Abstract

The Tarakan City Consumer Price Index (CPI) shows trend patterns. This research is applied research with the aim of determining the best parameters and forecast results of Tarakan City CPI from January to May 2019 with the Double Exponential Smoothing method from Brown. The results of the Tarakan City CPI forecasting with the best parameters  0,5 with MAPE value = 0,670 from January to May 2019, respectively are 147,652; 148,481; 149,309; 150,138  and  150,966. These results indicate that the forecast of CPI in Tarakan City has increased every month. The higher the CPI value, the faster the inflation rate will have an impact on the rising prices of goods and services. By knowing CPI forecasting that continues to increase, the purchase of inventory of goods and services can be accelerated in order to avoid purchasing higher inventory.

Abstract

Satgas Covid-19 Provinsi Kalimantan Utara per tanggal 6 Desember 2020 mengumumkan kasus terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 sebanyak 1840 kasus, 22 kasus meninggal dan sebanyak 1150 sembuh. Tentunya dengan adanya penyebaran Covid-19 yang disusul oleh berbagai kebijakan pemerintah daerah berdampak dari segi ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikaji bagaimana analisis posisi perekonomian provinsi Kalimantan Utara semasa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari kegiatan kajian sebaran dan dampak pandemi Covid-19 di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara adalah menganalisis posisi perekonomian provinsi Kalimantan Utara semasa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis Typology Classen. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa posisi Provinsi Kalimantan Utara berdasarkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan reproduksi efektif kasus Covid-19 pada triwulan II tahun 2020 berada pada kuadran ke IV sedangkan pada triwulan III tahun 2020 berada pada kuadran ke I. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi masih dibawah rata-rata pertumbuhan ekonomi se Kalimantan yang diakibatkan meningkatnya angka reproduksi efektif di Kalimantan Utara.Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Ekonomi, Typology Classen
