Abstract

Program peningkatan jaringan 3G PT Indosat di wilayah Jabotabek bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan PT Indosat di wilayah Jabotabek yang secara posisi memang masih dibawah Telkomsel dan XL dalam tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Pengolahan hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dari 3 kelompok variabel yang diteliti yaitu reliabilitas, kemudahan dan pilihan yang dilakukan pencocokannya dengan indikator dari Goodness of Fit (GOF). Dari hasil pengolahan data didapat bahwa program peningkatan jaringan 3G PT Indosat di wilayah Jabotabek mampu menaikan kualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan khususnya wilayah Jabotabek dari semua jenis kartu seluler dan layanan jasa telekomunikasi yang disediakan oleh PT Indosat

Abstract

Advances in technology encourage the use of technology in teaching and learning process. The use of technology in the learning process is rapidly gaining popularity along with the development of information technology which is a supporting factor in the development of education and also to provide innovative solutions to the problems faced. Computer Aided Learning (CAL) is a method of approach to teaching and learning activities with the help of computer technology as an auxiliary medium is used to help learners understand the subject matter ranging from displays and provide reinforcement material also as a tool to assess learning achievement in which the material is packaged in the form software (software). Besides using CAL to learners will be able to interact with the interactive learning program that is available so they can learn to follow the ability of each learner and can also repeat a topic they have not understood the lessons step by step. By using CAL, students become more independent in learning, because the learning process not only depends on the teacher.

Abstract

One effort to measure the level of quality in schools is by measuring the performance aspects of teachers as professional educators who teach at the school. The teacher performance aspect is measured as one of the promotion requirements for a higher position or as a recommendation condition in order to take part in teacher certification activities. In order for teacher performance appraisal to be carried out objectively, a method is needed to assist in the teacher performance appraisal process. AHP method can be used to assist in decision making. This is because the AHP method is a model for structured and comprehensive decision making. From the calculation using the AHP method, it was found that the first priority was obtained by Indra with a weight of 0, 7317 or 73.17%, the second priority was obtained by Reni with a weight value of 0.2279 or 22.79% and the lowest priority was obtained by Supriyatna with a weight value 0.0604 or 6.04%.

Abstract

This study proposes the merging of the K-Means clustering data mining method and the Naïve Bayes classifier (K-Means Bayes) for better results in data processing for Student Academic Performance data. Data was taken from the Student Academic Performance dataset which is used as a test case. The amount of data used in this study were 131 data and 21 attributes. The accuracy of the results obtained from the combination of the proposed method is 97.44%. The results obtained when compared with calculations using the K-Means method and calculations using the Naïve Bayes method, the proposed method (K-Means Bayes) gives better results. Although the initial centroid determination on the K-Means method is done randomly, the impact can be reduced by adding the Naive Bayes classifier method which results in a better accuracy value, thereby increasing the accuracy of the method used. Compared to the K-Means and Naïve Bayes methods, the proposed method increases the accuracy of about 27% of the Naïve Bayes algorithm and about 23% of the K-Means algorithm. With the results obtained, it can be concluded that the proposed method can improve predictions of student academic performance data. The initial centroid determination for grouping in the K-Means method can affect the quality of the accuracy of the data produced

Abstract

The information system for providing donations at the Al-Ruhamaa' Bogor Yatim Center Foundation is still not computerized, through donors coming to the location directly or through bank services, then confirmed via social media such as WhatsApp, and receiving proof of donation in the form of a receipt. The management of the Al-Ruhamaa' Bogor Yatim Center Foundation stills using Microsoft Excel to prepare donation reports. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to develop an information system for distributing donations that can facilitate the management and the donors of the Al-Ruhamaa' Bogor Yatim Center Foundation. The system will be developed using one of the techniques commonly used in software development is called the prototyping model. the prototyping model is a technique to collect certain information about the user's information needs quickly which focuses on aspects of the software to be presented that will be visible to the customer or user. After the system is implemented, it is found that by using this Information System, the donation transaction process becomes more efficient. Calculation of the number of donations collected can be done automatically and accurately. In terms of reporting, the system can be present donation reports automatically and is ready to print whenever needed. Data storage for documentation of activities carried out by the foundation also saves space because the information can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
