Abstract

Abstrak: Kecerdasan emosional adalah kemampuan merasakan dan memahami secara lebih efektif terhadap daya kepekaan emosi yang mencakup kemampuan memotivasi diri sendiri atau orang lain, pengendalian diri, mampu memahami perasaan orang lain dengan efektif, serta mampu mengelola emosi yang dapat digunakan untuk membimbing pikiran dalam mengambil keputusan yang terbaik. Cara yang paling sederhana untuk mengasah kecerdasan emosional adalah dimulai dari menikmati pengalaman emosi yang dirasakan, ingatkan diri terkait emosi tersebut lalu praktekkan dengan baik emosi yang sedang dirasakan. Tulisan ini menyarankan kepada pustakawan untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan pengembangan diri serta dibuat kebijakan melayani pemustaka dengan senyum.Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Pustakawan, Pemustaka Abstract: Emotional intelligence is the ability to feel and understand more effectively the emotional sensitivity that includes the ability to motivate yourself or others, self-control, able to understand the feelings of others effectively, and able to manage emotions that can be used to guide the mind in making the best decision. The simplest way to improve emotional intelligence is to start from enjoying the perceived emotional experience, reminding yourself about the emotion and then practicing with the emotion that is being felt. Abstract

Peraturan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 Tentang Jabatan Fungsional Guru dan Angka Kreditnya, Pasal 17 menetapkan bahwa untuk kenaikan pangkat guru harus membuat publikasi ilmiah dan/atau karya inovatif. Oleh karena itu keberadaan karya ilmiah atau buku hasil karya guru akan selalu bertambah setiap tahunnya. Namun ruang perpustakaan SMA Negeri 5 Magelang yang kecil tentu tidak akan mampu menampung setiap karya tulis dalam bentuk hardcopy. Maka perlu alternatif lain yang mampu menampung semua karya tulis tersebut dengan tidak menghabiskan banyak ruang yaitu dengan membuat repository sekolah. Untuk membangun suatu Repositori Sekolah diperlukan suatu proses mulai benchmarking, menyiapkan sumberdaya, dukungan pimpinan, prosedur dan peraturan, perangkat keras dan lunak serta jaringan, dan manajemen untuk menangani informasi muatan lokal. Hasil penelitian berupa suatu model repository sekolah yang diterapkan dengan memanfaatkan infrastruktur yang telah ada di Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 5 Magelang[Stipulates that for the promotion of teachers should make scientific publications and/or innovative work. Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 16 of 2009 on Functional Master and credit figures, Article 17 stipulates that for the promotion of teachers should make scientific publications and / or innovative work. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi pemustaka terhadap penerapan peminjaman mandiri di Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 5 Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptifdengan jenis survei. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 89 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi adalah teknik yang digunakan untukpengumpulan datanya. Variabel penelitian diukur untuk mengetahui persepsi pemustaka terhadap variabel peminjaman mandiri berdasarkan skala likert yaitu 1 – 5. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif statistik. Hasil yang ditunjukkan dalampenelitian ini yaitu persepsi pemustaka mengenai variabel peminjaman mandiri termasuk pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata skor jawaban sebesar 4,24.Peneliti memberikan rekomendasi agar Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 5 Magelang mengadakan survey mengenai jam buka layanan perpustakaan. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk melakukan peminjaman mandiri perlu di update mengenai menu dantampilan agar siswa lebih nyaman dan mudah dalam menggunakannya. Fitur penghitungan denda juga perlu diperbaiki agar penghitungan denda sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan di perpustakaan SMA Negeri 5 Magelang.Keywords: Persepsi Pemustaka, Peminjaman Mandiri, Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 5 MagelangAbstract. This study aims to determine how the user’s perceptions on the implementation of self-loan in the Library of SMA Negeri 5 Magelang. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive method with a type of survey. This study took a sample of 89 respondents using purposive sampling technique which was calculated using the Slovin formula. Questionnaire, observation and documentation methods are the techniques used for data collection.The research variables were measured to determine the user’s perceptions of self-loan variables based on the Likert scale namely 1 - 5. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The results shown in this study are theuser’s perceptions regarding self-loan variables included in the very high category with an average score of answers of 4.24. The researcher gave a recommendation that the Library of SMA Negeri 5 Magelang conduct a survey regarding theopening hours of library services. Applications that are used to make self-loan need to be updated on menus and displays so students are more comfortable and easier to use. The calculation feature of the fine also needs to be corrected so that thecalculation of fines is in accordance with the rules set at the library of SMA Negeri 5 Magelang.Keywords: User’s Perceptions, Self-Loan, Library of SMA Negeri 5 Magelang
