Abstract

Pada tahun 2014 terdapat 293.220 kasus, tahun 2015 meningkat menjadi 321.750 kasus, dan tahun 2016 terdapat terdapat 245.548 kasus. Kekerasan terhadap istri menempati peringkat pertama. Pada tahun 2014 terdapat 5.102 kasus, tahun 2015 meningkat 9% yaitu menjadi 5.561 kasus, dan tahun 2016 terdapat 5.784 kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan  one-group pr-etest  dan  post-test  yaitu untuk melihat efektivitas penyuluhan  dengan media poster terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap istri pada KDRT di Jalan Masjid Baru RT 12 RW 01 Jakarta Selatan. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 60. Pengambilan sempel menggunakan sempel jenuh yaitu seluruh istri. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya efektivitas penyuluhan dengan media poster terhadap pengetahuan dengan P-value 0,002 dan adanya efektivitas penyuluhan dengan media poster terhadap sikap istri dengan P-value 0,009. Kesimpulan menunjukkan adanya efektivitas penyuluhan dengan media poster terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap istri pada KDRT. Diharapkan pengetahuan dan sikap istri menjadi lebih baik pada KDRT agar korban dalam kasus KDRT tidak semakin bertambah.  Kata Kunci: Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has had a wide impact on various sectors, especially education. Countries around the world are implementing policies to prevent transmission by limiting face-to-face meetings at schools and universities with e-learning. For health students, such as midwifery STIKes Mita RIA Husada, who apply practical learning, they need a breakthrough so that the evaluation of skills runs optimally. The purpose of this study is to develop a website-based application for learning the clinical practice of midwife students during the Covid-19 pandemic and to test the user experience. The method used in this study is the Analysis, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADIE) method. In the User Experience evaluation stage, online data collection uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) tools. The population and sample were 41 students of applied midwifery SMRHJ. The results of the SMRHJ analysis used a paper checklist in a practice assessment. During the development, the SINIBID application has been produced for website-based midwifery practice assessment with the link http://sinibid.id/. The results of the user experience test for several groups of UEQ testing categories, namely the attractiveness of the application above the average (1.23), in terms of application clarity below the average (0.77), in terms of efficiency above the average (1.19), application accuracy is below average (1.06), application stimulation is good (1.42), and novelty is also stated to be good (1.27). Conclusion: the SINIBID application is useful and good for use in the learning process of midwifery students. aspects of clarity that are still lacking to be addressed by adding instructions for use.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Pregnant women who do not have knowledge about their discomforts during pregnancy are more likely can not resolves their discomforts during pregnancy, because behaviors based on knowledge will be more lasting than behaviors that are not based on knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the information sources, husband’s support, and health workes’s support on the knowledge of primigravida mothers in resolves discomfort during pregnancy at PMB M Bogor in 2020 The research method used was descriptive analytic design with a cross sectional approach, the type of research used quantitative metodh. The sampling technique in this research uses total sampling. The results showed that there was no difference in maternal knowledge in resolving discomfort during pregnancy based on information sources (p-value = O, 805), and husband's support (p-value = 0.469). Meanwhile, there are difference in maternal knowledge in resolving discomfort during pregnancy based on the support of health workers (p-value = 0.04). This research is expected to be useful as a reference or reference for lecturers and students to continue this research into better research. This research is expected to be useful for service providers in the place concerned by providing input in order to improve health services for pregnant women as optimally as possible.
