Abstract

This research describes and analyse about the reformation of women’s rights in Saudi Arabia along with the announcement of Saudi Vision 2030. Saudi Vision 2030 made because the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia wants to end its economic liability on oil and gas reserve. This research uses liberal feminism and constructivism theory. The purpose of this research is to establish about how Saudi Vision 2030 made few changes on the reformation of Saudi women’s rights. This research uses qualitative method with secondary data collection and uses descriptive method. From the data collected, the writer analyses that Saudi Vision 2030 has made some mignificant changes to Saudi women’s rights with some new policies made through 2017-2019 period of time which more gender friendly to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 so that Saudi Arabia no longer depending its economic sector on oil and gas reserves. Abstract

This study describes and analyzes the Reactivation of the Indonesia Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA CEPA) in 2016. In improving bilateral relations, Indonesia and Australia have agreed to implement strategic economic cooperation negotiations known as the Indonesia Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA CEPA). In the development of cooperation negotiations, it was halted in 2013 due to conditions of fluctuating political relations. Nonetheless, in the end Indonesia and Australia agreed to carry out a reactivation in 2016. The researchers used the theory of bilateral relations and bilateral economic cooperation. This study aims to analyze how the reactivation of the Indonesia Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement in 2016. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with secondary data collection sources. The study was conducted through the collection of documents with descriptive explanation. From research data on the Reactivation of IA-CEPA in 2016, researchers found that although in bilateral relations often experienced fluctuating relationships, basically the two countries have an interest through cooperative relations. Because with the agreement on the re-activation of IA-CEPA cooperation negotiations, it will improve prosperity through economic cooperation so that the economic interests can be achieved through comprehensive cooperative relations. Abstract

This study describes and analyzes the effect of the Korean Wave on the South Korea tourism sector in 2015-2018. Researchers use Commodification of Culture and Touism Concept as theories in conducting research. This study aims to find out how Korean Wave, a culture, can influence the tourism sector in South Korea. The method that researchers use in this study is a qualitative method with secondary data sources. The study was conducted through the collection of documents with descriptive elaboration. From research data on the influence of the Korean Wave on the South Korean tourism sector, researchers found that the increasing popularity of the Korean Wave can influence interest in South Korea, thereby affecting someone to visit South Korea directly. Abstract

Australia, which is Indonesia's closest neighbor, has more than just business, security and proven political relations with Australians who make Bali their favorite tourist destination. Although the relationship between Australia and Indonesia had experienced ups and downs, it did not make the relationship between the two countries hostile but became even closer to the efforts to resolve the problem. The existence of a Travel Warning issued by the Australian Government because of Indonesia's critical situation did not discourage Australians from visiting Bali, with various efforts made by the Government of Bali to give positive views to Australians. This is proven by the increase in visits every year and the "Australian Family Tourism Awards" given by the Australian media by Bali in 2018 as a favorite tourist destination for Australians in the category of family holidays. The policy of "Good International Citizenship" to achieve Australia's national interests which are security, economy and geopolitics. Multi-Track Diplomacy is a form of maintaining Australia's relationship with Bali. Relationships made through the government or non-government with organizations within it, business carried out by Australians in Indonesia, the media, to the opinions of Australian citizens are ways to keep Bali as the favorite choice of Australians spending time on vacation, doing business, student exchange and culture as well as spending retirement’s time. Abstract

East Timor is the only country in the Southeast Asia region that has not yet joined the regional organization of ASEAN. Application of becoming an ASEAN member has been conducted since 2011. Submission of applications made by Timor Leste must be passed by several requirements and problems to obtain status as a member in ASEAN. As a neighboring country with Indonesia, naturally Indonesia participated in the submission of Timor Leste as a member of ASEAN. Research under the title "Indonesia's support of East Timor in an effort to become a member of ASEAN", has a problem in how Indonesia's support of East Timor is becoming an ASEAN member. The purpose of this research is to analyse and understand Indonesia's support of East Timor in an effort to become an ASEAN member. This research uses documentation methods. The data source used is primary and secondary data. Data will be analyzed by qualitative method of descriptive. The foundation of the theory used is national interest theory and Regional security. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the Indonesian form of support from the national interest in Timor Leste in an effort to become an ASEAN member where the support is implemented in the form of basic cooperation and training, also to stabilize the regional security of both countries in several field include politics, economics, security and education. Support in these areas has the aim of each to achieve Indonesia's national interests towards East Timor. Keyword : Timor Leste’s Application, Indonesia support, national interest.

Abstract

This research is to explain and analysis about panda diplomacy as China’s public diplomacy toward Japan. This research reviewed by using public diplomacy theory and bilateral relation theory. This research is to find out how panda diplomacy as China’s public diplomacy toward Japan. This method used qualitative descriptive method. From this analysis, the researcher find out that panda diplomacy as China’s public diplomacy can attract society and Japan’s medias. China’s panda diplomacy able to influenced and create awareness of fauna preservation in Japan society by establishing The Panda Protection Institute of Japan which is a private non-government voluntary organization in Japan.
