Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi masyarakat saat ini dalam berbagai kegiatan komunikasi dan bisnis. Hampir setiap individu maupun institusi menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai alat penunjang kegiatan komunikasi dan bisnis. Bagi institusi, penerapan teknologi informasi memerlukan biaya investasi yang tidak sedikit. Selain investasi dalam hal logistik, sumber daya manusia juga menjadi faktor penentu dalam keefektifan dan efisiensi keberlangsungan perusahaan. Evaluasi tata kelola teknologi informasi perlu dilakukan pada PT Centra Global Investama Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini metode COBIT 4.0 (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) dengan pendekatan domain DS (Delivery and Support) dan ME (Monitoring and Evaluation) dipilih untuk direkomendasi sebagai dasar pengelolaan teknologi informasi. Dari pemetaan model maturity tersebut diperoleh bahwa tingkat maturity untuk PT Centra Global Investama Jakarta sudah sesuai harapan berada pada level 3. Namun perlu dilakukan upaya untuk menutupi gap agar tingkat maturity dari masing-masing control process tersebut dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan berkembang.

Abstract

Indonesia is a Democrat nation. A general election known as the PEMILU has become a tradition of the nation that is synonymous with political issues and leadership turnover. Social media is one place in expressing the opinions and aspirations of people including politics, Twitter is one of the social media used as a place for politicians including two couples of presidential candidate and vice president of INDONESIA in Campaign to win a vote in the elections of 17 April 2019. This research analyzes public opinion i.e. comments on Twitter accounts @jokowi, @KyaiMarufAmin, @prabowo, @sandiuno into two categories of positive and negative opinions by comparing the text classifier model Naïve Bayes and SVM, and the implementation of The PSO algorithm to obtain optimal accuracy results. The results of the study show Prabowo Sandi won the prediction of presidential candidate with the best accuracy result of 77.00% acquired model Naïve Bayes + PSO, and 86.20% acquired model SVM + PSO, with an increase in accuracy 7.5% on model SVM, And 2.1% on the model Naïve Bayes when compared before done optimization with PSO algorithm.

Abstract

One of the final requirements in academic education for students is to conduct scientific research as outlined in the form of a final thesis. The large number of students taking research courses, makes the Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Mercu Buana University difficult to monitor the implementation of the thesis in every semester. With this problem, the researcher aims to build an information system to monitor the thesis that can record all the processes from the beginning of choosing the topic, taking the thesis exam and the graduation done by students. The urgent need for the development of a thesis monitoring information system is the reason for choosing a method of developing Rapid Application Development (RAD), so that the wishes of the Head of Accounting Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Mercu Buana University can be fulfilled immediately. The RAD stage that has been carried out is the requirement gathering stage which covers the needs of the operational environment, functional requirements, information needs, and interface requirements. The design phase consists of conceptual schema design, database design and interface design. The result of this research is a thesis monitoring system which has been tested and applied to the Accounting Study Program at Mercu Buana University. This system helps for both students in thesis consultation and the head of accounting in monitoring thesis students effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Abstract— E-Commerce (Electronic Commerce) has become the trend since the emerge of thousand companies who sell their wares on the website. The increasing of fierce competition makes both companies and individuals endeavors to provide convenience facilities for the consumer or user in finding out the data item as long as the terms order on the website, so that the customer of the user is interested to buy the product. PT. COME Indonusa Jakarta is a company focus in selling goods. Both selling service and business as well as the sale of particular goods, campus merchandise. As for the goods produced to date is the merchandise of the Academy of Bina Sarana Informatika. In the long term of business plan, PT. COME Indonusa Jakarta will expand the network not only for the Academy of Bina Sarana Informatika but also to the other universities. The selling order of the product of PT. COME Indonusa Jakarta using e-mail, sms, fax and telephone, the transaction processes are still done manually, so it needs longer time for the data to be recorded, processed or to be followed up. Using E-Commerce and considering the open market opportunity for selling the merchandise at campus, the writer intends to present the E-Commerce sites for campus merchandise using Unified Modeling Language (UML), which is expected can be utilized by customers. In addition it can expand the dissemination of information product and will certainly increase the profit at PT. COME Indonusa Jakarta. Intisari— E-Commerce (Electronic Commerce) telah menjadi trend dari bermunculannya ribuan perusahaan yang menjajakan dagangannya di dalam website. Persaingan yang semakin ketat, tentunya membuat perusahaan maupun individu berusaha menyediakan fasilitas kemudahan bagi konsumen atau user dalam menyusuri data-data barang sampai cara pemesanannya di dalam website, sehingga pada akhirnya konsumen atau user tersebut tertarik untuk membeli. PT. COME Indonusa Jakarta  merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan. Baik penjualan jasa dalam bisnis kursusnya, maupun penjualan barang khususnya produk-produk merchandise kampus. Adapun barang yang diproduksi sampai saat ini adalah merchandise kampus pada Akademi Bina Sarana Informatika. Dalam jangka panjang PT. COME Indonusa Jakarta akan merambah bisnis penjualan produk merchandise tidak hanya untuk kampus Akademi Bina Sarana Informatika saja, namun juga untuk kampus-kampus perguruan tinggi lainnya. Pemesanan penjualan merchandise kampus pada PT. COME Indonusa Jakarta yang masih menggunakan e-mail, sms, fax dan telepon serta transaksi penjualan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, terbilang lambat pada saat data itu dicatat, diproses atau dibutuhkan kembali. Dengan adanya E-Commerce dan melihat pasar yang masih sangat terbuka untuk produk merchandise kampus, penulis bermaksud menyajikan situs E-Commerce merchandise kampus dengan pemodelan sistemnya menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), dimana diharapkan nantinya akan  lebih dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak pembeli. Selain itu dapat memperluas penyebaran informasi produk dan tentunya akan meningkatkan profit bagi PT. COME Indonusa Jakarta. Kata Kunci— E-Commerce, Merchandise Kampus, PT. Abstract

Adanya rencana vaksin berbayar oleh pemerintah menimbulkan berbagai macam tanggapan dari masyarakat. Banyaknya pemberitahuan yang berasal dari banyak sumber dapat mempengaruhi presepsi masyarakat. Presepsi negatif tehadap vaksin berbayar yang dialami masyarakat dapat menjadi pemicu terjadinya kemarahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis sentimen menggunakan pemrograman R, untuk mengetahui opini-opini masyarakat terhadap kabar mengenai vaksin berbayar yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode naïve bayes classifier yang diklasifikasikan kedalam opini positif, negatif, dan netral. Hasil analisis sentimen ini akan dijabarkan dalam bentuk visualisasi barplot, wordcloud, dan dalam bentuk diagram UML (Unified Modelling Language) kemudian proses akan dilanjutkan dengan membuat rancangan sistem. Analisis sentiment ini adalah berbasis web dan dapat diakses menggunakan browser. Dengan begitu penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah informasi analisis sentimen dengan menggunakan rstudio dalam mengambil dan mengklasifikasi data.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many people access information and even consult health problems online with the best doctors via smartphones. The Halodoc application is considered the most popular with 18 million users in 2020. So that many people have reviewed the application on the Google Play Store application provider. It may take a while to read the full review. However, if only a few comments are read, they are biased. For that, a platform is needed which can automatically identify positive or negative opinions. Sentiment analysis is a solution for the technique of classifying texts or sentiments into positive or negative opinion categories. The method used in this research is an experiment using the Naive Bayes algorithm, Support Vector Machine, and K-Nearest Neighbors. Evaluation is carried out using 10 Fold Cross-Validation. The results showed that K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) had the best and most accurate performance in the sentiment classification because it produced the highest accuracy value of 95.00% and the largest AUC value of 0.985 compared to the Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine algorithm.

Abstract

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT OF POSYANDU CADRES IN COGREG VILLAGE, BOGOR REGENCY THROUGH THE WEB-BASED POSYANDU SERVICE INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIPANDU). Integrated service post (Posyandu) located in Parung District, Bogor Regency is one of the community health services, especially for toddlers and pregnant women, which are run by women around the environment or sometimes called cadres and bidandesa. Currently, services at Posyandu Village Cogreg Bogor Regency do not yet have an information system, it is still done manually, which means that technology has not been touched at all. Starting from the activity of recording the posyandu participant data until the recapitulation of posyandu data and the lack of target information for notification of posyandu schedules, so that it is time efficient and makes data collection in posyandu cadres. Therefore, to overcome the problems that exist in Posyandu Desa Cogreg Bogor Regency, it is necessary to develop a Posyandu Service Information System (SIPANDU) in Cogreg Village, Bogor Regency. The research stages start with the planning stage, namely location surveys and cadre interviews, the preparation stage, namely preparing resources to be used such as system design, website creation and training for posyandu cadres. implementation, namely the application of the SIPANDU website, and the last stage of the evaluation, which is seen from the success rate of the application in optimizing the performance of posyandu cadres and cadre skills in running the SIPANDU website. The result of the research is the creation of a Web-based Posyandu Information System (SIPANDU) website at Cogreg Village, Bogor Regency which was built using php language and based on a questionnaire that has been distributed to posyandu cadres and participants as respondents, it shows that with this website cadres and residents are helped in optimizing the performance of the posyandu system. in the village of Cogreg, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

One alternative in making effective decisions is the Decision Support System (DSS). The selection of the best employees still has weaknesses in PT. Petromitra Pacific Internusa so that it will trigger conflicts between employees. In this study, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used to process employee data in all divisions to obtain accurate results. The SAW method is one of the methods that can assist in the decision-making process for selecting the best 100 employees by providing criteria and preference weights that can be determined according to applicable regulations such as 35% discipline criteria, 15% cooperation, 45% leadership, and honesty. 10%. This study aims to provide more accurate results and make it easier for the Personnel or HRD department to choose the best employees at PT. Petromitra Pacific Internusa. The results of this study are in the form of determining the selection of the best employees who are identified based on the results of the highest score. So that they will automatically become the best employees and will receive bonuses, as well as get a promotion.
