetate solvent. The solvent was evaporated to obtain a dry extract, followed by a screening test of antibacterial activity against bacterial pathogenic, antibacterial activity test by TLC Bioautography to liquid culture extract of F3 and extract mycelia of E. The results of the screening test with a concentration of 250 µg was obtained to extract liquid culture of F3 and E provide activity against 5 pathogenic bacteria to extract mycelia while F3 and E provide activity against two bacterial pathogens. Separation of compounds by TLC using the ethyl acetate eluent: ethanol: water (8: 2: 1). The result of TLC Bioautography test of liquid culture extract of F3 to bacteria Escherichia coli and mycelia extract of E on bacteria Bacillus subtilis showed the existence of antibacterial activity.

Abstract

The study of optimum time determination of secondary metabolite production of Actinomycetes bacteria isolate from Jatropha curcas L root of the soil (Jatropha curcas (L) of pathogenic bacteria has been done with the aim to determine pathogen bacteria that can be inhibited by Actinomycetes bacteria and determine the optimum time in producing secondary metabolite to pathogenic bacteria. The first phase of this study is to isolate Actinomycetes purification IBPT 01. Then performed a screening test of activity against pathogenic bacteria. Furthermore, the timing of production of antibiotics or secondary metabolites with bacterial fermentation Actinomycetes IBPT 01 begins on the 1st day until the 28th day and carried out the activity of antibiotics for 28 days. The results obtained in the screening test Actinomycetes bacteria activity IBPT code 01 provides antibacterial activity with category which has a diameter of 20 mm 11- barriers against 8 bacteria while one bacterium with diameter> 20 mm including strong category. Optimization results showed that the isolated bacteria Actinomycetes capable of producing secondary metabolites on 9 day, 8 day, 7 day, 4 day and 26 day. From this research can be concluded that the bacterial isolates of Actinomycetes IBPT 01 can provide the optimum time to produce different secondary metabolites.

Abstract

Gout is the result of metabolism in the body whose levels should not be excessive, everyone has uric acid in their body, because every normal metabolism will produce uric acid while the trigger is food factors and other compounds that contain lots of purines. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving Moringa oleifera leaf infusion on blood uric acid levels in mice using 25 mice which were divided into 5 groups, namely the positive control group, the infusion 20%, and the infusion 40%, infusion 60% and negative control with treatment for 3 weeks. Measurement of uric acid levels using an autocheck tool. The results of the measurement of uric acid levels in the infusion group 20% showed an average decrease of 0.16 mg/dl, in the 40% group the infusion showed an average value of 0.62 mg/dl and in the infusion group 60% showed an average value of 0.92 mg/dl. The higher the concentration of Moringa oleifera infusion, the lower the uric acid level
