Abstract

One of  the marketing strategies in the modern era that offers delivery order facility (delivery service), system implemented at the present time that can help overcome the problem of limited time to buy. This paper aims to identify the level of interest of Banda Aceh city community to the delivery order business of agricultural products, as well as factors related to the interest of the society, and also the most popular type of food agriculture product. This research was conducted in Banda Aceh city, with the object of research of Banda Aceh city society.. The results of this study indicate the interest of Banda Aceh city community to the business of order delivery of agricultural products in high interest category that is with score 30,26. Factors - factors that have a very strong and strong relationship with the interest of the community terahadap delivery business order of agricultural products that is the work, income and accuracy of delivery. Factors that have a weak relationship with the interest of the community to the delivery order of agricultural product  is delivery time, distance, price, and information. The type of food that people in Banda Aceh are interested in is food processed products of 65%.

Abstract

This research is intended to determine the leading commodities that have growth and competitiveness and have priority to be developed in the Gayo Lues Regency. The research was conducted using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Shift Share (SS) analysis and Priority Commodity Development Priority analysis. The object used is agricultural commodities with limited research space on commodity production in each agricultural sub-sector in Gayo Lues Regency and Aceh Province. The results of the study show that agricultural leading commodities are peanuts, corn, rice, pineapple, shallots, cayenne pepper, large chili, tomatoes, siam orange, tobacco, candlenut, lemongrass, ginger, sugar palm, patchouli, sugar cane, buffalo, sheep, goats, cattle and rice field fisheries. Main commodities that have fast growth are rice, cayenne pepper, large chili, tomatoes, pineapple, serehwangi, tobacco, ginger, patchouli, cattle, goats and sheep. While commodities that have good competitiveness are corn, peanuts, large chillies, shallots, tomatoes, cayenne pepper, candlenut, tobacco, sugar palm, beef, buffalo, goats and sheep. The leading commodities that are the first priority to be developed are tobacco, cayenne pepper, large chillies, tomatoes, sheep, goats and cows. The second priority is pineapple, serehwangi, ginger, patchouli, rice, candlenut, shallots, sugar palm, peanuts, corn and buffalo. The third or alternative priority is rice fisheries, sugar cane and Siamese oranges.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar agroindustri pengolahan kopi arabika ekspor pada KSU Sara Ate di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dapat menciptakan nilai tambah untuk kopi dan untuk mengetahui apakah sudah efesien pemasaran kopi arabika ekspor pada KSU Sara Ate di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penentuan lokasi penelitian ini ditentukan secara sengaja (Purposive) dengan pertimbangan karena industri pengolahan kopi ini berproduksi secara berkesinambungan dan juga merupakan salah satu industri pengolahan kopi di Aceh Tengah. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode analisis nilai tambah model hayami dan metode analisis efesiensi pemasaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai tambah kopi arabika ekspor green bean grade 1 (spesialty) pada KSU Sara Ate sedang, dan green bean grade 2 (premium) rendah. Berdasarkan nilai efesiensi pemasaran green bean grade 1 dan green bean grade 2  pada KSU Sara Ate pemasaran dinilai efesien. Nilai tersebut memenuhi syarat ketentuan dimana jika EP 0-50 % pemasaran dinilai efesien.AbstractThis study aims to find out how big arabica coffee processing export agroindustry in KSU Sara Ate in Central Aceh Regency can create added value for coffee and to know whether it has efficient marketing arabica coffee export at KSU Sara Ate in Central Aceh regency. Determination of the location of this study is determined purposively (Purposive) with consideration because the coffee processing industry is producing continuously and is also one of the coffee processing industry in Central Aceh. The method of analysis used in this research is the value added analysis method of hayami model and marketing efficiency analysis method. The analysis result shows the value of arabica coffee export of green bean grade 1 (specialty) on KSU Sara Ate being, and green bean grade 2 (premium) low. Based on the value of marketing efficiency of green bean grade 1 and green bean grade 2 on KSU Sara Ate marketing is considered efficient. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah  untuk menganalisis sejauhmana pengaruh modal sosial terhadap ketahanan pangan keluarga petani di Desa Sentosa Kecamatan Mutiara Barat. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Sentosa Kecamatan Mutiara Barat Kabupaten Pidie. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat petani yang berada di Desa Sentosa Kecamatan Mutiara Barat Kabupaten Pidie, yaitu 35 Kepala Keluarga (KK).  Penelitian ini menggunakan data  sekunder dan primer.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala Likert yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian  ini menunjukkan Modal sosial mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani dengan koefisien variabel sebesar 0,704, artinya peningkatan intensitas modal sosial sebesar 1 satuan akan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani sebesar 0,704 satuan. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,922, artinya modal sosial dapat menjelaskan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani sebesar 92,20 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 7,80 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam model. Nilai t hitung diperoleh 20,114 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (2.028), artinya modal sosial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%.Kata Kunci: Modal Sosial, Petani, Katahanan Pangan dan Rumah Tangga.ABSTRACTThe aim of the study was to analyze the extent of the influence of social capital on the food security of farmer families in Sentosa Village, Mutiara Barat District. Research location in Sentosa Village, Mutiara Barat District, Pidie District. The sample of this study was all farming communities located in Sentosa Village, Mutiara Barat Subdistrict, Pidie District, namely 35 Family Heads (KK). This study uses secondary and primary data. The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale which is then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that social capital has a positive influence on household food security of farmers with variable coefficients of 0.704, meaning that the increase in social capital intensity of 1 unit will increase farm household food security by 0.704 units. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.922, meaning that social capital can explain the household food security of farmers by 92.20%, while the remaining 7.80% is explained by other variables not included in the model. The value of t count obtained is 20.114 greater than the value of t table (2.028), meaning that social capital has a significant effect on increasing food security of farmer households with a confidence level of 95%.Keywords: Social Capital, Farmers, Food and Household Resilience.

Abstract

In order to encourage the stability of rice production, the government set a policy to implement integrated factory management (GP-PTT) and other rice intensification action included application which System of Rice Intensification (SRI). The purpose of this study is to determine farmers' perceptions of the application of SRI cultivation methods, and to determine the relationship between farmer characteristics and perceptions of the application of the SRI method. The study was conducted from October to December 2018. The study located at Gampong Cot Kareung, Indrapuri sub-district, Aceh Besar district, Aceh Province. There were 30 members of Tani Bijeh Mata Women's Group were targeted as research respondents. The basic analytics is descriptive method and the data analyzed by spearman rank correlation. The results of this study as a whole the average perceptions of farmers members of KWT Bijeh Mata conducted have a value of 3.3 by using the Likert measurement scale indicating that the level of perception is still categorized as good. There is a relationship between age characteristics and farmers' perceptions and there is a strong relationship to the characteristics of ownership status with perception. As for income characteristics, land area, education, experience and intensity of participating in agricultural training did not have a relationship with farmers' perceptions of the SRI cultivation method.
