Abstract

Nutrition knowledge is a fundamental base for determining attitude and practice in food choice. This study aimed to determine the magnitude of knowledge among elementary students. Analysis based on pre-test and post-test among elementary students who had been intervened by Gerakan Nusantara team. The intervention of nutrition education was held in 2014 to 2018 among 7113 selected elementary students in Indonesia. T-test of SPSS was used to analyze data. Standardization was held to determine the magnitude of change in each component of nutrition knowledge before and after nutrition education intervention. The result showed there was a significant change in nutrition knowledge after intervention p<0.05 from 2014 to 2018. The lowest magnitude of nutrition knowledge change was in 2014 (mean score=6.0±18.2). The lowest component of nutrition knowledge change was tumpeng balance nutrition guidelines dan and my plate food (mean score=2.3±1.4). This study showed that there was enhancement nutrition knowledge among students who were supported by their environment and the lowest magnitude of component knowledge was tumpeng balance nutrition guidelines dan and my plate food. The implementation of nutrition policy which was followed by effective media and method was necessary to be done to improve nutrition knowledge so that could affect attitude and practice among students.

Abstract

Background: In Indonesia, prevalence of over nutrition (overweight and obesity) among children and adolescent is increasing. This can be influenced by the life style ,that is growing now, is on line food ordering (OFO).Objective: The purpose of the study are to know the description of OFO, and behavior that related with of OFO among student in SMAN 25 Jakarta. Methods: The study design was cross sectional involving 216 students. Frequency OFO is dependent variable and as independent variables are characteristic (sex, level education of parent, and pocket money), and behavior (frequency of fast food, frequency SSB, and screen time). The study methods used non-probability sampling with the sampling technique was incidental sampling. Students filled out questionnaire and submitted it by on line. Results: The results showed 38% of student used OFO with frequency of 2 times a week. Mostly students choose fast food as a menu and 26,4% students choose Sugar-Sweetened Beverages (SSB). Results of bivariate analysis showed there was relationship between level education of parent, pocket money, frequency of fast food, frequency of SSB, screen time with frequency of OFO.Conclusion: Level education of parent, pocket money, frequency of fast food, frequency of SSB, screen time with frequency of OFO related with frequency of OFO.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the alignment of the work types with the original specialization of alumni from the public health faculty of Universitas Indonesia based on the results of 2010-2017 tracer study of public health undergraduate of FKM UI. The study used secondary data from the 2010-2017 FKM UI Tracer Study with samples 298 people. Moreover, the study used Multivariate Analysis, especially multiple logistic regression analysis. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the variables were significantly related to work alignment, namely variables of the origin specialization and the number of applying for jobs. Then, the variables of residency, work waiting period, additional courses and the number of interview calls are called confounding variables. The analysis results of Odds Ratio (OR) from the original specialization variables are 3. It means 3 alumni whose original specialization in Occupational Safety Health (K3) will get job which is line with their specialization 3 times higher than alumni whose specialization in Science Public Health (IKM) after getting controlled variables, such as the number of job applications, residency, work waiting period, additional courses and number of interview calls.
