<![CDATA[Abstrak Latar Belakang: Hasil studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan Jurusan Keperawatan Gigi Poltekkes Kemenkes Jambi melakukan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan gigi dan mulut pada anak usia dini hanya memenuhi kebutuhan asuh saja yaitu pemberian penyuluhan, pemeriksaan kesehatan gigi dan sikat gigi, tidak mencakup pola asah dan asih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan model pelayanan asuhan keperawatan gigi dan mulut dengan pola asah, asih dan asuh pada anak usia dini di TK Yufanti Jambi. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan quasi ekperimen, dan pengumpulan data dari data primer yang diperoleh dari formulir observasi. Sampel sebanyak 35 orang anak TK Yufanti Jambi diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel anak usia dini, usia ≥ 4 tahun dan mau jadi responden.Kesimpulan:. Uji statistik menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon diketahui model pelayanan asuhan keperawatan gigi dan mulut dengan pola asah, asih dan asuh efektif terhadap peningkatan kemandirian menyikat gigi pada anak usia dini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi pada 0,000 (p < 0,05). Abstrack Development of Service Model of Dental Care with Dental Pattern, Asih and Asuh at Early Childhood Bakground: The result of preliminary study which has been done by Dental Health Department of Poltekkes Kemenkes Jambi performs services of dental and oral care in early childhood only fulfill the need of foster care only that is giving counseling, dental and toothbrush examination, not covering the patterns of grasp and affection. The purpose of this research is to know the development of service model of oral and dental care with the patterns of sharp, affection, and foster care at early child in TK Yufanti Jambi. Methode:This research is a quantitative research with quasi ekperimen approach method, and collecting data from primary data obtained from observation form. The sample of 35 children of TK Yufanti Jambi was taken by purposive sampling technique with criteria of early childhood sample, age ≥ 4 years and want to be respondent.Coclusion: The statistical test using Wilcoxon Test is known to model the service of oral and dental nursing care with the effective patterns of sharp, affection, and foster care of self-reliance on toothbrushing in early childhood indicated by significance value at 0.000 (p <0.05).]]>
