Abstract

Latar belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 masih terjadi di Indonesia, provinsi Sumatera Selatan bahkan di kota Palembang, maka perlu dilakukan pencegahan Covid-19 dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan pegawai harus terus ditingkatkan guna memutus mata rantai penularan Covid-19. Pada survei pendahuluan, masih ditemukan pegawai yang belum mematuhi protokol kesehatan dengan angka rata-rata 8,13 %. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan Covid-19. Metode: Survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April-Juni 2021. Jumlah sampel 105 orang. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari responden melalui kuesioner online. Data diolah, disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi, dianalisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan (p value = 0,004), pengetahuan (p value = 0,000), sikap (p value = 0,016), penyediaan sarana prasarana (p value = 0,026), edukasi (p value = 0,021) dengan kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan Covid-19. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 adalah variabel sikap dengan Odd Ratio 0,296 (p value = 0,039). Saran: Perlu ditingkatkan kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi pada program penerapan protokol kesehatan yang telah berjalan dengan memperhatikan sikap pegawai. Kata Kunci : Kepatuhan, Protokol Kesehatan, Covid-19.

Abstract

The house is a physical structure or building for shelter, where the environment is useful for physical and spiritual health and social conditions for both family and individual health. Home is not only a place to unwind after a day of work and doing daily activities outside the home, but home is a very important place to rest and gather with healthy, prosperous and happy family members. A healthy house is a house that has certain requirements that don't have to be big and luxurious, but a healthy house that meets the following criteria, namely that the house must have lighting, sufficient space for movement, ventilation and away from noise. The house is also a place for family members to relax. meet and communicate well and smoothly, apart from that a good house must have clean water facilities, latrines, sewage and trash cans, so as to prevent disease transmission

Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis is still an infectious disease that is the top killer in the world. Betung Primary Health Center, East Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency, South Sumatra Province has 31 cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) in 2021. This study aims to determine the correlation between home environmental conditions and the incidence of pulmonary TB in the working area of ​​Betung Health Center, East OKU Regency. The research was conducted on April 25 to June 25 2022. The research design used case control. The sample in this study were all patients with pulmonary TB, namely 31 respondents as cases, and 32 respondents as controls. Statistical test using chi square test. The results showed that there was a correlation between lighting (p-value 0.004), ventilation (p-value 0.000) and floor type (p-value 0.022) with the incidence of pulmonary TB, but there was no relationship between residential density and the incidence of pulmonary TB (p-value 0.068). The conclusion in this study is that there is a correlation between lighting, ventilation, type of floor with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis, but there is no relationship between residential density and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Based on the conclusions, the researchers suggest that patients with pulmonary TB should pay more attention to the health of the home environment so that they are in a healthy home environment and minimize transmission and accelerate the healing of patients.
