Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh display dan instore media terhadap point of purchase serta dampaknya terhadap impulse buying.  Populasidalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan indomaret di Semarang sebanyak100 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi bergandadengan program spss versi 17 for window.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1) display berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap point of purchasedengannilai probability 0,01<0,05; 2) instore media berpengaruh positif dan  signifikanterhadap point of purchasedengan nilai probability 0,03<0,05; 3) point ofpurchasesecara berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap impulse buyingdengannilai probability 0,00<0,05. Dan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2)sebesar 0,707 atau 70,7%. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 70,7% point ofpurchase dipengaruhi oleh display dan instore media sedangkan sisanya 29,3%dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the influence of supply chain integration, information technology and innovation on competitive advantage. The research population comprised freight forwading company in Semarang City. The sample was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The sample was 100 companies. The data were collected by a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in the study was multiple regression analysis using the program of SPSS Version 17 for Windows. The results of the study showed that supply chain integration, information technology and innovation had a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.71 or 71%, the coefficient shows that 71 % of competitive advantage is affected by supply chain integration, information technology, innovation while the remaining 29% is affected by other independent variables not study.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, innovation and marketing capabilities on competitive advantage. The research population comprised Fish Processing Business in Semarang City. The sample was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The sample was 100 companies. The data were collected by a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using AMOS 24.0 analysis tool. The test results using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques indicate that the model is in accordance with population data. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurship oriented , innovation and marketing capabilities had a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. Used by analyzer for example validity test, test reliabilitas, and hipotesis test use modelling equation structural (SEM).

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effects of the consumption pattern, entrepreneurship on the family welfare in Tanggulsari, Semarang. The research population comprised all fishermen conducting fishing activities in the coastal area of Nornth Beach, Semarang City, with a total of 106 fishermen. The sample was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in the study was multiple regression analysis using the program of SPSS Version 17 for Windows. The results of the study show that: 1) consumption patterns have a significant positive effect on family welfare with a probability value of 0.030<0.05; 2) entrepreneurship have a significant positive effect on the family welfare with a probability value of 0.000<0.05; and 3) as an aggregate/simultaneously the consumption patterns  entrepreneurship have effect on family welfare with a probability value of 0.000<0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.707 or 70.7%. The coefficient shows that 70.7% of the consumption level is affected by the consumption patterns, entrepreneurship while the remaining 29.3% is affected by other independent variables not under study.Keywords: Consumption Patterns, Entrepreneurship and Family WelfarePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola konsumsi, kewirausahaan terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan di Tanggulsari . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan program spss versi 17 for window. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pola konsumsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan dengan nilai probability 0,02<0,05; 2) kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan dengan nilai probability 0,03<0,05; 3) secara bersama-sama/ simultan pola konsumsi , kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kesejahateraan nelayan dengan nilai probability 0,00<0,05. Dan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,707 atau 70,7%. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 70,7% kesejahteraan nelayan dipengaruhi oleh pola konsumsi dankewirausahaan sedangkan sisanya 29,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti.Kata kunci : Pola Konsumsi, Kewirausahaan dan Kesejahteraan Nelayan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of each - each variable, mileage sea (X1), old work (X2), technolgy (X3) to income (Y). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 100 respondents using purposive sampling method to determine the response of respondents to each variable. Then analyze the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that have met the test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption processed so as to produce the following regression equation: Ŷ = 1,136 + 0,251(X1) + 0,201(X2) + 0,218(X3) . Results of the analysis found that mileage sea (X1), old work (X2), technolgy (X3) has a positive and significant influence on income. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that independent variables found to significantly affect dependent variables.Keywords: Mileage Sea , Old Work , Technolgy And IncomeTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing – masing variabel, jarak tempuh melaut (X1), lama bekerja (X2), teknologi (X3) terhadap pendapatan nelayan (Y). Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner terhadap 100 orang responden dengan mengunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data-data yang diperoleh berupa analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis lewat uji F dan uji t serta uji analisis koefisien determinasi (R2 ). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regersi linear berganda yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Data-data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Ŷ = 1,136 + 0,251(X1) + 0,201(X2) + 0,218(X3) . Hasil analisis mendapatkan bahwa jarak tempuh melaut (X1), lama bekerja (X2), teknologi (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang diteliti terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen.Kata kunci : Jarak tempuh melaut, Lama bekerja, Teknologi dan Pendapatan

Abstract

The development of technology is very fast as it is supported by internet technology applications. On the other hand, the mobility of the individual is higher so they need application technologies that can respond to all the requests and needs of mobility. Within this condition it is very beneficial if then pemanfaatan all devices based on technology has become a way of life and like work because almost all jobs require high application of technology.In accordance with the development of technology that is implemented in transportation equipment that is not much found in sea vessels that can be accessed through mobile devices, well from the schedule of the ferry, information and for sending the ticket to a company. An android based mobile application can be planned which should solve those problems. This application is available to use the fast property of Android OS used for ordering ticket kapal laut, find out the schedule of kebarankatkan from different kapal due to payment. Application booking ticket online kapal laut based on android using the methodology DAD (Disciplined Agile Delivery) should provide information for communities where to travel with sea transportation, get information about kapal, sailing schedule, order tickets for each.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of SMEs run by the millennial generation by investigating the effect of entrepreneurship orientation indicators of innovation, proactivity, and risk orientation on sustainability decisions by using the mediating effect of future orientation. The research was conducted in 160 SMEs run by the millennial generation in Semarang, Indonesia. The sampling was conducted using simple random sampling, while the analysis was performed by examining path analysis using the PLS-SEM technique. The results showed significant influences of innovation, proactivity, and risk orientation on future orientation. The analysis of the mediating role of future orientation showed its capability to strengthen the effects of innovation, proactivity, and risk orientation on sustainability decisions. The findings have implications for allowing millennial generation SMEs to remain competitive in the development of the digital world by making them more future-oriented and to have a better future outlook to mitigate uncertainties in the future by optimizing innovation proactivity and risk orientation. Therefore, the factors critical for the sustainability of millennial SMEs are adjusting strategies that can seize current opportunities and develop digital capabilities and innovation strategies to compete in an increasingly competitive market.
