Abstract

The Tawakal Jaya workshop previously used paper for data recording, goods ordering transaction, and promotion. This results in the manual system less efficient in saving time. Therefore it is necessary to design and development of Information Systems Ordering Goods Based Website at Workshop "Tawakal Jaya". The system is designed using context diagrams and data flow diagrams, while system development uses PHP programming language. System development method using Extreme Programming method which is a group of agile methods. The built system can be accessed online and then done the questionnaire so that it can be obtained that the use of the system can be accepted by the user due to time savings in processing data and transact in ordering goods.

Abstract

Augmented Reality is one of technology that combines virtual world objects with the real world that allows it to be applied to Android-based smartphones because its users have penetrated into the realm of children. The need for analysis and design before building applications that later can help facilitate teachers in learning by displaying 3D objects and animations that make Students more interested in paying attention to the material provided and becoming more active in participating in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design learning applications for Butterfly metamorphosis using Augmented Reality as an alternative learning media. Methods of collecting data are literature, observation, and interviews. The results of this study are in the form of application design regarding the metamorphosis phase of Butterflies ranging from caterpillars, larvae, pupae, to cocoons.

Abstract

Video editing pada saat ini diperlukan di berbagai instansi, salah satunya pada KPU Kota Palangka Raya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu mempermudah para peserta dalam memahami berbagai keperluan untuk video editing. Pelatihan video editing dapat diterapkan oleh peserta dalam tugas dan pekerjaan, seperti untuk mendukung sosialisasi yang berhubungan dengan Pemilu. Tidak hanya itu, video juga untuk penyampaian kegiatan, sosialisasi, maupun promosi yang diadakan oleh KPU Kota Palangka Raya agar dapat tersampaikan ke masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik. Masing-masing dari metode sangat berkaitan karena untuk memaksimalkan hasil dari pelatihan tersebut. Hasil dari pelatihan ini yaitu peserta dapat membuat dan menerapkan penggunaan software video editing,yaitu Canva. Tidak hanya itu, peserta juga dapat mendistribusikan hasil video melalui media sosial. Dampak dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu peserta dapat mengimplementasikan pelatihan video editing dengan mudah dan dapat berkreasi sesuai kebutuhan.

Abstract

K-Means algorithm as a method of grouping a set of data. The purpose of this study is to find out the use of the K-Means algorithm for outgoing mail data. The method used in this study focuses on the K-Means method. The grouping data used is 284 outgoing mail data at the STMIK Palangkaraya Informatics Engineering Study Program. Outgoing mail data is grouped into two groups, namely staffing and academic administration. Grouping based on letter number, status of recipient of letter, subject of letter. Steps in the K-Means algorithm result two iterations because there is a group movement that occurs, namely there is a movement from one group to another because the value of the object function changes. The iteration can be stopped in 2nd iteration because the object function change value is below the given threshold value, which is 0.1 and there is no group movement in the data used. Two iterations that have occurred, it shows a decrease in the value of changes in object function and data transfer in group locations.

Abstract

E-posters as a substitute for posters are in digital form so that the distribution of posters can be done more widely and more easily without being limited by space and time, and can even spread to areas far from urban areas. SDN 1 SIKUI Muara Teweh City has minimal use of e-posters in the school environment, this occurs due to the lack of use of e-posters as a means that can provide education and information, especially about healthy living during a pandemic. In addition, the function of the poster is to convey information to more groups of people such as teachers, students, parents/guardians of students at SIKUI 1 Public Elementary School, Muara Teweh City, and can even reach the general public. In carrying out this community service, implementers use methods that are used online to distribute e-posters about implementing healthy living in schools. Six e-posters were made and distributed to SDN 1 SIKUI environment in Muara Teweh City. After this implementation, the e-posters could attract students' attention about the importance of maintaining health during a pandemic.

Abstract

Pengadilan Negeri/Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial merupakan salah satu Pengadilan Negeri yang ada di Palangkaraya, Kalimantan Tengah. Pengadilan Negeri Palangkaraya memiliki 46 orang pegawai yang diantaranya ada 16 orang pegawai tidak tetap. Penilaian kinerja pegawai tentu sangat penting dimana hal itu akan menjadi pertimbangan untuk melakukan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu dalam proses pemilihan pegawai tidak tetap terbaik di Pengadilan Negeri Palangka Raya kelas IA. Keputusan dalam pemilihan pegawai tidak tetap terbaik sangat penting, karena keberhasilan dan efisiensi pengadilan sangat bergantung pada kualitas dan kemampuan pegawai yang dipekerjakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode profile matching, yang merupakan salah satu metode dalam sistem pendukung keputusan yang telah terbukti efektif dalam berbagai bidang. Metode ini akan digunakan untuk membandingkan profil pegawai yang ada dengan kriteria dan kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan untuk posisi tertentu.Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu Pengadilan Negeri Palangka Raya dalam memilih pegawai tidak tetap terbaik dengan lebih objektif dan akurat. Dengan adanya sistem pengambilan keputusan ini, diharapkan proses pemilihan pegawai tidak tetap terbaik dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efisien dan menghasilkan pegawai yang lebih berkualitas, sehingga meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan di pengadilan.

Abstract

Indonesian which The development of information technology in the form of education has begun to penetrate the world of entertainment. The combination of education and entertainment, makes this form of education not boring for its users. One of them is the existence of a game application to introduce nocturnal and diurnal animals. This game can spark the interest and enthusiasm of its users to study animals as one of the materials in science subjects. Applications with features as multimedia-based interactive learning media to help children learn in a more fun way. App features 6 nocturnal animals and 6 diurnal animals respectively. The application is also accompanied by a quiz feature in the form of multiple choice and displays the score on the quiz based on the correct number answered by the user.

Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi komputer sudah tidak asing lagi terutama seperti pada bidang perkantoran untuk layanan masyarakat. Penggunaan Microsoft Word biasa digunakan baik untuk surat menyurat maupun untuk laporan kegiatan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan pada Desa Bahu Palawa sebagai bentuk implementasi dari kerja sama. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini yaitu staf dan perangkat desa. Kegiatan PKM ini mengupas sekaligus mengajarkan kepada peserta PKM tentang penggunaan aplikasi komputer yaitu Microsoft Word untuk mendukung kegiatan bagi staf dan perangkat desa, baik untuk membuat surat menyurat maupun untuk laporan kegiatan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan praktik. Sebagai bahan evaluasi, pelaksana pengabdian menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengetahui respon peserta kegiatan serta untuk mengetahui dampak dan manfaat kegiatan maupun aplikasi yang digunakan bagi peserta pengabdian. Penggunaan kuesioner sebagai bentuk bahan evaluasi bagi pelaksana pengabdian. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan Pretest sebesar 59% dan Posttest sebesar 68%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan.
