Abstract

Mothers who are undergoing pregnancy experience changes physically, psychologically and mentally therefore pregnant women are required not only to be physically ready, but also thirsty to be mentally prepared. Mental changes in the mother will affect the emotions of the mother. In the third trimester the psychological changes that occur include feeling anxiety and anxiety about the birth of her baby, feelings of fear of death, birth trauma and fear of birth defects. If the emotional influence of the mother is not supported by a harmonious family environment or conducive living environment, then this can cause emotional and physical disturbance (mild to severe). Preventing this from happening, then family social support for pregnant women is very important so that mothers can undergo pregnancy until the delivery process well. This type of research uses a correlation research design with the Spearman correlation test. The number of samples in the study were 30 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. This research instrument consisted of 2 questionnaires namely a family social support questionnaire (Likert scale) and an anxiety level questionnaire (Hamilton rating scale for anxiety). The results showed that there was a relationship of family social support with anxiety levels of trimester III primigravida mothers in the face of labor, the Spearman correlation test results obtained r value of 0.751 categorized as "strong" with a value of p 0.00 where p value <0.05. It is expected that health services and Puskesmas agencies can provide counseling / information about family social support in dealing with the delivery process so that every mother does not experience anxiety. Ibu yang sedang menjalani kehamilan mengalami perubahan secara fisik, psikologis dan mental oleh karena itu ibu hamil dituntut tidak hanya harus siap secara fisik, tetapi juga haus siap secara mental. Perubahan secara mental pada ibu akan mempengaruhi emosi ibu. Pada trimester ketiga perubahan psikologis yang terjadi antara lain merasakan kegelisahan dan kekhawatiran mengenai kelahiran bayinya, perasaan takut mati, trauma kelahiran dan ketakutan bayinya lahir cacat. Apabila pengaruh emosi si ibu tidak didukung oleh lingkungan keluarga yang harmonis ataupun lingkungan tempat tinggal yang kondusif, maka hal ini dapat menimbulkan gangguan emosi dan fisik (ringan sampai berat). Mencegah hal tersebut terjadi, maka dukungan sosial keluarga untuk ibu hamil sangatlah penting agar ibu dapat menjalani kehamilan sampai proses persalinan dengan baik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian korelasi dengan uji statistik korelasi Spearman. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 30 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 kuesioner yaitu kuesioner dukungan sosial keluarga (scale likert) dan kuesioner tingkat kecemasan (Hamilton rating scale for anxiety). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan dukungan sosial keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu primigravida trimester III dalam menghadapi proses persalinan, hasil uji korelasi Spearman di dapatkan nilai r 0,751 dikategorikan “kuat” dengan nilai p 0.00 dimana p value < 0.05. Diharapkan bagi pelayanan kesehatan dan instansi Puskesmas supaya dapat memberikan konseling/ informasi tentang dukungan sosial keluarga dalam menghadapi proses persalinan agar setiap ibu tidak mengalami kecemasan.

Abstract

Improving quality nursing care has become a major concern for all professional health care providers and consumers, research and literature on the quality of providing nursing care is still underdeveloped, especially in Indonesia. The model of primary nursing care (MAKP) nursing method is an assignment method where nurses are responsible to patients for 24 hours from the time the patient enters into discharge, this method embodies the independence of the nurses in implementing care and the model of primary nursing care (MAKP) method of nursing can increase the quality of nursing care services, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the model of primary nursing care (MAKP) primary nursing methods on the quality of nursing care. This research is a Quasi Experimental Study with non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design that is observing the effect of using the intervention and control groups without subject randomization. The population in this study were nurses who worked in inpatient and inpatient installations, the sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique. Data collection on the quality of nursing care using the Patient's Assessment of Quality Scale - Acute Care Version (PAQS-ACV) instrument, based on the results of the Content Validity Index (CVI) test of the Patient's Assessment of Quality Scale - Acute Care Version (PAQS-ACV) instrument was 0.98 and the results The reliability test of the Patient's Assessment of Quality Scale - Acute Care Version (PAQS-ACV) questionnaire obtained a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.66. The results showed that there was an influence on the application of the primary nursing care professional model (MAKP) primary nursing on improving the quality of nursing care, based on the results of the independent t-test, it was found that the sig (2-tailed) value was 0.00 where <0.05, it could be concluded that there were differences Significant between the quality of nursing care in the intervention group with the quality of nursing care in the control group, it is recommended that all hospitals, especially in North Sumatra, apply the model of primary nursing care method (MAKP) in primary nursing in the implementation of nursing duties in the inpatient room. Abstrak Meningkatkan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas telah menjadi perhatian utama bagi semua penyedia layanan kesehatan profesional dan konsumen, penelitian dan literatur tentang kualitas pemberian asuhan keperawatan masih belum berkembang khususnya di Indonesia. Model metode asuhan keperawatan (MAKP) primary nursing merupakan metode penugasan dimana perawat bertanggung jawab kepada pasien selama 24 jam mulai saat pasien masuk sampai dengan keluar, metode ini mewujudkan kemandirian para perawat dalam melaksakan asuhan dan model metode asuhan keperawatan (MAKP) primary nursing dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan asuhan keperawatan, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh model metode asuhan keperawatan profesional (MAKP) primary nursing terhadap kualitas asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Quasi Exsperimental Study dengan desain pretest-posttest non equivalent control group yaitu mengobservasi pengaruh dengan menggunakan kelompok intervensi dan kontrol tanpa randomisasi subjek. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perawat yang bekerja di instalasi rawat inap dan pasien rawat inap, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data kualitas asuhan keperawatan menggunakan instrumen Patient’s Assessment of Quality Scale – Acute Care Version (PAQS-ACV), berdasarkan hasil uji Content Validity Index (CVI) instrumen Patient’s Assessment of Quality Scale – Acute Care Version (PAQS-ACV) adalah 0.98 dan hasil uji reliabilitas kuesioner Patient’s Assessment of Quality Scale – Acute Care Version (PAQS-ACV) didapatkan nilai Cronbach Alpha yaitu 0,66. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan model metode asuhan keperawatan profesional (MAKP) primary nursing terhadap peningkatan kualitas asuhan keperawatan, berdasarkan hasil uji independend t-test di ketahui nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.00 dimana < 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kualitas asuhan keperawatan pada kelompok intervensi dengan kualitas asuhan keperawatan pada kelompok kontrol, disarankan untuk seluruh rumah sakit khususnya wilayah sumatera utara menerapkan model metode asuhan keperawatan profesional (MAKP) primary nursing dalam pelaksanaan tugas keperawatan diruang rawat inap.

Abstract

Education is currently experiencing challenges as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, so the government has issued a study from home policy using online methods to reduce the spread of the virus. During the pandemic there was a change in the learning environment and this required adaptation and had an impact on students. The learning environment has an influence on learning motivation and ultimately will affect academic achievement. This study aims to look at the relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement in students who undergo online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative using a cross sectional design and the sample used in this study amounted to 85 people, and simple random sampling was used as a sampling technique for the population. Collecting research data using a questionnaire distributed via google form to facilitate access during a pandemic, and data analysis used using the Spearman test. From the results of the correlation test, it was found that there was no significant relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement in students who underwent online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, p = 0.288. Academic achievement cannot be influenced by motivation alone, but from several supporting factors behind it. Efforts should be made to improve the quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstrak Pendidikan saat ini tengah mengalami tantangan sebagai dampak pandemi Covid-19, sehingga pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan belajar dari rumah dengan menggunakan metode daring untuk menekan laju penyebaran virus. Pada masa pandemi terjadi perubahan lingkungan belajar dan hal ini membutuhkan adaptasi serta menimbulkan dampak bagi mahasiswa. Lingkungan belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar dan akhirnya akan mempengaruhi terhadap prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa yang menjalani pembelajaran daring selama pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitan ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross sectional design dan sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 orang, serta simple random sampling dipakai sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel pada populasi. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui google form untuk mempermudah akses selama pandemi, serta analisa data yang digunakan memakai uji Spearman. Dari hasil uji korelasi didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa yang menjalani pembelajaran daring selama pandemi covid-19, p=0.288. Prestasi akademik tidak dapat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi saja, melainkan dari beberapa faktor pendukung yang melatar belakanginya. Perlu dilakukan upaya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : EFFECT OF NURSE'S RESPONSE TIME ON SATISFACTION LEVEL PATIENTS IN PATIENT SERVICES IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM OFTHE HOSPITAL AMINAH  TANGERANG CITY Introduction : Response time is the speed in handling patients, calculated from the time the patient arrives until there is a response from the nurse, the response time of the nurse will affect the satisfaction of the patient's and patient's family based on meeting or exceeding the expectations of the patient and family. Purpose: This study aims to identify the effect of the nurse's response time on the level of patient satisfaction in patient service in the emergency room at Aminah Hospital, Tangerang City.), Method: the sampling technique uses Systematic random sampling. Researchers collected data using instruments about patient satisfaction in this study using a standardized questionnaire, namely the questionnaire of the gap model of the Supriyanto questionnaire (2015). Meanwhile, the response time instrument used the first emergency service observation sheet or emergency response time rate. statistical test using the Spearman Rank statistical test. Result : Based on the research results obtained with a value of p = 0.000. Because the p value = 0.000 or <0.05. Conclusion : there is a significant relationship between the response time of the nurse to the level of patient satisfaction in patient service in the emergency room at Aminah Hospital, Tangerang City.  Keyword: Nurse's Response and Satisfaction Level  INTISARI: PENGARUH RESPON TIME PERAWAT TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN DALAM PELAYANAN PASIEN DI RUANG IGD RUMAH SAKIT AMINAH KOTA TANGERANG Latar Belakang : Response time merupakan kecepatan dalam penanganan pasien, dihitung sejak pasien datang sampai adanya tanggapan dari perawat, respon time perawat akan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan keluarga pasien dan pasien didasarkan pada terpenuhi atau terlampauinya harapan pasien dan keluarga.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi Pengaruh Respon Time Perawat Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Dalam Pelayanaan Pasien di Ruang IGD Rumah Sakit Aminah Kota Tangerang Tahun 2021, terdapat 90 pasien di Ruang IGD berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini.Metode penelitian : Jenis penelitian korelasional, dengan metode kuantitatif Eksperimen semu (Quasy experimental),teknik  pengambilan sampel menggunakan Systematic random sampling. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Instrumen tentang kepuasan pasien pada  penelitian  ini  menggunakan kuisioner yang sudah baku yaitu kuisioner model kesenjangan kuisioner Supriyanto (2015) Sedangkan untuk intrumen Respon Time menggunakan lembar observasi pelayanan pertama gawat darurat atau emergency respon time rate. uji statistik menggunakan uji statistik Spearman RankHasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan dengan nilai p= 0,000. Abstract

ABSTRACT Coronavirus is an infectious respiratory disease, with symptoms such as the common cold-causing symptoms of diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Corona patients or also known as Covid-19 require special handling that is different from ordinary patients. Nurses, especially those in the Covid-19 isolation room, are required to show deep concern. If the demands for tasks are getting higher, it will be a source of stress for nurses. The source of stress for nurses can be in the form of excess workload. Objective To Analyze the Effect of Workload on the Stress Level of Nurses in the Covid-19 Isolation Room at Aminah Hospital, Tangerang City, 2021. Causal-comparative research. The research was conducted in Tangerang Aminah Hospital from March 2021 to April 2021. The population in this study were all nurses in the isolation room Covid 19th Aminah Hospital Tangerang City as many as 45 people to sample as many as 45 people of all nurses in the isolation room Covid-19 Aminah Hospital. The sampling technique was total sampling. The instruments used in the study of time and motion objective workload and questionnaires measuring job stress. Analysis of the data in this study using Spearman Rank Correlation test. Showed the workload of nurses in the Covid-19 Isolation Room at Aminah Hospital, Tangerang City 2021 was the majority being as many as 23 people (51.1%), stress levels of nurses in the Covid-19 Isolation Room, Aminah Hospital, Tangerang City 2021, the majority of moderate stress, as many as 19 people (42.2,%). Based on the analysis of the Spearman Rank test, the p-value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected. There is an influence between Workload on Nurses' Stress Level in the Covid-19 Isolation Room at Aminah Hospital, Tangerang City 2021 Keywords: Covid-19, Workload, Stress, Nurse ABSTRAK Virus Corona merupakan penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan, dengan gejala seperti flu biasa menyebabkan hingga bergejala penyakit seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) dan Sindrom Pernapasan Akut Berat atau Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Pasien Corona atau disebut juga Covid-19 memerlukan penanganan khusus  yang beda dengan pasien biasa. Perawat khususnya di ruang isolasi Covid-19 dituntut untuk menunjukkan kepedulian yang mendalam. Apabila tuntutan akan tugas-tugas semakin tinggi, hal tersebut akan menjadi sumber stres bagi perawat. Sumber stres perawat dapat berupa beban kerja berlebih. Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Tingkat Stres Perawat Di Ruang Isolasi Covid-19 Rumah Sakit Aminah Kota Tangerang Tahun 2021. Penelitian kausal-komparatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Aminah Tangerang pada bulan Maret 2021 sampai April 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perawat di ruang isolasi Covid-19 Rumah Sakit Aminah Kota Tangerang sebanyak 45 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 45 orang semua perawat di ruang isolasi Covid-19 Rumah Sakit Aminah. Teknik pengambilan sampel berupa total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu time and motion pengukuran beban kerja objektif dan kuisioner pengukuran stres kerja. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil menunjukkan beban kerja perawat di Ruang Isolasi Covid-19 Rumah Sakit Aminah Kota Tangerang 2021 adalah mayoritas sedang sebanyak 23 orang (51,1%), tingkat stres perawat di Ruang Isolasi Covid-19 Rumah Sakit Aminah Kota Tangerang 2021, mayoritas stres sedang, sebanyak 19 orang (42,2,%). Berdasarkan analisa uji Sperman Rank diperoleh p value 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak. Ada pengaruh antara Beban Kerja Terhadap Tingkat Stres Perawat di Ruang Isolasi Covid-19 Rumah Sakit Aminah Kota Tangerang 2021. Kata Kunci: Covid-19,  Beban Kerja, Stres, Perawat

Abstract

ABSTRACT: RELATIONSHIP AGE AND TYPE SEX WITH PATIENT COVID-19 IN RUMAH SAKIT AMINAH KOTA TANGERANG YEAR 2021   Introduction: Coronavirus or (Covid-19) is a virus that can attack the respiratory system. In some cases, the virus just causes infections of respiratory mild, Virus Corona can cause infections of respiratory severe, such as infection of the lungs. Covid-19 is transmitted through droplets or sprays of mucus and droplets of water saliva that fly out of the mouth, in the area covered.Purpose: research is aimed at identifying the relationship Age and Type Sex with Patient Covid-19 at Rumah Sakit Aminah Kota Tangerang In 2021, Method: there were 71 patients who check up Covid-19 swabs PCR or antigen participating in the research is to use the technique of Random Sampling. Researchers undertake the collection of data by using a sheet of observation with methods checklist that is used to obtain information of respondents about the things that would like to note that the age and type of sex. Covid-19 patients. Statistical test using chi-squared. Result: Based on the results of the research relationship Age in Patients Covid-19 obtained results of the test chi-squared obtained p-value 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship Age in Patients Covid-19. Uji  statistik menggunakan chi-kuadrat.Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hubungan Usia dengan Penderita Covid-19 didapatkan Hasil uji chi-kuadrat diperoleh p value 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan Usia dengan Penderita Covid-19 dan berdasarkan hasil penelitian hubungan Jenis Kelamin dengan Penderita Covid-19 didapatkan Hasil uji chi-kuadrat diperoleh p value 0, 917> 0,05 yang berarti tidak hubungan jenis kelamin dengan Penderita Covid-19.Kesimpulan : bahwa ada Hubungan Usia dengan Penderita Covid-19 dan untuk jenis kelamin tidak ada hubungan dengan Penderita Covid-19 Kata kunci: Umur, Jenis Kelamin, Covid 19

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nursing Early Warning Scoring System (NEWSS) is an early warning system that uses a marker in the form of a score to assess the deterioration of the patient's condition before the problem occurs so that with earlier treatment it is hoped that life-threatening conditions can be resolved more quickly Education is the addition of someone's knowledge and abilities through practical techniques learning or instruction , with the purpose of considering the fact or condition of the real, by way of giving a boost to directing themselves (self-direction ). Satisfaction families of patients and patients based fulfilled or exceeding the expectations of patients and families. Identifying Influence Compliance Education Against Nurses in Implementing EWS inpatient wards Home City Hospital Tangerang In, identifying before and after education EWS, there were 64 nurses in the inpatient unit participated in the research is to use a technique Total Sanpling. Researchers undertake the collection of data by using Instruments Educational EWS against nurses is by way of a simulation tool RAPIDS, given to all respondents for 90 minutes , then followed by a case simulation for 60 minutes is an instrument to measure the clinical performance of respondents in early detection of changes in vital signs . Meanwhile, for the first instrument is the compliance in implementing the Safety of patients (EWSS) The questionnaire contains sheets of observations on the implementation of the NEWSS Statistical test using statistical tests test Wilxososn. Based on the results of the research obtained implementation of EWS by nurses in the room Outpatient Inpatient Home Hospital Kota Tangerang after education experienced an average increase of 32.50 times of the implementation of EWS before education Results Wilcoxon test was obtained p value 0,000 <0,05. There is an influence of education on nurse compliance in the implementation of EWS in the Inpatient Room of the Tangerang City Hospital in 2021  Keywords: Education, Nurse Compliance, EWS implementation  ABSTRAK Nursing Early Warning Scoring System (NEWSS) merupakan sebuah sistem peringatan dini yang menggunakan penanda berupa skor untuk menilai pemburukan kondisi pasien sebelum masalah terjadi sehingga dengan penanganan yang lebih dini diharapkan kondisi mengancam jiwa dapat diatasi lebih cepat Edukasi adalah penambahan pengetahuan dan kemampuan seseorang melalui teknik praktik belajar atau instruksi, dengan tujuan untuk mengingat fakta atau kondisi nyata, dengan cara memberi dorongan terhadap pengarahan diri (self direction). Kepuasan keluarga pasien dan pasien didasarkan pada terpenuhi atau terlampauinya harapan pasien dan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi Pengaruh Edukasi Terhadap Kepatuhan Perawat Dalam Pelaksanaan EWS di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Kota Tangerang dan mengidentifikasi kepatuhan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Edukasi EWS, terdapat 64 orang Perawat di ruang rawat inap berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Instrumen Edukasi EWS terhadap perawat yaitu dengan cara simulasi alat RAPIDS diberikan kepada seluruh responden selama 90 menit, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan simulasi kasus selama 60 menit merupakan instrumen untuk mengukur kinerja klinis responden dalam deteksi dini perubahan tanda-tanda vital. Sedangkan untuk Instrumen kepatuhan dalam melaksanakan Keselamatan pasien (EWSS) Kuesioner berisi lembar observasi terhadap pelaksanaan NEWSS. uji statistik menggunakan uji statistik uji Wilxososn. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan Pelaksanaan EWS oleh perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Kota Tangerang setelah edukasi mengalami peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 32,50 kali dari Pelaksanaan EWS sebelum dilakukan edukasi Hasil Uji Wilcoxon diperoleh p value 0,000 < 0,05. Ada Pengaruh Edukasi Terhadap Kepatuhan Perawat dalam Pelaksanaan EWS di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Kota Tangerang Tahun 2021 Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Kepatuhan Perawat, Pelaksanaan EWS

Abstract

The development of science and technology that continues to progress, especially in the health sector requires changes in terms of service so that in providing more professional services in hospitals, nursing care must be of high quality. Nursing Law Number 38 of 2014 Article 3B states that nursing arrangements aim to improve the quality of nursing services, therefore the provision of quality nursing services is important in today's health services. The model of professional nursing care is divided into several models, namely primary, team and case nursing. Based on the results of a survey of research journals, the researchers concluded that there was no research that compared the professional nursing care team model with primary nursing in improving the quality of nursing care. The purpose of this study was to identify the use of the professional nursing care team model with the primary nursing model in improving the quality of nursing care. This type of research is a quantitative research type with a comparative design. The population in this study were all patients at the Inpatient Hospital where the study was conducted. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data collection on the quality of nursing care used a quality scale patient assessment instrument – the acute care version (PAQS-ACV). This instrument was developed to assess the quality of nursing care. Data analysis in this study used an independent t-test. normality test using the Kolmorogov-Smirnov test with a significance value (p > 0.05). The results showed that there was a significant difference between the quality of nursing care in the team group and the quality of nursing care in the primary nursing group where the value of sig (2-tailed) was 0.008 where > 0.05, the results also showed that based on the results of the frequency distribution test the quality of nursing care was using the team model and the primary nursing model has a high majority value of nursing care quality, but there is a difference in the average value (mean) where the quality of nursing care in the nursing care model group in the team method group is 144.86 and the quality of nursing care in the primary nursing model group is 155.83. These results indicate that the quality of nursing care with the primary nursing model has a higher quality of care value than the group nursing care model with the team method. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that hospitals can apply a professional nursing practice model, especially the primary nursing model to further improve the quality of nursing care provided.

Abstract

Abstract Effective learning is important for an education and is the first step towards student development. Education demands that must be undertaken will be the triggering factors of the problems faced by students and academic problems related to learning stress and will ultimately affect student motivation. When there is a mismatch between demands and the ability to deal with it can cause problems such as stress, and stress learning is a problem that often occurs in the educational environment. Hypnotherapy is a therapy that can overcome learning stress, increase learning motivation, improve bad habits and can also strengthen memory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hypnotherapy on learning stress in increasing student motivation. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental design with one group pre-post-test test. The sample used in the study amounted to 35 people and the sampling technique used consecutive sampling. Research data collection using the SLSI instrument and learning motivation instruments, as well as data analysis used using the dependent t-test. From the results of the statistical test of the dependent t-test between before and after the intervention on learning stress we found a significant difference (t=17,198, p=0,000) and on learning motivation (t=10,345, p=0,000), it can be concluded that effective hypnotherapy reduce learning stress and increase student motivation. The use of hypnotherapy can help the achievement of effective learning and maximize the potential for better learning for students and suggest its use in the educational environment. Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has changed the method of learning in the world of health. The United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) announced that 1.2 billion students worldwide have been affected by school closures at universities due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Online learning (DARING) is increasingly being used during the Covid-19 pandemic. The process of using DARING requires adaptation for students, this is a new experience. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the satisfaction of health students in using e-Learning methods during Covid-19. This research method is a descriptive survey using a questionnaire about student satisfaction with online learning methods. A total of 130 students participated in this study. The results of this study indicated that 39.3% of the students expressed dissatisfaction, 27.7% of the students stated that they were very dissatisfied, 23.1% of the students stated that they were satisfied and 10.0% of the students stated that they were very satisfied. The conclusion in this study is that the majority of health students expressed dissatisfaction in implementing e-Learning methods during pandemic Covid-19 in Medan.Abstrak: Pandemi Covid 19 telah mengubah metode pendidikan di dunia Kesehatan. United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) mengumumkan bahwa 1,2 milliar siswa di seluruh dunia telah terkena dampak penutupan sekolah di Universitas karena wabah Covid-19. Pembelajaran Dalam Jaringan (DARING) semakin banyak di gunakan selama pandemic Covid 19. Proses penggunanan DARING membutuhkan adaptasi bagi mahasiswa, hal ini merupakan pengalaman baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan mahasiswa kesehatan dalam menggunakan pembelajaran Daring selama Covid 19.  Metode penelitian ini adalah Survei deskriptif menggunakan kuesioner tentang kepuasan mahasiswa dengan metode pembelajaran Daring. Sebanyak 130 mahasiswa berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkabahwa 39.2 % mahasiwa meyatakan tidak puas, 27.7 % mahasiswa menyatakan sangat tidak puas, 23.1 % mahasiswa menyatakan puas dan 10.0 % mahasiswa menyatakan sangat puas. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa mahasiwa kesehatan mayoritas menyatakan tidak puas dalam melaksanakan metode pembelajaran Daring (Dalam Jaringan).
