Abstract

ABSTRAK Rhinitis Alergi adalah reaksi hipersensitivitas pada saluran pernafasan yang menimbulkan peradangan pada selaput lendir hidung. Penanganan rhinitis alergi yang menggunakan obat-obatan masih menyisakan dampak negatif cukup banyak. Oleh karena itu pengobatan melalui akupunktur metode Jin’s 3 Needles menjadi pilhan tepat. Sebagai penelitian pendahuluan, desain pre-experimental design dengan pretest-posttest design dipilih dalam perancangan penelitian ini. Sebanyak 5 responden dipilih peneliti dengan menggunakan teknik Aksidental Sampling. Terapi akupunktur dilakukan di Prodi Akupunktur RS Tk. II dr. Soepraoen Malang selama 2 minggu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan check list keluhan responden dan lembar observasi keluhan responden. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan Statistik Deskriptif Persentase. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini adalah terapi Akupunktur pada titik Ying Xiang (LI20), Shang Ying Xiang alias Bi Tong (Ex. HN 8), dan Yin Tang (Ex. HN 3), sedangkan variabel dependentnya adalah Rhinitis Alergi yang datanya diangkakan dalam daftar keluhan responden. yang berarti bahwa ada perbedaan antara keluhan awal dengan keluhan akhir setelah diterapi akupunktur sebanyak 6 kali terapi. Jadi, metode Jin’s Three Needles bermanfaat untuk mengurangi keluhan Rhinitis Alergi. Kata Kunci : Akupunktur, Jin’s 3 Needles, Rhinitis Alergi

Abstract

Introduction The purpose of this study was to qualitatively describe the reasons people with depression choose acupuncture treatment. Methode Method uses descriptive qualitative research. The sampling technique used is a purposive sample with semi-structured interview data collection techniques. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis method. Results Showed that out of 10 people with depression, 5 patients said the reason for choosing acupuncture treatment was because acupuncture treatment did not cause side effects and could relieve depression without taking tranquilizers. Conclusion Can be concluded that acupuncture treatment was chosen because there are no side effects, can relax, relieve insomnia and can slowly decide the consumption of sedatives. Abstract

Introduction. The online learning method has never been imagined and planned before, but because of an emergency situation for the sake of safety, anything is done so that education continues with all its advantages and disadvantages. Improvements and independent innovations continue to be carried out, the readiness of devices, network quality, internet quota, and the readiness of human resources are the main needs at this time. Methode The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach to process the primary data obtained. The population in this study were students of the ITSK Acupuncture Study Program, Dr. Soepraoen Kesdam V/BRW Malang, with a total sampling of 231 people. The research data was obtained using a questionnaire / google form which was filled out online by students. Analysis of student responses using the Guttman Scale. Results From a total of 231 students answered 9 questions about E learning with the result that 227 knew, 230 could operate, 220 answered lectures were still interesting, 223 answered with E learning that lectures became flexible, 202 answered that learning outcomes could be optimal, 222 people answered with E learning that they could still communicate with lecturers, 216 were satisfied, 222 answered with E learning that lectures were more cost-effective, and 200 felt that it was better to use E learning for the next lecture. Conclusion. Students of ITSK Acupuncture Study Program dr. Soepraoen Kesdam V/BRW Malang are satisfied with the Online Learning Method. Keywords: Flexible, Online, Satisfaction.
