Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu teknologi yang saat ini mulai dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk memproduksi komponen yaitu printing tiga dimensi. Printing tiga dimensi merupakan alat bantu membuat komponen otomotif dari desain tiga dimensi menjadi komponen nyata. Kebermanfaatan alat printing 3 dimensi ini ke depan sangat besar, pada saat membutuhkan komponen kita hanya perlu mendesain komponen tersebut didalam aplikasi dan selanjutnya dicetak menggunakan printing tiga dimensi. Permasalahan guru dan siswa SMK otomotif yang membutuhkan komponen otomotif yang langka dapat diantisipasi dengan penggunaan printing tiga dimensi. Alat printing tiga dimensi mampu membuat komponen sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari guru dan siswa. Sehingga guru dan siswa otomotif memerlukan pengetahuan dan pelatihan mengenai printing tiga dimensi beserta cara pembuatan komponen dengan alat printing tiga dimensi. Sehingga pelatihan printing tiga dimensi sangat bermanfaat bagi siswa dan guru. Tempat pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan di Laboratorium Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta. Waktu pelaksanaan pelatihan adalah tanggal 3 November 2018. Peserta pelatihan yaitu guru dan siswa SMK se-karisidenan Surakarta, dengan jumlah guru 12 dan siswa sebanyak 10 siswa dari SMK-SMK di wilayah Surakarta. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode penyampaian materi serta pelatihan dan diskusi. Hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan ini yaitu peserta pelatihan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai software untuk desain 3 Dimensi yang gratis untuk dunia pendidikan. Peserta juga mendapatkan keterampilan membuat desain 3 Dimensi dalam aplikasi Autodesk Fusion 360. Serta keterampilan yang diperoleh oleh peserta yaitu keterampilan pembuatan desain 3 dimensi sekaligus melakukan cetak desain yang dibuat menjadi benda yang nyata dalam bentuk 3 dimensi. Kata kunci: 3D; printing; pelatihan; guru. AbstractOne technology that is currently being used by the community to produce components is to print three dimensions. Printing three dimensions into a tool makes automotive components from three-dimensional design a real component. The usefulness of this 3-dimensional printing tool is very large, when a component is needed we only need to design the component in the application and then need to use three-dimensional printing. The problem of automotive vocational teachers and students who need automotive components that can be anticipated by using three-dimensional printing. Three-dimensional printing tools are able to make components according to the needs of the teacher and students. Related to automotive teachers and students, knowledge and training about three-dimensional printing is needed in how to make components with three-dimensional printing. Printing three-dimensional training is very beneficial for students and teachers. The place for conducting the training was conducted at the Indonusa Surakarta Polytechnic Laboratory. The time for the training is November 3, 2018. The trainees are vocational teachers and students from Surakarta residency, with 12 teachers and 10 students from Vocational Schools in the Surakarta region. The training was conducted with the method of delivering material and training and discussion. The results of the training are that trainees gain knowledge and insights about software for 3-dimensional design that is free for the world of education. Participants also obtained 3-dimensional design skills in the Autodesk Fusion 360 application. As well as the skills gained by participants, they were three-dimensional design skills to create designs that were made into real objects in 3-dimensional form. Keywords: 3D; printing; training; teacher

Abstract

The types of automotive components today vary greatly. The presence of more components types make it difficult to find suitable automotive components. 3D Printing Machine is a new breakthrough to overcome these problems. This is based on the working concept of a 3-dimensional printing machine that make components done by the product design process and then print it through a 3-dimensional printing machine. This concept is further developed in the form of feasibility test of several aspects which are able to assess the results of the component products in order to be marketed. The purpose of this research is to see the feasibility of 3-dimensional printing machine products in terms of component shapes, component functions, terms of component dimensions and in the terms of similarity to the original product. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive quantitative comparative qualitative. The results of this study are, 1) The 3-dimensional product design has a similarity of 50%, but it is still lacking for the amount of fillet (upper angular curvature of the design). Meanwhile, for the size and shape in general have been made in accordance with the original product. 2) Forms that can be made from 3-dimensional printing still look less ergonomic. 4) The performance or function of the 3-dimensional printing component is able to match its function. 5) The weight of the 3-dimensional priting component is 47.19% heavier than the original component. 6) The dimensions of the components of 3-dimensional printing results on average for flat areas have a deviation of about 5.39% and for the profile field it reaches 35.29%.

Abstract

This paper reports on community service activities carried out by the Politechnic Indonusa of Surakarta team foreign exchange reserves. Devotion is focused on the members of the cadet reef who have graduated from school that aim to provide knowledge and skill regarding repairs and maintenance of air conditioning (ac) cars. Through this program, it is expected that participants will be better prepared to open jobs in the service areas. This devotion begins with theoretical delivery, consisting of basic component materials and an automobile - conditioned mechanical system. Materials are delivered by methods of speech, discussion and question-and-answer. Participants are given understanding on how the components work, unloading the tides, checking damage, cleaning and trouble shooting on car ac units. The training was followed by 22 participants. The results of this training, being able to provide skill and understanding in the repair of car air conditioning, make it possible for participants to start their own businesses especially in the proper and proper areas of care and car ac repair.

Abstract

Development of climate change within the community to increase public awareness about climate change which is increasingly real. The government, through the pro-climate competition, hopes that there will be more understanding and awareness to save the environment. In the proklim competition, it is necessary to have environmentally friendly technology, one of which is a solar cell. Polytechnic Indonusa Surakarta through the MBKM program. Students conduct training, maintenance, and repair of solar cell panels at Proklim Karangmojo Weru Sukoharjo. This is done so that the Karangmojo Proklim won the championship at the national level proklim competition while at the same time increasing public awareness of climate change and also increasing public knowledge about solar cell technology. The method used is a survey, planning, manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of solar panels. The results obtained are solar panels installed properly and running according to plan.

Abstract

Di Indonesia masih banyak terjadi tindak pidana khususnya pencurian kendaraan bermotor. Hal ini dibuktikan dari data “Statistik Pidana 2021” yang dipublikasikan (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2021) pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 269.324 kasus dan pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 247.218 kasus. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk merancang Spy Cam berbasis Internet of Things. Metode yang digunakan dalam proyek ini melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain perancangan diagram, pembuatan sistem dan pengujian. Hasil dari proyek ini adalah terciptanya spy camera berbasis internet of things dengan desain menggunakan Fusion 360 dan fritzing. Proses desain kamera mata-mata termasuk menggabungkan komponen yang dipakai, membuat program esp 32 cam, membuat server esp 32 cam, menyiapkan google drive cloud dan menyiapkan gambar yang masuk ke google drive. Proses pengujian spy camera meliputi respon sistem yang ditunjukkan pada Arduino Ide, yang menghasilkan ukuran: 5506 byte, tegangan output 4,66 volt untuk cam esp 32 dan sensor pir 3,28 volt, cam esp 32 memberikan 0,05 detik untuk google drive untuk menerima gambar, embedding pada foto di google drive menggunakan tanggal dan waktu untuk memudahkan saat gambar diambil.

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah penderita Covid-19 di Indonesia menjadi masalah besar, karena semakin banyak penderita disuatu negara maka akan berdampak terhadap perekonomian. Kebijakan masyarakat untuk mengurangi penyebaran secara besar-besaran adalah dengan penerapan gerakan 3M (Menggunakan Masker, Mencuci Tangan dan Menjaga jarak). Gerakan ini diharapkan menjadi jalan solusi pencegahan yang tepat untuk saat ini. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memeningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai Covid-19, menerapkan gerakan 3M (Memakai Masker, Mencuci Tangan dan Menjaga Jarak). Strategi riset pengabdian ini dengan memanfaatkan hasil penelitian dosen dan hasil produk mata kuliah. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah, 1)Pelaksanaan terbagi dalam 3 agenda yaitu sosialisasi Covid-19, pemberian wastafel portable, dan workshop penggunaan dan perawatan wastafel portable. 2) Dampak pengabdian adalah peningkatan kesadaran mengenai Covid-19 dan gerakan 3M. 3) Sampai saat ini pergerakan perekonomian masih terus berjalan dengan baik, namun belum diketahui dampak langsung dari pengabdian.
