Abstract

Most of head of nursing department even nurses in hospital uses compromising conflict management style  about 13 %. While collaborating and avoiding style are only used at least 5,6 %. The difference in applying conflict management style is influenced by some individual factors including knowledge, skill and the ability in supervision competence. The purpose of this research is to find out the correlation between supervision competence and conflict management style of head of nursing department in goverment hospital in Banda Aceh. Quantitative method with cross sectional design was used in this research. This research was conducted in RSUD dr. Zainal Abidin and in BLUD – RSJ (mental illness service unit) Banda Aceh toward 77 heads of nursing department who perfoming supervision (total sampling). The method used in collecting data is questionary distribution. Chi-square technique is used to analyse the corellation between supervision competence and conflict management style of  head of nursing department. The result of this research shows that 84,4% of head of nursing department is incompetent in applying conflict management style and 92,2% of those generally used intergration style in problem solving. The result of statistict test shows that there is no significant corellation between supervision competence of head of nursing department and dominating, integrating, compromising, avoiding style and there is no obligation to apply conflict management style by head of nursing departement in conducting supervision  at hospital in Banda Aceh. The lower number of competent supervisor and the higher number of inappropriate style applying by supervisor in manage conflict can decrease the quality of controlling in hospitals. It is strongly sugessted that nurse supervisors improve supervision competence and  knowledge related to conflict management style through training, workshop, seminar and continual education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah siswa kelas 3 SMP Negeri 3 SIDIKALANG memahami dan mengenal kalimat efektif, khusus nya dalam penggunaan ketegasan atau penekanan dalam kalimat efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu prosedur penelitian yang menggunakan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan pelaku yang dapat diamati. Dalam hal ini, penulis menggunakan angket dalam membantu proses penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa masih banyak siswa yang belum memahami penggunaan kalimat efektif. Simpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa diperlukan les tambahan untuk membahas tentang materi kalimat efektif khusus nya dalam penggunaan penekanan dan ketegasan dalam kalimat efektif. Kata kunci : kalimat efektif, penekanan, ketegasan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe writing of this article was distributed by the authors observations with regard to the use of the word diction in term paper writing. The article is titled “201CPenggunaan Diction in the writing Paper on Students majoring in accounting education in the regular class B 2011”. The writing is also effected by the authors curiosity towards the knowledge and ability of students in its diction in term paper writing term paper, either individual or group papers. It is also given that the student who is always dealing with paper writing in courses. In the writing of the paper, authors of papers should be able to choose and place the appropriate word to be used in writing the paper. Things that are going to be sosotan the author of this research in the mini. The object in this research was a paper written by University students majoring in accounting education in the regular class B Faculty of Economics State University of Medan. The paper in question was completed by a working group or individual. The purpose of this research is the mini-writing to find out how the level of proficiency in the use of diction student in the writing of term papers. The Data collected by the author with regard to the writing of this research comes from the mini papers completed by students majoring in accounting education B.Key Words: Papers, Students, Diction.

Abstract

The prevalence of cancer in Indonesia is significantly high. Based on data (Rikesdas) in 2013, it showed that the prevalence of cancer is 1,4 per 1000 people or approximately 330.000 people. The most popular cases faced by women is chest and cervix cancer. Data has shown that 75% of breast cancer had chemotherapy. The result of studies shows that more than 60% of chemotherapy patient caused hair fall, darken-nail, queasy, and loss appetite. The aim of this study was to find out factors related to the obedience to chemotherapy on breast cancer patients in wardThursina II BLUD Zainal Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh in 2017. This research was conducted from 1 April to 30 May 2017. This type of research was the correlation with crossectional study design approach. The population of the study included all of the breast cancer patients who were having chemotherapy. The technique of sampling used was accidental sampling that involved 65 participants. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square Test. The result of the study showed that there was a relationship self-concept and chemotherapy obedience (p-value=0,013); expense and chemotherapy obedience (p-value=0,036); family support and chemotherapy obedience (p-value=0,002); side-effects and chemotherapy obedient (p-value=0,007). It is hoped that all the employee in BLUD dr.Zainal Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh can improve nursing management and enhance operational standard procedure on chemotherapy for patients, especially for breast cancer patients.
