<![CDATA[Abstract: The aim of this research is to find out the factors which influence the seed of arabica coffee production in Bener Meriah regency and Aceh Tengah regency and also to find out arabica coffee export which has a good prospect in the future. This research uses secondary data such as time series data, 1990-2012, namely data quantity of arabica coffee production, arabica coffee export volume, a rate of rupiah exchange toward American dollar and oversea annual income. Analysis method which is use in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The result of this research point out independent variabel area and farmer quantity have a significant positive effect toward arabica coffee production. Then, factors of estimation effect which influence independent variabel export production, a rate of exchange, and American GDP have significant positive effect toward arabica coffee export volume while foreign price has a positive effect nevertheless doesn’t significant toward arabica coffee arabica. An increasing number of production greatly affects the volume of arabica coffee to be exported. Therefore to increase the number of land, it’s necessary to expand the production of crops that can increase the productivity of arabica coffee in the following year. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi produksi biji kopi arabika di Kabupaten Bener Meriah dan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui ekspor kopi arabika yang memiliki prospek yang baik di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data time series, 1990-2012, yaitu data jumlah produksi kopi arabika, volume ekspor kopi arabika, nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar Amerika, dan pendapatan perkapita luar negeri. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas luas lahan dan jumlah petani berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produksi kopi arabika. Selanjutnya pengaruh estimasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor variabel bebas produksi, kurs, dan GDP Amerika berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap volume ekspor kopi arabika sedangkan harga luar negeri berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap ekspor kopi arabika. Peningkatan jumlah produksi sangat mempengaruhi volume kopi arabika yang hendak di ekspor oleh sebab itu untuk meningkatkan jumlah produksi perlu dilakukan perluasan lahan tanaman menghasilkan sehingga produktivitas kopi arabika dapat meningkat di tahun berikutnya.
