Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi internal dan eksternal yang dihadapi oleh sebuah perusahaan sebagai dasar untuk menetukan alternative strategi yang tepat untuk perusahaan. Kondisi internal termasuk kekuatan dan kelemahaan perusahaan. Sementara kondisi eksternal meliputi peluang dan ancaman perusahaan. Informasi diperoleh dengan menggunkan matriks IFE, matriks EFE, Matriks IE, dan Matriks SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian EFE dan IFE, Matriks EFE perusahaan memiliki total skor 0,3985 sementara Matriks IFE perusahaan memiliki total skor 0,4891. Posisi di IE Kuadran matriks ditentukan dari skor total Matriks IFE sebagai sumbu x dan total skor Matriks EFE sebagai sumbu y. Dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perusahaan berada pada kuadran 1, posisi ini menunjukkan perusahaan dalam posisi yang sangat menguntungkan. Perusahaan tersebut memiliki peluang dan kekuatan sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (growth oriented strategy).Kata kunci: analisis SWOT, implementasi strategi, perumusan strategiAbstract: This study aims to determine the internal and external conditions faced by Perusahaan , as the basis for determining the appropriate alternative strategy for the company. Internal conditions, including the strengths and weaknesses of the company. While external conditions including opportunities and threats of the company. Information obtained by using IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, and SWOT Matrix. From the research EFE and IFE, EFE Matrix Perusahaan has a total score of 0.3985 while the IFE Matrix Perusahaan has a total score of 0.4891. IE quadrant position in the matrix is determined from the total score matrix IFE as the x-axis and the total score of Matrix EFE as the y-axis. From the results of this study are Perusahaan is in quadrant 1, shows the position of Perusahaan in a very advantageous position. The company has the opportunity and the power that can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy should be applied in these circumstances is to support aggressive growth policy (growth-oriented strategy).Keywords: strategy formulation, strategy implementation, SWOT analysis

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan suatu sistem berbasis komputer yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu seseorang dalam meningkatkan kinerja dalam pengembalian keputusan. Dengan menggunakan SPK, diharapkan dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam memecahkan masalah untuk menentukan jurusan di SMK. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan Multiple Atrribute Decision Making (MADM) yang terbukti memiliki kinerja yang sangat efektif terhadap data-data yang nilainya berupa kisaran dalam jangkauan nilai tertentu. Metode SPK yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, yang dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkingan. Sehingga akan menghasilkan alternatif terbaik dari banyak alternatif dengan perhitungan yang cukup tepat. Alternatif adalah calon siswa baru yang ada di SMK (SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN) yang akan diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukanAbstrak yang ditulis dengan baik dapat membantu pembaca dalam menyimpulkan isi pokok tulisan dengan cepat dan tepat, mengetahui kesesuaian dengan minatnya, sehingga dapat mengambil keputusan untuk terus membaca seluruh dokumen atau tidak.

Abstract

Current technological developments to make a change from several sides. As in telecommunications are now developed with incoming. One of them is VoIP. VoIP is a technology capable of passing voice in packet form. With this VoIP technology, one can make telephone communication via the internet. To use this VoIP one can use the handphones are connected tolapop or PC. However, the use of VoIP has a disadvantage that can be done tapping at the time the conversation is being conducted. VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a way of creating a private network are using a public network / Internet. With a VPN network, a user as if connected by point to point that they are not. Consists of VPN-management protocols that can perform encryption and tunneling as PPTP (Point to Point Protocol), L2TP (Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol) and IPSec(Internet Protocol Security). With the capabilities of the VPN is expected that the wiretapping of conversations being conducted by the user can be prevented.

Abstract

Abstract— SMK is a choice of formal education junior high school students who will proceed to the top level who want to deepen the talent, skill and desire that is owned by a student. However, in general, most of the prospective students are confused to choose majors or even less informed about it that will take because so many options available majors. Often some vocational students who do not get along with their majors. It is therefore important to know more about their own interests in choosing majors, an understanding of each department, field of study that will be studied in the majors their would choose as well as job prospects would they do it later and majors in the College if they wish to pursue a higher level. Expert systems are knowledge-based program that provides solutions to problems with the quality of expert-problems within a specific domain. Expert System is a program of giving advice or consulting programs that contain knowledge and experience which is input by one or more experts in a particular domain, so that everyone can use to solve problems or make decisions assistence by an expert. In the field of education, expert systems can be utilized as a program giving advice or recommendation to designate a department in this case choosing majors in SMK HUTAMA that fit their talents and abilities they have. With the development of Internet technology as a medium for today's global information, allows Expert System is presented in the form of a web-based information system that can be accessed online anytime.
