Abstract

This paper focuses on the emergence of nuanced political radicalism in various official forums and social media, which are believed to have implications for the integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. This research is qualitative with a literature review. The literature review is under discussion by looking for references related to issues and acts of radicalism that threaten national unity. The data analysis collects various references related to the discussion carried out and examines them from several references. This research finds that the issues and actions that occur in Indonesia are not new because of the existence of groups that are not in line with the government's thinking so that in political nuances, this becomes a very urgent matter. The state considers this problem to have implications for the existence of the current ruler. At the same time, radicalism has been increasingly heard since the digital era, where all citizens, who practice and sympathize with others, will all be channeled through the internet so that issues of radicalism and the power of unity can be found through internet access.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengukur efek dari penerapan pembelajaran metode Out Door Study pada mata pelajaran IPS dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMP pada lingkungan hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian esperimen dengan Randomized Control Group pretest posttest. Penelitian ini melibatkan 77 siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 15 Makassar, yang diklasifikasi ke dua kelompok yaitu kelas eksperimen berjumlah 39 siswa dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 38 siswa. Subjek penelitian itu dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPS terpadu pokok bahasan lingkungan hidup kelas IX B yang diajar dengan metode out door study berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 7,026, sedangkan kelas IX D yang diajar dengan metode konvensional berada pada kategori sedang dengan rata-rata 6,500. Penelitian ini juga menujukkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas, hasil analisis statistik inferensial (uji hipotesis)) menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan metode out door study lebih tinggi dibandingkan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan metode konvensional pada taraf kepercayaan 95%.

Abstract

This study was to understand rural communities' communication, interaction models, and literacy during the pandemic, especially issues related to social activities and worship in places of community activity. We carry out this study in a descriptive qualitative study. Our data is obtained from more than 100 legal and health science books and journal topics; we selected 50 out of 100 as a sample. We examine the study with a phenomenological approach. Data analysis involves data coding systems, in-depth data analysis, interpreting data, and providing conclusions that can answer problems with high validity. As for the results, we understand that village communities continue to interact and communicate with fellow residents by holding traditional and religious events during the pandemic emergency response period. In other words, the people in the village are undoubtedly aware of the issues and rules in responding to the pandemic. This is different in the model and literacy of its interaction with people in cities where they are ready to respond to pandemic policies. This is because the understanding and contact model of community social interaction in the village developed long before the pandemic response. Therefore, we hope the results of this study will be helpful for similar studies in the future.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTergerusnya Pemahaman nilai-nilai budaya lokal pada siswa yang merupakan bagian dari nilai-nilai moderasi beragama telah mengakibatkan siswa menurunnya pemahaman budaya lokal sehingga sebahagian siswa kehilangan identitasnya para siswa sudah kehilangan rasa malu (siri?) dan rasa empati kepada negaranya (pacce?). Selain itu pula di era sekarang para remaja mengalami degradasi moral. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (i) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran sekolah adat ammatoa kajang dalam upaya penanaman nilai agama dan budaya pada guru dan siswa sebagai upaya memperkuat moderasi beragama (ii) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi nilai agama dan budaya pada guru dan siswa sebagai upaya memperkuat moderasi beragama. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan memahami upaya implementasi nilai agama dan budaya dalam upaya memperkuat moderasi beragama di sekolah adat ammatoa kajang. Informan ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan partisipatif. Teknik analisis data melalui berbagai tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik dan waktu.?Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa siswa di Sekolah Adat Ammatoa Kajang perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari pihak sekolah yakni guru untuk mendapatkan edukasi penanaman nilai agama dan budaya sesuai mata pelajaran agama dan budaya berbasis moderasi agama yang dikonsepkan oleh kementerian agama. Upaya menanamkan nilai budaya yaitu 1) mengenalkan budaya-budaya yang ada di Indonesia melalui bacaan buku dan literasi digital 2) menceritakan nilai-nilai budaya lokal daerah 3) mengenalkan sejak dini budaya-budaya dari setiap daerah yang berbeda. Upaya menanamkan nilai keagamaan pada siswa dimulai dengan memberikan kepada mereka nilai-nilai yaitu: 1) nilai ketauhidan 2) nilai moral, dan (3) nilai akhlak/perilaku.

Abstract

Kerajinan dream cather sebagai upaya pelatihan dalam social-entrepreneurship pada mahasiswa Prodi Sosiologi. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan agar mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan, kemandirian dan jiwa kewirausahaan sosial sebagai wujud cara dalam menyelesaikan masalah sosial melalaui strategi bisnis. Selain itu, untuk membantu mahasiswa agar dapat mengembangkan kerajinan tangan yang bernilai ekonomis dengan pemanfaatan barang bekas dan limbah bulu ayam menjadi sebuah hiasan pernak pernik dan dapat dijadikan gantungan kunci yakni dream catcher. Pendampingan dilakukan secara langsung di kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Metode pelaksanaan pendampingan adalah melakukan praktik langsung kemudian di demonstrasikan di depan mahasiswa. Materi pendampingan disampaikan dengan mempresentasikan sejarah asal usul dan langkah-langkah pembuatan dream catcher. Hasil pendampingan ini mahasiswa mendapatkan referensi baru untuk membuat kerajinan tangan yang dapat bernilai ekonomis dan berbahan baku yang mudah didapatkan. Kemudian mahasiswa juga merencanakan startegi pemasaran pada para pelaku usaha yaitu dengan tetap menjaga kualitas produk kerajinan tangan dream catcher, promosi dan pengemasan yang unik.

Abstract

This research aims to further examine what social impacts are experienced by a child who is a victim of Domestic Violence (KDRT) and to provide equal attention to children as the nation's shoots and is expected to be able to suppress acts of violence which continue to increase every year. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research, namely research on natural object conditions where the researcher is a key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out in a triangulation (combined) manner, data analysis is inductive, qualitative research data emphasizes meaning rather than generalization. The results of the study show that domestic violence greatly affects children's character education. Because children learn and imitate and gain knowledge about the use of violence in solving problems. Children can learn and imitate from acts of violence committed by fathers to mothers, and peers, teachers / lecturers against him.

Abstract

The dynamics of women's roles in urban society is a complex phenomenon that continues to change along with the times. Urban areas have become dynamic and diverse centers of life, creating challenges and opportunities for women in carrying out their roles. The purpose of the research is to explore the experiences, perceptions, and understandings of urban women about their roles in society. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data is obtained through in-depth interviews with 15 women from various backgrounds in Makassar city to understand women’s experiences directly and deeply, as well as direct observation of women's roles in the current urban society. The data collected will be analyzed thematically to find out the role of women in the current urban society. The results of this study show that the dynamics of women's roles in urban society have developed significantly along with social and economic transformation. In the midst of the development of cities, women are not only limited to their traditional roles as housewives, but are also increasingly actively involved in various sectors of life.

Abstract

This study highlights the cultural transformation of the millennial generation in urban Indonesia, influenced by technological advances, social media and globalisation. Despite maintaining a unique cultural identity, this generation faces challenges in maintaining a balance between modernity and cultural heritage. The implications include policy development and cultural maintenance in the future. Previous research has examined the influence of globalisation on young people, but this study provides a specific focus on millennials' responses to foreign culture and behavioural changes, making a valuable contribution to previous understanding.
