Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) industry employees in Bekasi with a mentality of being ready to change as a mediator. The data were collected through simple random sampling technique and the results of a questionnaire that returned and were valid for 132 samples. The data were processed by the SEM method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. From the results of this research, it is concluded that transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, but transformational leadership has a significant and positive effect on the mentality of being ready to change as a mediator. This research also concludes that a mentality of being ready to change has a significant and positive effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. The mentality ready to change in this study serves as a full mediator. This new research proposes a model for building employee performance among RAC industrial employees in Bekasi through the development of transformational leadership practices with a change-ready mentality as a mediating variable. This research can pave the way for developing a ready-to-change mentality in employees in the face of the pace of the fourth industrial revolution.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan Negara dengan perkebunan karet terluas di dunia, meskipun tanaman karet sendiri baru diintroduksi pada tahun 1864. dalam kurun waktu sekitar 150 tahun sejak dikembangkan pertama kali, luas areal perkebunan karet di Indonesia  telah mencapai 3.262.291 hektar. Dari total areal perkebunan karet di Indonesia tersebut 84,5% diantaranya merupakan perkebunan milik rakyat, 8,4% milik swasta, dan hanya 7,1% yang merupakan milik Negara. Luas areal perkebunan milik rakyat yang mencapai 84,5% itu , sayangnya tidak diimbangi dengan pengelolaan yang memadai. Bahkan ada yang tidak dirawat dan hanya mengandalkan pertumbuhan alami. Akibatnya produktivitas karet menjadi rendah. Objek penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan pada data daftar harga tengkulak (PT. Merangin Karya Sejati) dan daftar harga lelang (PT. Jambi Waras dan CV. Tiga Putra) serta data penjualan petani yang ada pada bendarawan yang mewakili PT. Merangin Karya Sejati, pada periode Januari 2006 sampai dengan Juli 2008. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dan metode penelitian lapangan sebagai unit dasar observasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan fluktuasi harga tengkulak (X1) dan harga lelang (X2), kemudian dapat diketahui sejauh mana pengaruh fluktuasi harga tersebut terhadap volume penjualan. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi berganda, diketahui bahwa kontribusi harga tengkulak (X1)  maupun harga lelang (X2), terhadap tingkat volume penjualan hanya sebesar 12,97%, sedangkan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi tingkat volume penjualan adalah sebesar 87,03%. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi diatas, maka perlu di uji kembali korelasi tersebut bersifat nyata atau berarti. Diperoleh hasil dari uji korelasi bahwa Fhitung sebesar 2,09 lebih kecil dari Ftabel sebesar 3,34 (Fh < Ft) berarti non signifikan, Dan dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis tidak ada hubungan antara harga tengkulak (X1), harga lelang (X2) dalam upaya peningkatan volume penjualan (Y) para petani karet di Kabupaten Muara Tebo Propinsi Jambi .  Kata Kunci: Karet, Harga, Tengkulak/Lelang, Regresi Korelas Sederhana/Berganda Berganda, Anova, Determinan, Peningkatan Volume Penjualan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Dealer Sepeda Motor Honda Cabang Tigaraksa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis Kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, dan uji multikorelinierita,  uji  heteroskedastisitas, uji korelasi dan uji determinasi, uji regresi, uji hipotesis, uji t dan uji F.Penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan data primer penulis menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden berjumlah 80, populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan atau pengguna dari Dealer Sepeda Motor  Honda Cabang Tigaraksa.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan aturan tersebut dengan melihat hasil yang didapat kualitas produk yaitu nilai bahwa thitung < ttabel yaitu  7,378  <  1,66412.  Artinya  terdapat  pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kualitas Produk  (X1)  terhadap  Kepuasan  Pelanggan  (Y),  dan  variabel  kualitas pelayanan bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 7,016 > 1,66412. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan  antara  Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji SPSS  18.0  diketahui bahwa  niali Fhiting 27,384 dan Ftabel dengan df pembilangan = k dan df penyebut = n – k = 1 80-2-1 = 77 sebesar 3,12, artinya nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (27,384 > 3,12) Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara variabel Kualitas Produksi (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y).Kata Kunci: Kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi peran PMA dan PMDN terhadap kinerja ekonomi jangka pendek periode tahun 2010-2014. Teknik estimasi yang digunakan adalah analisis data panel dengan random effect. PMA dan PMDN dalam penelitian ini terbukti berdampak positif terhadap kinerja ekonomi jangka pendek. Terlihat juga, investasi asing berdampak lebih besar terhadap kinerja ekonomi dibandingkan dengan investasi dalam negeri. Alokasi PMDN selama periode penelitian lebih diarahkan untuk pembangunan infrastruktur demi pemerataan pembangunan jangka panjang. Sedangkan investasi PMA lebih diarahkan pada sektor alam, seperti pertanian dan pertambangan. Fenomena ini menjelaskan bahwa hasil alam Indonesia ternyata banyak dinikmati oleh orang asing daripada masyarakat domestik.
