Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) Untuk mengetahui pendapatan tenaga tenaga kerja Industri Emping Melinjo di Kecamatan Burneh Kabupaten Bangkalan, (2) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan tenaga kerja terhadap pendapatan keluarga di sektor industri Emping Melinjo di Kecamatan Burneh Kabupaten Bangkalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan keluarga di Kecamatan Burneh Kabupaten Bangkalan (Dengan jumlah pendapatan terkecil yaitu 38 orang atau 44% yaitu Rp 750.000-Rp 1.100.000. Kemudian pada jumlah pendapatan terbesar yang diperoleh tenaga kerja ialah Rp.2.150.000-Rp.2.500.000 berjumlah 2 orang atau 2%. Sedangkan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan di sektor industri Emping Melinjo di Kecamatan Burneh Kabupaten Bangkalan bahwa kontribusi pendapatan keluarga terbesar/Tinggi  sebanyak 24 orang atau 28 %, kemudian  nilai yang terkecil/sangat rendah ialah 10 orang atau 11 %.HOME INDUSTRY MELINJO ROLE IN IMPROVING INCOME FAMILIES IN THE DISTRICT DISTRICT BURNEH BANGKALANABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the following matters: (1) to determine the earnings of industrialworkers in the district chips melinjo Burneh Bangkalan district. (2) to determine the contribution of labor income to the family income in theindustrial sectorin the sub chips melinjo Burneh Bangkalan district.the result showed that the income of families in the district (with the smallest amount of income that is 38 or 44% is Rp 750.000-Rp 1.100.000, then the largest amount of income earned is labor Rp.2.150.000-2.500.000 amounted to 2 or 2%.While the contribution to earning in the industrial sector in the sub chips melinjo Burneh Bangkalan district that contributes the largest family incomeas many as 24 people or 28%, then the smallest value is 10 or 11%

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia bisnis yang sangat pesat telah berdampak pada semakin banyaknya unit usaha yang  membutuhkan jasa  pengiriman barang.  Jasa  pengiriman  barang dengan kualitas pelayanan yang baik, harga yang kompetitif dan dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan akan mampu mendorong pelanggannya untuk loyal. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan PDAM Sumber Pocong di Dusun Kencat Kelurahan Bancaran Kabupaten Bangkalan, terdapat 180 Populasi sehinga Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 119 pelanggan PDAM Sumber Pocong Bangkalan.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel insidental. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PDAM Sumber Pocong di Dusun Kencat Kelurahan Bancaran Kabupaten Bangkalan, baik secara parsial atau simultan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji T dan Uji F. Untuk memperoleh hasil uji T dan Uji F  yang baik terlebih dahulu dilakukan regresi linier berganda.

Abstract

Indonesia has a culinary diversity that stretches from west to east Indonesia and is still embedded in the social life of the local community. Each region has its own unique food because each culture is different from one another. For example, Madurese cuisine is synonymous with spicy salty taste. The development of the Food House business in Bangkalan is progressing very quickly. One example in Bangkalan is Mie whip, Mie endes, and so on. Many things are taken into consideration by consumers to arrive at a decision to choose a particular restaurant or company. The restaurant management must try to meet the criteria that are considered by consumers, both in terms of service quality, price and location so that they can easily attract consumer buying interest. One of them at the Endess Mie Restaurant is a noodle restaurant that is currently popular among young people. Based on the background that arises above, it makes researchers interested in conducting research on "The Effect of Price, Quality and Location on Consumer Interest." This research uses Mie Endes Arosbaya as the object of research. The population in this study was the end of the Arosbaya noodle restaurant and the sample taken was 60 people with questionnaire data as an instrument. The method in this research is quantitative research. This type of research uses associative research. associative research is a type of research that aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. The results showed that price partially had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant, location partially had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant, while service quality partially had no effect on consumer buying interest in Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant, and simultaneously price, service quality and location have a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is very important in the development of the digital business world in Indonesia, which is currently in a state of the covid pandemic. This community service aims to provide training and digital marketing assistance to the home industry in the village of Bandang Daja to be able to improve the economy of the village community, it is necessary to have knowledge about the use of digital marketing applications in this case Canva and social media. This service method is carried out by counseling, discussing, asking questions and continuing with direct practice of using the application. From the results of this activity, the response of the Home Industry owner to the delivery of the material was 80% very understanding and 20% understood. While at the practice stage, the response of the Home Industry owner to the practice session was 90% very understanding and 10% understood. With this training, it is hoped that it can improve the entrepreneurial spirit during the current covid pandemic and have a positive influence on the knowledge of Home Industry owners and their application in digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

The basis of this research is the change in service that is felt by changes in payments made by electronic payments to get e-tickets at the port branch of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Kamal Bangkalan, currently PT. ASDP's policy in deploying e-tickets is to change the system from using manual tickets to e-tickets, so that during the implementation process there are still complaints and dissatisfaction from passengers in using the e-ticket service. consumers have a need to learn. The question posed in this study is whether the quality of information and service systems can have a positive effect on passenger satisfaction. on passengers. satisfaction when using PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of field research. The object of this research is the consumers of PT ASDP Ferry Indonesia (Persero), namely through passengers who use e-ticketing services. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique with 30 samples as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. Methods of data analysis in this study used research instrument tests, classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression tests, t-statistical tests and F-statistical tests, analyzed using SPSS20 software and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results also showed that system quality, information quality and service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in using the e-ticketing service of PT ASDP Indonesia (Persero) Ferry. Partially, system quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on information quality (X2) and service quality (X3) has a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction (Y) PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) uses an online ticket service system.
