Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat analisis kuadran untuk mengetahui kinerja bank syariah di Indonesia dengan membandingkan tingkat efisiensi melalui metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dan tingkat produktivitas melalui Malmquist Productivity Index. Kedua pendekatan ini sangat cocok dilakukan pada bank syariah di Indonesia karena akan mengetahui hasil yang lebih komprehensif, karena hasil yang diperoleh tidak hanya hasil dari membandingkan satu komponen saja. Penelitian dilakukan pada bank syariah di Indonesia pada periode 2013 sampai 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank yang memiliki tingkat efisiensi tertinggi yaitu Bank Panin Syariah sedangkan bank yang memiliki efisiensi terendah yaitu Bank Mega Syariah. Adapun tingkat efisiensi bank syariah tertinggi terjadi di tahun 2015. Bank yang memiliki tingkat produktivitas tertinggi yaitu Maybank Syariah sedangkan bank yang memiliki tingkat produktivitas terendah yaitu bank Panin Syariah. Hasil analisis kuadran menunjukkan bahwa bank yang memiliki kinerja terbaik yaitu tingkat efisiensi tinggi dan produktivitas tinggi adalah Bank Muamalat dan MayBank Syariah. Sedangkan bank yang memiliki kinerja terendah adalah Bank Mega Syariah, Bank BCA Syariah dan Bank Victoria Syariah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze job analysis, workload analysis and career development on employee performance at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Java Province. As well as the influence of job analysis, workload analysis and career development on employee performance at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Java Province The research method used in this study is a survey method, while the types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of this research is the employee at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources ofWest Java Province, with the sampling technique using the simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this test prove that simultaneously and partially job analysis, workload analysis, career development and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Java Province

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence of organizational culture, transfers, and career development on employee performance. The research method used is the census method with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 101 respondents, namely employees at the Department of Water and Mineral Resources of West Java Province with the saturated sampling method, which provided the opportunity for all members of the population to act as samples. Data were collected through observation techniques and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique. The results showed that organizational culture, transfer and career development had an effect on performance either partially or simultaneously.
