Abstract

The need for garlic is quite high in Indonesia, but it is not offset by the amount of production. The decrease in production is caused by one of them by a base rot. This study was aim to determine the effect of the use of antagonistic fungi in overcoming base rot in garlic. The antagonistic fungi used are Trichoderma and non-pathogenic Fusarium. This research was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 factors each with 2 treatment levels, resulting in 8 treatment combinations. The results showed that non-pathogenic Fusarium without integrated with other fungi reduced the symptoms of rotten tubers and increased the weight of fresh and weighted tubers. The integration of pathogen and non-pathogen Fusarium, also Trichoderma can reduce the symptoms of base rot.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the positive influence of the model learning Means Ends Analysis (MEA) on the ability of critical thinking of mathematics, to students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Bekasi. The research methods used in this study are experimental methods, sampling using simple random sampling techniques. The instrument used is the test result of a nine-grain essay about the seven indicators of mathematical critical thinking ability. For scoring, critical thinking skills use zero to four scores. Test data requirements used are liliefors test and Fisher test. From the Liliefors test calculations for experimental classes and the control classes are obtained by normal distribution data and have homogeneous variances. The data analysis technique used is test-T, and based on the calculation of the test-T shows T-hit >T-table, Ho is rejected and H1 accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a positive influence of the model giving learning Means Ends analysis (MEA) to the ability Critical thinking Math, judging by the average thinking skills of mathematical students who are given the model Means Ends analysis (MEA) is higher than the average math critical thinking ability of students who are given expository models.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative research to analyze result on distance learning during emergencies situation pandemic covid 19. The data was from basic statistics subject from 3 classes. Class A is using zoom or google meet applicatioan for real time face to face learning. The online face to face class is very intens in 2,5 hours once a week. Class B is using supplementary sheets. Supplementary sheets contain outline of course material and step by step of exercise. Whatsapp group was using for distribute supplementary sheets and for student-lecturer communication as well. Class C was combining online face to face and supplementary sheets. Comparison test with statistical analysis by using Anova showed statisticaly counting 23, 53632. on 5% significant level we got p-value is .  It showed that there is a significantly difference on study results from the 3 classes. Continuing to simple effect using t test, then the comparison of learning result class B was significant differences to A class and C class. Refer to students score result average, class B was the lowerest among others.  The highest results comes from class C. The effect size calculation in this study is 31,37%.  It showed that learning media was in highly criteria in determine variation of student distance learning result.  Considering that class C had highest score average, hence the educational must creative in combining learning media on distance learning to maximize quality of distance learning

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatan kesadaran diri masyarakat Desa kalibuntu Kecamatan Pabedilan Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan Tanya jawab. Para peserta antusias dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan dan dapat disimpulkan hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini terjadinya peningkatan kesadaran peserta akan pentingnya kesehatan dan menjaganya pada masa pandemic Covid-19 ini. Meningkatanya pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya penerapan 5M dalam upaya pencegahan penularan penyakit covid-19.

Abstract

Covid-19 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus corona. COVID-19 dapat terjadi melalui kontak langsung dengan orang yang terinfeksi dan kontak tidak langsung dengan permukaan atau benda yang digunakan pada orang yang terinfeksi. Memasuki era new normal kita harus senantiasa menjaga kebersihan diri , salah satunya adalah dengan membersihkan tangan. Membersihkan tangan dapat dilakukan dengan mencuci tangan atau dengan menggunakan handsanitizer. Hand sanitizer yang benar harus memiliki kandungan alkohol minimum 60% agar dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam melawan virus. Tujuan dari abdimas ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi tentang tatacara pembuatan hand sanitizer yang benar agar dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam membunuh kuman. Hand sanitizer yang dibuat berdasarkan aturan dari WHO.
