Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Placement, Job Training and Motivationon the Moraleof the Employees of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) in Balikpapan.The population in this study were permanent employees as much as 222 respondents.By using random sampling techniques so  the sample that  is in  use as much as 111respondents.Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires.The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression using program SPSS v22. The  results  showed  Placement,  Job  Training  and  Motivationsimultaneously affect the Morale of employees PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero)in Balikpapan. Motivationpartially hadsignificant influence and dominant to the morale of employees of PT. ASDP Indoensia Ferry (Persero) in Balikpapan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) in Balikpapan. The population in this study were permanent employees as much as 222 respondents. By using random sampling techniques so the sample that is in use as much as   83 respondents.   Data   collection   techniques   are   observation,   interviews   and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression using program SPSS v22. The results showed motivation, discipline and work environment simultaneously affect the performance of employees PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) in Balikpapan. Work environment partially had significant influence and dominant to the performance of employees PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) in Balikpapan.

Abstract

             PT. Mitra Sehat Utama Balikpapan bergerak pada bidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan yang mempunyai fungsi dan tujuan utama meningkatkan fasilitas Kesehatan untuk masyarakat yang memadai dan bermutu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu apakah kinerja dipengaruhi motivasi disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Dengan metode sensus seluruh karyawan menjadi sampel yaitu 40 orang. Riset ini memakai metode eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Untuk menjawab hipotesis digunakan, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil riset menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mitra Sehat Utama BalikpapanKata Kunci:  Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja.             PT. Mitra Sehat Utama Balikpapan is engaged in health services which have the main function and purpose of improving good and quality health services to community. This research is to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Mitra Sehat Utama Balikpapan. With the cencus method, all employee become a sample of 40 people. This research uses an explanatory method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used hypothesis testing, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that the variables of motivation, work discipline and work environment have a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mitra Sehat Utama Balikpapan.Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Enviroment, Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline, motivation and work environment on the work of PT. Fertile Wilderness in North Penajam Paser Sotek. This research was conducted at PT. Subur wilderness in North Penajam Paser Sotek, with 91 respondents, this research method uses quantitative methods. Data collection by way of observation and distribution of direct questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis by conducting instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the variables of discipline, motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Fertile Wilderness in North Penajam Paser Sotek.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is a technology that allows machines to learn and adapt quickly from given data without having to be explicitly programmed. AI has found its place in many industries and has great potential to improve the efficiency of human resources within organizations. In this article, we will discuss how the use of artificial intelligence can help improve human resource efficiency. This review is a literature search with an elaborative approach. This approach is a methodological effort by organizing the logic flow of the discussion with various compatible literature sources. Reliable literature sources come from journals, books, articles, and other sources relevant to this discourse. The result of the study is that human resource management needs to adjust to the needs of the organization and adjust the culture or corporate culture to the technological culture. Human interaction with machines is an inevitable necessity. The existence of artificial intelligence is very helpful in human resource management, for example in recruitment systems, training, data analysis, performance analysis, and operational duty efficiency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, work training and work discipline on employee morale at PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa Balikpapan. The population in this study were 141 employees of PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa Balikpapan. By using a purposive sampling technique, the sample used was 81 respondents. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses SmartPLS to manage data. The results of this research indicate that the Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the Work Spirit of PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa Balikpapan. The Job Training variable has a positive and significant effect on the Work Spirit of PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa Balikpapan. The Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the Work Spirit of PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa Balikpapan.

Abstract

Pancasila is the philosophy of the Indonesian nation which is a guideline for behavior designed in accordance with the culture of the Indonesian nation which has eastern customs. So it is important for Indonesian people to practice the values of Pancasila. Elementary school students' lack of knowledge about Pancasila and students' low awareness of implementing Pancasila values is the urgency of Pancasila as a state ideology. For this reason, the service team carries out socialization of Pancasila-based character education to elementary school students. The service method used is field observation and studying phenomena directly. This socialization is intended for students at SD Negeri 004 Babulu. In this activity the methods used are presentation of material, short discussion and documentation. This Pancasila-based character education socialization activity aims to develop students who have noble character, character and integrity in accordance with the values contained in Pancasila. The results obtained from this service are increasing students' knowledge about Pancasila, forming students' character based on Pancasila, instilling Pancasila values and making students aware of how to apply Pancasila in everyday life.
