Abstract

Indonesia has the potential of abundant natural resources, supported by the advancement of Islamic culture. These provide opportunities for the development of halal tourism in Indonesia utilize technological developments by helping travellers in planning trip from a smartphone. This research aims to develop a framework for the halal tourism industry with the use of an Islamic trip guide application that simplifies and provides interesting direction on tourists' trip. It observes two main aspects which are the application framework of Islamic trip guide and the concept of halal tourism in Indonesia. Researchers collected preliminary data from questionnaires and interviews. Afterwards, develop an Islamic trip application framework that provides halal tourism points in various regions in Indonesia, at each destination, there is a mission or challenge trip that must be visited by the user. The results from the development of this application are the form of ease of access to halal tourism as well as increased interest from tourists to halal trips in Indonesia.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Citarum sudah sangat kompleks, mencakup permasalahan di hulu sampai ke hilir. Permasalahan yang dihadapi diantaranya terkait dengan masalah lahan kritis, konservasi air, pengelolaan sampah domestik dan limbah agro, sanitasi lingkungan, sampai bencana alam. Perlu dilakukan langkah akselerasi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, pemerintah sudah berinisiatif dengan membuat program Citarum Harum, yang merupakan proyek kolaborasi antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah dengan tujuan membuat Sungai Citarum dan seluruh alirannya dapat menjadi sungai terbersih di dunia pada suatu saat nanti. Namun upaya tersebut tidak bisa hanya dilakukan oleh pemerintah saja, perlu ada partisipasi aktif dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat, akademisi, media, dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu yang utama tentu saja peran aktif dari masyarakat yang lingkungan tempat tinggalnya dialiri oleh DAS Citarum. Masyarakat setempat harus dilibatkan dalam analisis masalah sampai perumusan solusi terkait masalah DAS Citarum ini, sehingga kemudian mereka yang nantinya akan menjadi ujung tombak upaya menormalisasi DAS Citarum. Pendekatan active citizen dianggap cocok untuk digunakan dalam proses analisis permasalahan ini, karena pendekatan ini menekankan dialog budaya dan sosial yang titik tumpunya ada di masyarakat. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa masalah pengelolaan sampah merupakan akar masalah utama yang berdampak pada berbagai masalah dan harus menjadi prioritas penanganan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan telah dibuatkan pula 5 rumusan solusi untuk menghadapi masalah tersebut.

Abstract

Blockchain, popularly characterized as a distributed ledger technology, has been perceived as a revolutionary innovation. Due to its rapid development, blockchain has the capabilities to influence many domains, including accounting and assurance. Besides improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a business, blockchain has several features that ensure any information's reliability. Currently, many industries are exploring this emerging technology so that it could be implemented in their organizations. This research tried to identify the constructs on blockchain implementation in the accounting and assurance domain through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The five steps conducted in this research are identification, search strategy or study selection, data extraction or quality assessment, data analysis, as well as data synthesis, and report preparation. This research identified blockchain constructs in internal control, accounting, and auditing functions. We also analyzed the private blockchain network is more appropriate to be implemented in these sectors. Subsequently, three aspects need to be considered in implementing blockchain technology, namely technology, business, and environment. This research hopes will contribute to the development of Blockchain-based technology in future accounting and assurance domains. Abstract

Information Technology (IT) is an essential part of overall organizational governance, and higher education is an educational institution that requires IT support. This study aims to evaluate how effective and efficient the implementation of information technology governance at the PTNBH X as measured by COBIT 5 Framework. This study will be an exploratory one that will rely on qualitative data. The domains Evaluate, Direct, and Monitoring (EDM) will be the focus of this study. Data collecting was the first stage of the study, followed by analysis of maturity and gap levels, analysis and problem-solving in the implementation of IT governance and recommendations, and finally conclusions and recommendations. According to the results of PTNBH X's capability level evaluation of the EDM domain, the company is at level 1 (performed process), with a value of 1.4. It means most of the EDM domains in PTNBH X implemented process achieves its process purpose, but not yet at the level that the process is being planned, monitored and adjusted to their needs.

Abstract

Tidak hanya bisnis dengan skala besar, pelaku bisnis UMKM juga harus mulai memiliki strategi dan program memanfatkan platform digital dalam pelaksanaan bisnisnya. Bisnis berbasis digital dipercaya akan menjadi jalur bisnis utama dalam waktu yang tidak lama lagi, hal ini terlihat dari tren yang terjadi belakangan khususnya dalam satu tahun terakhir yang didorong pula oleh kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Berbagai platform yang disediakan pihak ketiga, diantaranya sudah dapat memfasilitasi proses pemasaran, pemesanan, pembayaran, penelusuran pengiriman barang, hingga komunikasi antara penjual dan pembeli. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku bisnis UMKM dalam memanfaatkan platform bisnis digital. Setidaknya terdapat 5 kendala yang berhasil diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kendala tersebut, dari yang bersifat dasar pengetahuan sampai kesiapan teknis pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka membantu pelaku UMKM dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut, dirangkai dengan konsep pendampingan yang diselenggarakan secara hybrid kombinasi dari pendekatan daring dan luring. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berhasil melaksanakan berbagai program kegiatan terkait dengan pemanfaatan media bisnis digital. Hasil dan dampak kegiatan juga sudah dapat dirasakan oleh para pelaku UMKM yang menjadi obyek pendampingan. Disamping itu telah disusun rencana tindak lanjut yang dapat dijalankan oleh pelaku UMKM setelah berakhirnya masa pengabdian ini.

Abstract

This research discusses the use of business intelligence dashboard for financial performance analysis at the BRIN Technology Service Center Public Service Agency, focusing on the decrease of BLU cash balance. The factors that affect the ups and downs of the BLU cash balance are the total revenue realization and the total revenue expenditure realization in the current year. Business Intelligence (BI) is one of the tools that allows organizations to access and analyze data and information to improve and optimize decisions and performance. In Indonesia, there has not been much research related to the implementation of business intelligence dashboards for financial performance analysis in public service agencies. The research aims to create a business intelligence dashboard that can provide insight to leaders in making decisions to increase BLU cash balances. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, and the system development method uses a business intelligence roadmap approach. The result of this research is that with the help of the BI dashboard, executives can gain insight to increase Blu's cash balance, improvements in receivables management are needed and they need to be more selective in choosing partners who use technology services.
