Abstract

This activity aims at empowerment and development of snack business based on local potency. Mitra is a group of Micro small and Medium Enterprises community of Ganesha (KUB Bahtera) Purworejo and culinary group of Angudi Laras Purworejo (KBU Satu Hati). There are 8 participants. Problems faced by partners include: Lack of marketing access, low production capability, low access to capital for funding, Low financial management capability and business accounting administration, Limited human resources marketing and Production. To solve these problems, the program solutions offered are: 1) Increased marketing access, 2) Improvement of product processing techniques, 3) Strengthening of loan access to various funding sources, 3) improvement of financial management and business administration, and 4) Strengthening Partnership. The method used is training and mentoring. The results achieved are: the increasing ability of participants in the field of online marketing, enhancement of capabilities in designing product packaging, increasing sales through the implementation of online marketing, and strengthening the partnership relationship between groups.Keyword: snacks, business groups, online marketing

Abstract

Performance management is a part of business management in a modern way, and also applies to small-scale businesses such as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). High performance management requires consistent leadership attention. MSMEs need to understand the importance of performance management. This is intended so that in managing its business MSMEs have a way to measure their achievements in implementing strategies to achieve the desired business goals. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the promotion mix on consumer purchasing decisions of CV. Com Focus Display. The type of research used in this study uses a quantitative approach method with comparative causal analysis. Samples were taken from the entire population of CV consumers. Focus Display Com uses purposive sampling. Either partially or simultaneously that the variables of advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and direct marketing have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The promotion mix has an influence on purchasing decisions by 65.1%.

Abstract

The core of the problem which is faced by small and medium enterprise is the available capital to run its business. The lock of capital can be obtained from the loan from others financial providers. This credit can be expected to be one of the important instrument in developing in small and medium enterprise business. Therefore, it is needed the professional credit management in credit management. Credit management is the providing credit management from the beginning credits until the repayment. Abstract

One of the effort which is done by our nation to against the crisis is entrepreneurship. Abstract

Kemampuan untuk beradaptasi di era revolusi industri 4.0 mengharuskan UMKM untuk segera menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan bisnis yang berkembang. Berdasarkan konsep tersebut, kemampuan adaptasi terletak pada penekanan kemampuan UMKM untuk menerima, menafsirkan, dan menerjemahkan gangguan dari lingkungan luar ke dalam norma-norma internal yang mengarah pada kelangsungan hidup atau kesuksesan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan tinjauan literatur dan hasil pencarian dokumen online menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan adaptasi UMKM dalam program pelatihan dan bimbingan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah, keterlibatan dalam kelompok dan masyarakat dan peran pemilik sebagai pemimpin UMKM cukup baik dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan lingkungan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0.Keywords: Adaptasi, UMKM, Lingkungan Bisnis, Revolusi Industri, Pelatihan, Bimbingan, Komunitas, Bisnis Masyarakat

Abstract

A new paradigm in modern retail management is aplacement of retailer in a certain point/chain in the distributionpath/goods supply where the supplier is to be part of the wholeprocess for the available of the products from the top up to down.This paradigm demands the same perception between the supplierand retailer for the available needs and the satisfaction ofconsumers as the aim of the process. Abstract

Harga yang dikelola dengan baik, dapat mengidentifikasi peluang untuk mendorong konsumen membeli produk lebih banyak,  membeli produk yang berbeda, dan mencegah penurunan keuntungan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan FGD dengan UMKM Gula Kelapa di Wilayah Kecamatan Bagelen Kabupaten Puworejo. Hasilnya di masa pendemic covid19 meskipun jumlah permintaan akan Gula merah cukup tinggi, namun peningkatan permintaan tidak menghasilkan peningkatan keuntungan yang diperoleh karena tidak adanya pengelolaan harga di sisi petani gula kelapa. Harga yang berlaku ditentukan oleh pasar. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mendorong keuntungan petani gula adalah dengan melakukan manajemen harga. Manajemen harga dapat dilakukan dengan cara penetapan harga dinamis untuk membantu melindungi margin bisnis UMKM, membuat daftar harga yang menghemat waktu, penetapan harga berdasarkan konsumen dan reseller agar dapat mengoptimalkan keuntungan, menaikkan harga produk gula secara regular, dan UMKM gula dapat menghindari kenaikan harga.Keywords: Managemen, harga, UMKM, Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

In order to address DPO Restu Abadi's business management issues, including limited oyster mushroom production capacity and quality, packaging, conventional product marketing with limited range, business legality, human resource management, and financial management, this community service is being performed. Culinary professionals, brand activists, and experts in oyster mushroom cultivation were all involved in this activity, which was carried out through training and mentoring practices. This program has been successful in raising the standard of packaging, including branding and labels, expanding the market reach with digital marketing, and processing business permissions (NIB and P-IRT). Whereas in the production aspect, the service team facilitates the addition of production facilities in the form of kumbung, baglog, and baglog sterilization equipment.
