Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi dampak gerakan literasi sekolah, pemanfaatan koleksi perpustakaan sekolah dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil pembelajaran siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Baturraden sebanyak 352 siswa yang mengambil Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 187 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang mencakup penggunaan koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gerakan literasi sekolah, pemanfaatan koleksi perpustakaan sekolah dan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil pembelajaran siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pertama, semakin baik program gerakan literasi sekolah dijalankan, maka semakin baik pula hasil pembelajaran yang diperoleh siswa. Kedua, semakin baik pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah oleh siswa, maka semakin baik pula hasil pembelajaran yang diperoleh siswa. Ketiga, semakin baik motivasi siswa dalam belajar, maka semakin baik pula hasil pembelajaran yang diperoleh siswa.

The goal of this research is to test the existence of winner-loser anomaly based on underreaction hypothesis, specifically to investigate the profitability of momentum investment strategy in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) by observing a sample of the firm listed at LQ45 index. For examining the presence of momentum in prices, the research used a variable of excess return from June 2004 to June 2007, and overlapping six months formation and test period.The analysis found that underreaction occured in the market, and there was strong evidence for price momentum of past winners and losers in IDX. On the other word, momentum investment strategy obtained significant profit for short-term horizon (six months). If momentum returns in United States and European markets were due to underreaction to information contained in past prices, this research found the same behavioral phenomenon in the Indonesian capital market.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the firmâ€™s characteristics and capital structure of SMEs registered in Indonesia. This study use panel data analysis for twenty-five firms over three years (2016-2018). The samples of this study were 25 Indonesian SMEs registered in the Pefindo25 index. The capital structure determinants are expressed as a function of size, tangible assets, current ratio, return on asset, and growth. This study used a pooled fixed effect to estimate the relationship between the variables. The result shows that the capital structure of registered SMEs in Indonesia is negatively affected by size, current ratio, return on asset, and growth. Registered SMEs in Indonesia have a capital structure that is in line with POT predictions.

Digitalization changes the world of education starting from teaching methods that follow trends, subject matter that follows world developments and ultimately being able to produce output that is in accordance with the situation and conditions of the employment field. The level of success can be seen from the student achievement. Learning achievement is influenced by two factors, both internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of using e-books on learning achievement (2) the effect of digital literacy on learning achievement (3) the effect of book collection availability on learning achievement. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. The population in this study were 141 students of Economic Education class 2016-2018. This sampling technique uses probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the result showed that the use of e-books, digital literacy, and availability of book collections in the library partially has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement.

Most digital banking companies experience negative returns on assets so it is necessary to analyze the factors change its financial position. This research intends to investigate the magnitude of loan to deposit, non-performing loan, and capital adequacy on profitability using net interest margin as mediation. In this research, the contents of sample are 7 (seven) digital banks registered at IDX during the period 2019 to the third quarter of 2022. The existing data were analyzed using Partial Least Square. As the result, the findings show that the magnitude of loan to deposit has a positive effect on net interest margin and then on profitability. Furthermore, net interest margin could to mediate significantly the impact of loan to deposit towards profitability. Meanwhile, non-performing loan has no beneficial impact to profitability. In addition, capital adequacy has an impact negatively on profitability.

This study investigates how salary, organizational culture, and leadership style affect employee engagement in a Bandung-based clothing firm. Deductive reasoning is used in this study to get quantitative data from surveys. The results demonstrate that fair remuneration, a collaborative corporate culture, and transformational leadership style all strongly influence employee engagement in the apparel sector. The findings of this study emphasize the significance of improving employee engagement by fostering a favorable work environment and coordinating leadership behaviors, cultural values, and remuneration methods. These insights provide valuable guidance for garment companies in Bandung to optimize employee engagement and improve overall organizational effectiveness.

Activities in this tourist village are a university service program which aims to contribute to developing the tourist village. Apart from that, students can collaborate and interact directly with all parties starting from village officials, Pokdarwis to village communities and utilize existing facilities to apply the knowledge they have acquired. The objects of activity as partners are several parties related to the Tambaknegara Tourism Village, Rawalo District, Banyumas Regency with an activity period of one month. The output of the program implemented includes social media development starting from creating social media accounts, content and promotion of tourist villages. The conclusion from this activity is that the Tambaknegara Tourism Village has tourism potential that can be developed and introduced more widely through the use of information technology, one of which is through social media. The role of various parties still needs to be increased in introducing this tourist village so that more people visit this tourist village.

The target audience for this Science and Technology Application Program is the Nurimas batik making group which has 11 members and is located in Pajerukan Village, Kalibagor District. The emergence of this group was triggered by the large demand for batik products in Kalibagor District in particular and in Banyumas Regency in general which has not been served, namely 10,020 people from school students, teachers and employees within the Kalibagor District. School students, teachers and employees in Banyumas Regency are generally required to wear batik clothing 2-3 days a week. Meanwhile, the Nurimas Batik group is the only batik craftsman from the Kalibagor District area. The partners' main problems are that many of the production equipment is no longer suitable and there is a lack of capital due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the partners have not started a business in promoting their products to potential customers, the partners have not mastered the online marketing or sales of their batik, the partners do not understand group management. which is good, the partners do not implement order in their group's administrative records, the batik motif designs of the batik-making partners are still simple and not yet varied, their mastery of business management is still lacking and they do not carry out standardized bookkeeping. This activity has resulted in an increase in equipment and production materials owned by partners, increased sales, the ability to market on-line, increased partner mastery of group management and administration, results of administering activities, group financial reports, and scientific articles. In order to obtain the specified goals and outcomes, the team carries out outreach programs to partners, practice and mentoring. The method used to evaluate is to compare the level of knowledge with capabilities and production results. Then compare marketing activities before the Science and Technology Application service program and after.
