Abstract

This study aims to describe classroom management in creating effective learning including the planning of classroom management, the implementation of classroom management, and the supervision of classroom management at MIS Al-Ashriyah. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection using observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that planning of classroom management is carried out by making learning implementation plans, preparing the necessary learning media, and always establishing good communication with parents and guardians of students. The implementation of management is carried out with the expertise of the teacher in the classroom, starting from the attitude of the teacher who is calm, friendly, and smiling, always greeting and greeting when entering the class. At the beginning of each lesson, always pray together and recite the Qur'an which is led directly by the teacher, then the teacher makes the class atmosphere comfortable and safe, followed by student arrangements starting from checking student attendance lists, picket class cleanliness, as well as assessing and appreciating students. Learning support facilities are also provided, such as a reading corner, the provision of plastic folders used to store a collection of assignments and grades, and a drawer where learning tools are stored, managing the implementation of learning by compiling based on student circumstances, delivering easy-to-understand material, while supervision is carried out by class teachers and principals which is carried out continuously or continuously.

Abstract

Pendidik dunia lain tidak terbatas pada instruksi informasi. Oleh karena itu, bagaimana menumbuhkan keterampilan pendidik yang mendalam melalui budaya ketat di sekolah? Teknik pengujian menerapkan strategi subjektif dengan metodologi yang jelas dan menggunakan strategi penelitian berbagai informasi. Alasan penggunaan strategi ini adalah untuk mengkomunikasikan keadaan dengan menggambarkan realitas secara nyata sebagai kalimat-kalimat yang bergantung pada teknik pengumpulan informasi dan pemeriksaan informasi penting dan untuk membingkai penggambaran yang logis mengenai suatu kondisi. Keterampilan mendalam seorang pendidik tidak menilai siswa pada pelajaran agama umum, tetapi lebih dari itu, kemampuan dunia lain yang penting adalah gurunya. Kemampuannya dalam memberikan makna dan menghubungkan wawasannya dengan perkembangan agama yang dianutnya, hingga informasi tersebut menjadi signifikan dalam keadaan kehidupan yang ketat. Karena itu akan menciptakan zaman yang menjunjung tinggi ilmu pengetahuan dan agama. Era informasi nanti adalah untuk membuat harmoni antara dunia dan alam semesta yang besar. Keterampilan dunia lain juga harus diciptakan melalui budaya yang mendalam di sekolah. Juga, instruktur memiliki dan mendarah daging dan menunjukkan budaya yang ketat sejak awal di sekolah. Latihan di sekolah yang meningkatkan dan mencerminkan perspektif dunia lain melalui dua latihan, yaitu latihan intrakurikuler dan latihan ekstrakurikuler tertentu. Era informasi nanti adalah untuk membuat harmoni antara dunia dan alam semesta yang besar. Keterampilan dunia lain juga harus diciptakan melalui budaya yang mendalam di sekolah. Abstract

AbstractTeachers often have difficulty in developing competence in the writing aspect, especially in Islamic-based educational institutions. This study aims to explain the concept of developing teacher competence in creative writing to realize madrasa literacy. This study involved six informants, including school principals and teachers who are members of the writing community. Data was collected through direct interviews (telephone, WhatsApp messages, and video calls), observation, and documentation. The results showed several steps to developing teacher competence in writing at MI Perwanida Blitar: 1) Forming a writing community called ARUNIKA CAKRAWALA. It was started by building mutual commitment, self-efficacy, motivation, and writing habits, and determining rewards and punishments. 2) Implementation of the writing community by actively participating in seminars, workshops, writing training, and webinars, actively writing in external and internal communities of the institution, holding peer tutors, supporting school literacy programs, and publishing teacher and student writings in various genres. 3) Obstacles faced by writing teachers are limited time, limited ideas, and unstable teachers' motivation in writing. This finding offers the concept of developing teacher competence in writing. The findings are expected to be adopted in developing teacher competence in creative writing in other institutions.

Abstract

Educational institutions are part of the social institutions that exist in society. It is a space between other social institutions that interact with each other, influencing, both reciprocal influences, unidirectional influences, and the influence of mutualist symbiosis. The mutual influence of institutions can actually be controlled by actors so that they can be optimized to accelerate the achievement of institutional goals. The social institutions in question in the view of the author can be categorized into two types, namely; macrocosmic and microcosmic. Prophetic from the word prophetic which means prophethood or concerning the prophet. The English word comes from the Greek "prophetes" a noun to refer to the person who speaks early or the person who proclaims himself and means the person who speaks the future. Prophecy here refers to two missions, namely someone who receives revelation, is given a new religion, and is ordered to preach to his people called apostles (messengers), while someone who receives revelations based on existing religion and is not ordered to preach is called a prophet. Prophetic implementation in primary education institutions can be carried out through: (1) structural approaches, (2) formal approaches, (3) mechanical approaches, (4) organic approaches, while School Prophetic Education Development Strategies are 1) development at the level of values , 2) Development at the level of spirit and values, 3) Development at the technical level. 4) Development at the social level.

Abstract

Various efforts have been made to improve teacher competence, but there are still many institutions that have not optimized teacher capacity development. This study examines the intellectual stimulation of principals in improving teacher competence in two favorite institutions in the East Java region of SDI Qurrota A'yun Tulungagung and MI Perwanida Blitar. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a multi-case study design. Data were collected through 16 teachers and one school committee, one student guardian, one community leader, and one employee determined by random purposive sampling. Information was obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study indicate the role of leaders in forming various teacher competency improvement programs; (a) Program in-service education. The leader delegates teachers to improve professional and pedagogical competencies, which consist of advanced study programs, equivalency studies, Teacher Professional Education (PPG), (b) Program in-service training. Leaders delegate teachers to improve pedagogical and professional competencies through training activities, seminars, workshops, and webinars. (c) Leaders conducted program on-service training as a facility to improve teacher competence, (1) Supervision Activities and Teacher Working Groups (KKG), (2) teachers are actively competing, (3) actively writing papers, (4) collaboration activity, (5) social service activities, (6) religious activity (7) Job rotation, (8) Curriculum integration according to the institution's development distinction, (9) Technology-based learning.

Abstract

Abstrak: Riset ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan pengembangan model pembelajaran efektif dan bermakna di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Perwanida Blitar. Tipe riset ini kualitatif deskriptif. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis informasi dicoba dengan mereduksi, menguraikan serta merumuskan. Keabsahan informasi diuji dengan kredibilitas, triangulasi informasi serta member check. Hasil riset menunjukkan perencanaan model pembelajaran efektif dan bermakna ditentukan oleh  kemampuan pedagogi guru dan dukungan sumber daya manusia; 1) kemampuan pedagogis terdiri dari; a) pembuatan silabus, b) menentukan tujuan intrusksional umum dan tujuan intruksional khusus, c) pengintegrasian kurikulum, d) menentukan penilaian, e) menentukan waktu pelaksanaan, f) menentukan sumber belajar, g) menentukan media yang digunakan 2) Dukungan sumber daya manusia dengan memberikan a) pelatihan, b) workshop dan c) seminar. Sedangkan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran efektif dan bermakna dengan menekankan pada  a) kedisiplinan, b) menjaga kebersihan kelas, c) menumbuhkan motivasi individu guru dan peserta didik, d) menciptakan komunikasi efektif, e) menggunakan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi, f) menggunakan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi, dan g) pembelajan kolaboratif. Sedangkan evaluasi atau penilaian untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran efektif dan bermakna terdiri penilaian pengetahuan menggunakan teknik test, penilaian sikap dengan teknik non test dan penilaian keterampilan dengan teknik performa. Penilaian pengetahuan dikemas  dalam computer basic test  dengan memperhatikan instrumen penilaian yang meliputi Lower Order Thinking Skills , Midle Order Thinking Skills dan Higher Order Thinking Skills. Penilaian sikap  dengan menggunakan instrument rubrik. Sedangkan penilaian keterampilan menggunakan instrumen kriteria.DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE AND MEANINGFUL LEARNING MODELS IN MI PERWANIDA BLITARAbstract: This research intends to explain the development of an effective and meaningful learning model in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Perwanida Blitar. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Information is collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The analysis of information is attempted by reducing, describing and formulating. The validity of the information is tested by credibility, information triangulation and member check. The research results show that planning an effective and meaningful learning model is determined by the pedagogical ability of teachers and human resource support; 1) pedagogical ability consists of; a) making a syllabus, b) determining general intrusional goals and specific instructional goals, c) integrating the curriculum, d) determining the assessment, e) determining the implementation time, f) determining learning resources, g) determining the media used 2) Human resources support by providing a) training, b) workshops and c) seminars. While the implementation of the learning model is effective and meaningful by emphasizing a) discipline, b) maintaining classroom cleanliness, c) fostering individual motivation for teachers and students, d) creating effective communication, e) using a variety of learning media, f) using a learning model that varied, and g) collaborative learning. Meanwhile, evaluation or assessment to develop effective and meaningful learning consists of assessment of knowledge using test techniques, assessment of attitudes using non-test techniques and assessment of skills using performance techniques. Assessment of knowledge is packaged in a computer basic test with attention to assessment instruments which include Lower Order Thinking Skills, Midle Order Thinking Skills and Higher Order Thinking Skills. Attitude assessment using a rubric instrument. Meanwhile, the assessment of skills uses criteria instruments.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) problems are familiar at all educational institutions, such as the Islamic Basic Educational Institution. This study aims to reveal and introduce the concept of HRM in improving the quality of teachers at the SDI (Islamic elementary education) Qurrota A'yun Tulungagung, Indonesia, to show the importance of HR in improving the quality of teachers in Islamic Primary Educational Institutions. Furthermore, this research involves ten informants, including a school principal, teachers, committees, parents, and community leaders. Subsequently, data were collected through in-person interviews (via telephone and online by WhatsApp messaging services), participant observation, and documentation. The results show the process of human resource management in improving the quality of teachers through planning, training, and evaluation. Firstly, the planning strategy is conducted through pre-service education or recruitment, while the training strategy is conducted by making on-the-job and off-the-job training programs. Lastly, Every week, semester, and year, the evaluation is completed, and rewards are given. In conclusion, the findings imply that human resource management has an important role in determining the quality of teachers.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology impacts the world of education. So, educational institutions need leader figures who can adapt to the development of digital technology. This article aims to explain the leadership of madrasah principals in digital transformation at MIN Blitar City. The method used is descriptive qualitative, collecting data using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and data analysis using the Milles, Huberman, and Saldana’s model, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The main issues in digital transformation are: building awareness or understanding of technology, developing strategies and action plans for a suitable technology to be used in the digital transformation process, choosing the right human resources to succeed in technological change is followed by a change in technology-based work culture, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration with the digital community, and carrying out supervision as a form of controlling the use of digital technology.

Abstract

Teachers must provide stimulus to students to be able to achieve optimal learning outcomes. One of them is a stimulus in learning Calistung (reading, writing, and arithmetic) because this Calistung is a milestone for lifelong learning. During the pandemic, learning is carried out online and face-to-face, which is limited because it must be following strict health protocols. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the efforts made by teachers in improving the calistung skills of class IA students at MIN 2 Banjarmasin. The results obtained in this study are the teacher's efforts in improving students' Calistung skills, the teacher plans to learn well through making lesson plans; using learning models, strategies, and methods that enable students to actively participate in learning; holding games that support Calistung learning; provide motivation to increase students' enthusiasm for learning, and provide additional study hours for students who need more guidance in Calistung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the activeness of students' learning and creative thinking of students while face-to-face learning is limited to the transition period in thematic subjects of grade VI elementary school. The form of research used is qualitative. The subjects in this study were homeroom teachers and students of class VI Darul Hijrah, Kelumpang Hilir District, Kotabaru Regency, totaling 20 students, for the 2021/2022 school year. The respondents that the researchers succeeded in getting were as many as 20 populations. Data collection techniques used are question and answer and direct observation. The results of the study stated that 75% of student learning activities were in the good category, namely students were able to achieve the parameters of student learning activity. Meanwhile, students' creative thinking skills at the time of face-to-face learning were limited to 68% in the good category, and were able to achieve the parameters of creative thinking abilities ABSTRAK:
