This research was conducted with the aim of looking at the role of women craftsmen of ikat craftsmen in increasing family acceptance and watching the outcrops linking the sites of women artisans in increasing family income in Kajowair Village, Hewokloang District, Sikka Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Role of Ikat Weaving Craftsmen in Kajowair Village in increasing family income was very helpful to fulfill family life. Where weaving can help the husband to earn a living to meet his family's daily needs. But even that is inseparable from the role of a woman as a wife, mother for her children and taking care of the household. As for the weavers, namely: Raw materials that are getting scarce, natural coloring materials that are difficult to obtain, the manufacturing process is complicated in which the dosage of the dye is uncertain so that the results are different and the weather is uncertain, which can hinder the weaving process.Keywords: The Role of Women, Ikat Weaving Craftsmen, Family Income

With the increasing development of technology, teachers are required to be able to master IT in learning. A variety of active and interactive learning media can motivate students in learning. This causes the need for interactive, fun, and easily accessible media. This service aims to provide knowledge and practice on making interactive learning media in the form of quizzes using PowerPoint. The results of this service got an excellent response from the teachers at SMPN 1 Waigete. With the resulting Quiz media in the form of PPT, the teachers felt that the media was beneficial and provided much knowledge that had not been obtained so far. It can be seen from the results of the questionnaire that mastery can make media quizzes using PPT 60%, while 40% still need guidance and assistance. Thus, the teachers feel that this service activity is significant to increasing their IT knowledge, and they hope that they will not stop making quizzes but can continue with other IT training because the teachers' mastery at SMPN 1 Waigete is still minimal

The purpose of this study was to determine the user's perception of the quality of the website owned by the Mobile Application Shopee and the effect from variable quality of website and trust in online purchasing decisions. The study was conducted on 138 respondents who are students at IKIP Muhammadiyah Maumere. Dimensions WebQual: usebaility, information quality and interaction quality is used to measure the quality of a website. The Results of the research indicate that the quality of the website is good, than website quality and trust factor proved to be positive and significant influence the online purchasing desicion.

Everyone has different personal characteristics that will influence their behavior to make purchasing decisions. In improving consumer purchasing decisions, producers should produce products that can meet the needs and desires of consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of the product on the purchase decision of Sikka ikat woven fabric. This research was conducted at Alok market of Maumere in 2021. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought Sikka ikat woven fabric with a total sample of 96 people and used a random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. Testing data using validity test, reliability test, normality test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS version 25. The results showed the product had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Sikka ikat woven fabric by 45.2% and the remaining 54.8% was influenced by other factors that were not investigated in this study. Pendidikan vokasi menjanjikan keterampilan yang dapat langsung dapat digunakan bekerja. Namun minat pada lembaga vokasi tertentu tidak selalu baik. Kajian ini menjelaskan tingkat minat peserta didik pada lembaga vokasi menjahit. Lembaga ini bekerjasama dengan sekolah menengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dari data wawancaran dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pada lembaga vokasi menjahit ini, minat dari masyarakat luar relatif rendah karena sosialisasi yang kurang. Minat dari peserta didik yang berasal dari sekolah cukup tinggi terutama keinginan untuk menjadi pengusaha butik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses pembentukan karakter disiplin peserta didik melalui beberapa identifikasi kultur sekolah. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, karena penelitian ini hanya menggambarkan dan melukiskan mengenai proses pembentukan karakter disiplin peserta didik melalui beberapa identifikasi kultur sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sekolah berupaya memebangun karakter disiplin peserta didik melalui beberapa kultur sekolah yakni kegiatan 3S (senyum, sapa, salam), pengkondisian awal belajar, upacara bendera, penggunaan seragam sekolah, anjuran menjaga kebersihan, anjuran menjaga ketenangan, anjuran memanfaatkan waktu, tercipta suasana yang tenang dan nyaman untuk belajar, dan suasana sekolah yang menyenangkan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, rating dan online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian online pakaian dikalangan mahasiswa IKIP Muhammadiyah Maumere. Berdasarakan kuesioner yang di berikan tedapat 73 tanggapan yang mana didjakan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujian data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan harga, rating dan online customer review berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 82,7% dan sisanya 17,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diletiti dalam penelitian ini.

The results of this study indicate that parents who always pay attention to their children, especially attention in their learning activities at home, make children more active and more enthusiastic in learning. the same one. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan internet sebagai sumber belajar tambahan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Parumaan, mengingat internet menyediakan berbagai macam informasi terkait dengan materi pelajaran yang dapat membantu peserta didik dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Diperlukan penelitian tentang pengaruh penggunaan internet terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Parumaan, dengan tujuan mengetahui dampaknya pada mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian memiliki jumlah populasi sebanyak 46 responden dan sampel sebesar 30 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument berupa angket tertutup. Hasil analisis data dikatakan bahwaterdapat pengaruh pengaruh internet terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Parumaan, Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengujian hipotesis yaitu Rhitung˃Rtabel atau 4,056˃1,995.Nilai R² sebesar 0,200 artinya pengaruh internet terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 20% dan 90% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak teliti.
