Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and part of tourist destinations on visitor satisfaction at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The type of research is descriptive quantitative with multiple regression analysis methods. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with a google form, a sampling technique using accidental sampling. The population in this study were tourists who had visited Taman Mini Indonesia Indah in the last five years, as many as 4,471,504 people. While the sample uses the Slovin formula, the results show a selection of 100 respondents. The results showed that the quality of service and the part of tourist destinations partially and simultaneously affect visitors' satisfaction with Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The better the quality of service and the 4A tourism components provided by the manager of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah to visitors will increase visitor satisfaction. The manager of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is expected to provide training to employees so that they can continue to serve well, quickly, responsively, politely, and friendly. The manager of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is expected to add artificial attractions that can attract tourists. visits from outside Jakarta. Abstract

According to Law no. 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, Tourism is a variety of tourist activities and is supported by various facilities and services provided by the community, businessmen, government and local governments. One of the tourism areas that Indonesia has is Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Tourism. During the current pandemic, the level of tourism visits in Indonesia, especially in the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah tour, has decreased quite significantly. This study aims to determine how the economic impact on the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Tourism Object, to know the comparison of the income of traders before and after the New Normal Era at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Tourism Object, and to find out who is affected by the economy at the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Tourism Object. The method used is a qualitative and quantitative approach (Mix Method). Quantitative data were obtained through questionnaires and qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews using interview guides and field observations. Techniques in determining research respondents using cluster accidental sampling. The results showed that most of the employees and traders in the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah tour experienced an economic decline.

Abstract

The environment is a condition that affects the development and behavior of living things. Social itself is a way in which each individual has related to others. The interest of tourist are the source of motivation that encourages someone to do what they want. So it’s profitable then they will feel interested and bring their own satisfaction and if the satisfaction is reduced then the interest will decrease. Abstract

The AlloBank Festival is a music event for the introduction of Bank Allo, which will be held at Istora Senayan 20-22 May 2022, which will bring in various interesting guest stars such as the main guest stars from South Korea NCT and RedVelvet as well as several major Indonesian stars such as Ari Lasso, BCL, Tulus, Pamungkas, Ran, Hivi and many others. This research is a quantitative study to measure the effect of Guest Star independent variable (X1), Price independent variable (X2), and Event Marketing independent variable (X3) on the dependent variable of Tourist Visiting Decision (Y) to AlloBank Festival with multiple linear regression analysis methods through distributing questionnaires using random sampling of 100 respondents. This study showed that the independent variables of guest star, price, and event marketing had a significant influence on the Decision of tourists to visit the AlloBank Festival.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi potensi wisata bahari dan kontribusinya mengurangi kemiskinan pada komunitas masyarakat pesisir di Gorontalo. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan literatur. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kegiatan wisata bahari membawa manfaat kepada kesejahteraan masyarakat, strategi pengembangan melalui enam kriteria antara lain potensi, dorongan masyarakat, motivasi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas pendukung pariwisata dan kelembagaan diindentifikasi ada beberapa isu yang diperlu untuk pengembangan.

Abstract

Desa Sukajadi berada di Kabupaten Bogor memiliki daya tarik wisata alam, dan buatan yang terdaftar di Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bogor yang belum dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi potensi wisata dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan desa Sukajadi menjadi desa wisata dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis data kualitatif dan Teknik analisis SWOT. Diketahui bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan Desa Sukajadi memiliki kesiapan untuk membangun potensi menjadi desa wisata dan strategi pengembangan dari enam kriteria potensi, dukungan sumber daya manusia, kelembagaan desa wisata, area kegiatan wisata, sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas pendukung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi promosi melalui iklan, humas, personal selling, penjualan promosi, dengan preferensi pengunjung di Taman Margasatwa Ragunan. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan cara obeservasi, wawancan dengan pihak pengelola Taman Margasatwa Ragunan terkait strategi promosi yang dilakukan serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengunjung. Hasil penelitian adalah kualitas stategi promosi dinilai baik dengan rata-rata 4,05, dengan nilai tertinggi adalah Taman Margasatwa Ragunan merupakan sarana edukasi. Dengan demikian strategi promosi dengan preferensi mmeiliki pengaruh antara strategi promosi dengan preferensi pengunjung Taman Margasatwa Ragunan di Era New Normal.

Abstract

Jungleland adventure theme park tour is one of the most popular tours in the city of Bogor. Initially, the Covid-19 pandemic situation made this tourist attraction closed and almost unkempt. But at the beginning of 2022, Jungeland reopened, of course, it is very difficult for jungleland to make confidence back in tourists to want to visit. Of course, promotional media is a benchmark to recreate tourist interest. In this study, researchers tried to examine exactly what management can do in making tourists interested in coming back. Promotional media and marketing are certainly the most important things in order to attract tourists.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is knowing the effect of attractions, amenities, Accessibility to Satisfaction Visitors Tourists in Camping Gayatri Citeko Ground. Inside approach This research is a quantitative approach with the survey method with distribute 50 questionnaires to 50 respondents. Researchers use Techniques data collection through interviews and questionnaire. While this research method in the form of variable operationalization. The results showed that Attraction variable has an effect on tourist interest. Attractions that is at Camping Ground Gayatri has attraction to tourists so that able to have an impact on interest tourist visitors. The accessibility consists of the availability of car transportation jeep, good road conditions can impact on interest tourist visitors. Amenity owned by the Gayatri Camping Ground which consisting of accommodation, rental camping tent, toilet, spot for Outbound, spot for jeeps, places worship, and Camping Ground guards able to have an impact on interest tourist visitors.

Abstract

Media sosial adalah sarana komunikasi yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat. YouTube merupakan salah satu media sosial yang banyak digunakan karena memuat konten-konten menarik dan dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Media sosial YouTube dapat digunakan oleh wisatawan untuk mencari informasi mengenai pariwisata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah media sosial YouTube efektif sebagai sumber informasi wisata kuliner Jakarta bagi wisatawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed method dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Jumlah narasumber pada penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang. Terdapat sebanyak 32 narasumber yang mengisi kuesioner dan 9 narasumber yang penulis wawancarai. Penulis mewawancarai 9 orang narasumber dengan kriteria kelompok usia 20-40 tahun dan memiliki pengalaman wisata kuliner di Jakarta dengan memanfaatkan YouTube sebagai sumber informasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penggunaan media sosial YouTube dianggap efektif dalam memberikan informasi. Hadirnya media sosial YouTube sangat memudahkan para wisatawan untuk mencari informasi wisata kuliner yang ada di Jakarta karena terdapat beragam konten-konten mengenai rekomendasi tempat kuliner yang menarik. Selain itu YouTube juga sangat praktis dan mudah diakses melalui smartphone.
