Abstract

Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia mengeluarkan fatwa No:107/DSN-MUI/X/2016 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Rumah Sakit Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah sebagai acuan untuk Rumah Sakit syariah. Sebelum dikeluarkanya fatwa tersebut, sudah banyak Rumah Sakit yang menerapkan nilai-nilai syariah, utamanya dalam aspek pelayanan, salah satunya adalah Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarmasin. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui sejauh manakah penyelenggaraan pelayanan islami pada Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarmasin dan apakah aspek pelayanan tersebut sudah sesuai dengan fatwa DSN-MUI tersebut.

Abstract

The vibrations of an earthquake can be properly recorded by the gravimeter. As a Gravimeter, Superconducting Gravimeter (SG) has a very high accuracy; slightly different with general gravimeter. Rayleigh wave is the wave with the largest amplitude in earthquake, so it will be clear on SG tape.  In this research, we use certain superconducting gravimeter (SG) and Seismometer LHZ, spread over several locations around the world; just to know more about Mw > 6 earthquake. Tidal value reduction were applied on SG’s recording in order  to get true gravity value. Then we did time-integral to get velocity and displacement. By using spectrogram function, we can display frequency of SG and LHZ. The amplitude of the Rayleigh wave recorded on the SG is smaller than that recorded on the LHZ and has signal correlation > 7.0. In any case of Rayleigh Global waves, SG is able to record clearly the phase of Rayleigh wave to R7 phase. While LHZ only records up to the R5 phase. The spectrograph analysis reinforces the differences in the viewing screens of SG and LHZ Rayleigh Global waves in the frequency domain, R7 recorded on SG has a frequency range of 0.002 Hz to 0.006 Hz. Based on the results of Rayleigh wave analysis on the SG record and its comparison with the LHZ record it can be concluded that SG has a high level of sensitivity and stable when recording Rayleigh waves.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh etika kerja Islami terhadap prestasi kerja dan motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian ini juga mencoba untuk menyelidiki peran mediasi motivasi intrinsik pada hubungan antara Etika Kerja Islami dan prestasi kerja. Nonprobability sampling, metode yang digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dari 310 karyawan dari berbagai perusahaan di Kalimantan Selatan. SPSS dan AMOS digunakan untuk uji statistik. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara etika kerja Islami, Prestasi kerja dan motivasi intrinsik. Lebih lanjut, penelitian menjelaskan bahwa motivasi intrinsik memediasi hubungan antara Etika Kerja Islami dan Prestasi Kerja. Implikasi dan rekomendasi penelitian yang akan datang dibahas dalam kesimpulan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa efek IWE pada JP dan IM sangat signifikan. Studi ini menemukan banyak hasil bahwa tidak hanya IWE secara langsung mempengaruhi JP dan IM, tetapi juga secara tidak langsung melalui efek mediasi dari IM. Studi ini mengisi kesenjangan khususnya dan harus kooperatif bagi manajer organisasi yang dapat membangun dan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka untuk menilai perilaku karyawan yang mereka puas dan setia dengan pekerjaan mereka. Jika pekerja merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan seiring dengan kinerja organisasi dengan memiliki pengaruh optimis dan penting pada organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine motivation from an Islamic perspective. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with a literature study approach. The results of this study are Islamic views that humans are built on the physical, mind, and spirit, all three of which must be fulfilled proportionally so that individual motives are built in a balanced way. A person will increase his work productivity and human work will be achieved optimally if his basic human needs are met properly both physical and spiritual needs. The conclusion of this research is, therefore, with the word of Allah SWT and the hadiths of the Prophet SAW that support halal jobs and the obligation to work with the intention of worship. Humans on earth, especially Muslims, must throw away the feeling of laziness. In addition, it must also increase motivation and high morale so that all work goals can be achieved to the maximum with the blessing of Allah SWT.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is to narrate the sharia card as a solution for using credit cards in the community. The research method used is the library research method with content analysis as an analytical knife so that the right solution is found in drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher will use the triangulation technique of sources derived from various literatures that are relevant to the research theme. The results showed that credit cards in traditional banks, this is a method of payment for the purchase and sale of goods and services, and it is possible to pay at once or in installments up to a certain minimum amount (ba’i bit-taqsith), which is haram. To avoid it, sharia cards use Islamic principle., which is not used for transactions that are not in accordance with sharia, and does not encourage excessive consumption. The main card holder must have the financial ability to pay off on time and must not provide services that are contrary to sharia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa eksistensi kartu syariah sebagai solusi penggunaan kartu kredit di masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan content analisis untuk menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam penarikan kesimpulan. Penulis menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dari berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan tema penelitian untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kartu kredit di bank konvensional yang merupakan metode pembayaran untuk pembelian dan penjualan barang serta jasa, di mana pembayarannya dapat dilakukan sekaligus atau dicicil hingga jumlah minimum tertentu termasuk dalam kategori riba yang haram. Maka untuk menghindarinya, kartu syariah menggunakan prinsip Islam, yaitu yang tidak menyebabkan sifat konsumtif dan tidak digunakan untuk transaksi yang tidak sesuai syariah. Pemegang kartu utama harus memiliki kemampuan finansial untuk melunasi tepat waktu dan tidak boleh memberikan pelayanan yang bertentangan dengan syariah.

Abstract

PT. State Savings Bank Syariah Branch Office Banjarmasin A. Yani km 5.5 found that the achievement of the targets set by the company was not optimal, this was caused by several factors, one of which was compensation and the work environment, seeing the importance of compensation and work environment on employee performance in Islamic banking, Therefore, researchers are more interested in examining the problem of the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Bank BTN Syariah KC Banjarmasin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Bank BTN Syariah KC Banjarmasin. This type of research is field research (field research) with a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. With the number of respondents 31 employees. The results showed that (1) partially compensation had no effect on employee performance and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) simultaneously compensation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BTN Syariah Banjarmasin.Keywords: compensation, work environment, employee performancePT. Yani km 5.5 menemukan bahwa pencapaian target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan belum maksimal, hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja, melihat pentingnya kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perbankan Syariah, oleh karena itu peneliti lebih tertarik untuk meneliti permasalahan pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BTN Syariah KC Banjarmasin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BTN Syariah KC Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Dengan jumlah responden 31 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) secara simultan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BTN Syariah KC Banjarmasin. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of the capital market in Indonesia has become a special attraction for investors to invest in the stock exchange. However, to be able to invest directly, there are several obstacles faced by investors such as limited knowledge, information and time. One alternative investment instrument that can be a solution to these problems is mutual funds. The development of Islamic mutual funds in Indonesia has indeed been under pressure in the past year. This is reflected in the decline in the managed funds of Islamic mutual funds which appear to decline at the end of 2021 and tend to be flat until the first quarter of 2022 to March 2022. The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems in the development of Islamic mutual funds in Indonesia. In this study using the method of literature (library research) with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the obstacles to developing Islamic mutual funds are caused by several factors, including: lack of literacy about mutual funds, dualism that occurs in the capital market, the need for assistance from stakeholders to work together. Another factor that can cause mutual funds to decline is inflation, causing the purchasing power of public money in general to decrease.
