Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lazismu Pekanbaru, Ahmad Dahlan, Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dampak pelatihan terhadap kinerja peserta UMKM yang dibangun oleh Lazismu Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, yaitu 5,937> 2,03, Artinya, pelatihan tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja peserta UMKM yang dibangun oleh Lazismu Pekanbaru. Pengaruh variabel dependen menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) yaitu skor 0,495 atau 49,5%, sedangkan 50,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze performance of participants UMKM which was built by Lazismu Pekanbaru, by using motivation and training variables, to analyze its effect on the performance of the participants. The population in this study are all participants of UMKM which amounted to 38 people, and the sample involves the entire population, using the census method. Data collected by questionnaire method is by giving questionnaire directly to the respondents.Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which operated through program SPSS 16 for Windows. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially motivation and training variables significantly influence the performance of the participants UMKM built by Lazismu Pekanbaru. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi dan kreatifitas terhadap Kinerja Usaha Pelaku UMKM Kuliner di Kota Pekanbaru. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sumber data menggunakan primer dan sekunder berupa angket dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM bidang Kuliner di kotaPekanbaru. Untuk populasi dan sampel karena jumlah populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti, maka menggunakan rumus dengan metode Wibisono dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara Inovasi dan Kreatifitas terhadap Kinerja Usaha Pelaku UMKM Kuliner di Kota Pekanbaru. Secara parsial juga ditemukan pengaruh Inovasi dan Kreatifitas terhadap Kinerja Usaha Pelaku UMKM Kuliner di Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Motivation, Creativity and Family Environment, on entrepreneurial interests among Riau of High School Economic Students. Methodology: The research method used was a survey method using a questionnaire distibuted to 35 samples. While the instrument quality testing techniques include validity and reliability tests. The classic assumption test technique uses the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. As for testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), and f test (simultaneous). Results: That only the Motivation variable has a significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Interest. Whereas Creativity And Family Environment Variables, there is no significant influence between creativity and the family environment on partiality for Entrepreneurial interest but on simultaneously, there is an influence between motiviation, creativity and family environment on entrepreneurial interests.
