Abstract

Improving customers’ satisfaction is important in the hospitality industry. On the other hand, quality services encourage customer satisfaction. Therefore, offering product (tangible) and services (intangible) to customers need to be standardized. Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali committed to excellent service by implementing Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standard. LQA standard is specializes in providing quality assurance audits, benchmarking analysis and training services to the luxury hospitality industry. This research is aiming to evaluate the implementation of LQA standard to improve the customers’ satisfaction in front office department. Data is analysed by using Context, Input, Process, and Output (CIPP) method and supported by SPSS 17.0 for windows. The finding of implementing LQA standard is in excellent categories. The finding proved that LQA standard is well implemented by Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali management.

Abstract

The research is aiming to analyse the influence of debt to equity ratio, net profit margin to return on an asset in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange by using purposive sampling. The result shows that partially debt to equity ratio has positive influence but no significant to return on asset, the net profit margin has a positive influence and significant to return on an asset in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneously debt to equity ratio, net profit margin influence significantly to return on an asset in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

Kuta Village is located at Badung regency of Bali province. Its white-sandy beach, good wave and beautiful sunset have attracted tourists to come to Kuta repeatedly. This area is a tourist destination and has become a mainstay tourist attraction of the island of Bali since the early 1970s. Changes in business areas is dynamic and unpredictable. The aim of this study is to explore the form of zoning and carrying capacity of tourism business in Kuta beach area based on current situation and level of the tourism business from the perspective of zoning quality and carrying capacity. The population of this study are tourists and beach vendors in Kuta beach area. The number of population is not known with certainty so to determine the representation of the sample members, determined based on the technique of non-probability sampling that is a purposive sampling technique. Types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. Data analysed with descriptive statistic and descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research are 20 business zones and three carrying capacity forms that are relevant to sustainable tourism paradigm consisting of physical carrying capacity, economic carrying capacity and social carrying capacity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and quantify the impact of the Tri Hita Karana culture as a moderating variable on individual taxpayer compliance with the tax information system. In order to analyze secondary data, this research uses documentation and primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to individual taxpayers who are enrolled at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tabanan in order to get an Annual Notification Letter. Simple random sampling is used to determine the research sample using the probability sampling approach, yielding a sample of 100 distinct taxpayers. Using SmartPLS 3.3.9, the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach is used in statistical testing to evaluate the hypothesis. The study's findings demonstrate that both the tax information system and Tri Hita Karana culture have a strong and positive impact on individual taxpayer compliance. This means that the more cultural values that guide the lives of individual taxpayers are embedded, the tendency is to increase taxpayer compliance. Additionally, Tri Hita Karana culture can act as a moderator by lessening the correlation between the two variables. Individual taxpayers do not realize that cultural values perceive important things in the use of a system, which can weaken the use of the system.
