Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung, penghambat, dan proses pemberdayaan kelompok tani, pelaksanaan pemasaran bersama dan tingkat efisiensi yang terjadi melalui pemasaran bersama komoditi jambu mete. Sumber dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara untuk memperoleh data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner, sedangkan data sekunder menggunakan literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian. Data yang terkumpul, disusun menurut tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dengan mengunakan skala likert sesuai tabel rujukan pencapaian skor rata-rata, sementara proses pemberdayaan kelompok tani dan pelaksanaan pemasaran bersama menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui pada tingkat mana efisiensi itu terjadi maka menggunakan rumus efisiensi pemasaran. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: 1) Yang termasuk Faktor pendukung adalah :Aksesibilitas Informasi, Akuntabilitas Informasi,Partisipasiyang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Tinggi” dengan nilai presentase pencapaian skor maksimumum 100%. Sedangkan yang termasuk faktor penghambat adalah: Pendidikan, luas penguasaan lahan,kapasitas organisasi lokal petani yang tergolong dalam kategori “Sangat Rendah” dan jumlah anggota keluarga tergolong “Cukup Banyak”, 2) Proses pemberdayaan kelompok tani melalui pemasaran bersama meliputi kegiatan penyuluhan dan sekolah masyarakat, 3) pelaksanaan kegiatan pemasaran bersama dimulai dari pengembangan strategi dan pengelolaan teknis pemasaran bersama dan 4) Efisiensi pemasaran komoditi jambu mete yang terjadi di Desa Naku sebesar 2,78 %. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the supporting factors, obstacles, and the process of empowering farmer groups, the implementation of joint marketing and the level of efficiency that occurs through joint marketing of cashew commodity. Sources and data collection techniques used in this study were interviews to obtain primary data using questionnaires, while secondary data used literature that was relevant to the study. The collected data, arranged according to the objectives to be achieved, is to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors by using a Likert scale according to the reference table for achieving an average score, while the process of empowering farmer groups and implementing joint marketing using qualitative descriptive analysis. Meanwhile, to find out at what level of efficiency that occurs then using the marketing efficiency formula. The results of the study shows taht: 1) Included in the supporting factors are: Information Accessibility, Information Accountability, Participation included in the category of "Very High" with a percentage of achieving a maximum score of 100%. While the inhibiting factors are: Education, land tenure area, the capacity of local farmer organizations that are classified as "Very Low" and the number of family members classified as "Quite a lot", 2) The process of empowering farmer groups through joint marketing includes extension activities and community schools, 3) The implementation of joint marketing activities begins with the development of strategies and technical management of joint marketing, and 4) The efficiency of marketing of cashew commodities occurs at Naku cost of 2,78 %. Abstract

This research was conducted in Aeramo Village Aesesa District Nagekeo Regency in February - March 2020. This research aims to find out: (1) The amount of rice farming income in the first growing season of 2019 (2) factors that affect rice field production. The data collection method used in this study is the survey method. . 69 respondents who had been proportional random sampling method. The types of data collected are primary and secondary data. The data and information obtained are analyzed quantitatively. To answer the first goal the data is analyzed using revenue analysis, while to answer the second goal the data is analyzed using analysis of Cobb-Douglas production functions. The results showed that (1) the total income of rice farming in Aeramo Village amounted to Rp 591,195,000 with an average per farmer respondent of Rp 8,568,043/res. (2) Production factors analyzed using the Cobb-douglas method obtained the following models: Y = 3.807 + 0.306X1 + 0.222X2 + 0.451X3 + 0.023X4 – 0.076X5 – 0.028X6 -0.037X7. From the results of the analysis is known Determination Coefficient (R2) of 0.853 which means the area of land, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, labor, agricultural experience and formal education affects rice paddy production by 85% while the remaining 15% is influenced by other factors that are not studied. F test results showed that production factors together influenced rice paddy production. T test results showed that the widespread factors of land, seeds, fertilizers had a real effect on rice production while pesticides, labor, agricultural experience and formal education had no real effect on rice production.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the internal factors of eggplant farming (Solanum melongena L.), to find out how the external factors of eggplant farming (Solanum melongena L.) and to find out how the strategy of developing eggplant farming in Pukdale Village, East Kupang District, Kupang Regency. The location of this research was carried out with the consideration that Pukdale village is one of the eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) farms. Primary data obtained by means of interviews and direct questionnaires with respondents. In this study, the number of samples taken was 32 people. In this study using a SWOT analysis consisting of internal and external factors. The results showed that: (1) the internal strategic factor of strength is 1.991 and weakness is a score of 0.766, which means that the influence of strength is greater than the effect of weakness on eggplant farming. While the difference between the external strategic factors of opportunity is 1.734 and the threat has a score of 0.831, which means that the effect of opportunities is greater than the effect of threats on eggplant farming (2) The Position Matrix is ​​in quadrant I, which indicates that this eggplant farming is strong and has a chance. The strategy given is Aggressive, where there is power to be used to seize profitable opportunities.
