Abstract

ABSTRAKBullying salah satu tindakan agresif yang menjadi permasalahan di dunia. Hasil penelitian sebelumnya di Indonesia di dapatkan bahwa 10-60% siswa melaporkan mendapat ejekan, cemoohan, pengucilan, pemukulan tendangan ataupun dorongan sedikitnya sekali dalam seminggu. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku bullying meliputi harga diri, kepribadian, keluarga, sekolah dan teman sebaya pada siswa-sisiwi di SMPN 3 Meureudu Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Jenis penelitian bersifat  deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah populasi 94 orang siswa-siswi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data kuesioner dengan cara ukur self report. Penelitian dilakukan pada 2-8 Juli 2015 di SMPN 3 Meureudu. Hasil analisa data secara bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan harga diri dan perilaku bullying (p=0,014), kepribadian dan perilaku bullying  (p=0,006), keluarga dan perilaku bullying (p=0,017), sekolah dan perilaku bullying (p=0,002) dan teman sebaya dan perilaku bullying (p=0,006) dengan perilaku bullying. Diharapkan kepada orang tua dan pihak sekolah untuk lebih memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut sehingga dapat mencegah tindakan perilaku bullying pada siswa/siswi.Kata kunci: bullying, harga diri, kepribadian, keluarga, sekolah, teman sebaya. ABSTRACTBullying is one of aggressive behavior that becomes a problem in entere world. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that related to bullying behavior, including self-esteem, personality, family, school, and friends of Junior High School students in Meureudu Pidie Jaya. It was a descriptive correlative study with cross sectional  approach. The number of population was 94 students and the sampling technique used was a total sampling. The data was collected on July 2-8, 2015 in SMPN 3 Meureudu by using questionnaire with self-report technique. The results of bivariate analysis showed there was correlation betweeen self-esteem (p=0.014); personality (p=0.006); family (p=0.017); school (p=0.002); and friends (p=0.006) with bullying behavior. The conclusion of this study was the self-esteem, personality, family, school, and friends related to the bullying behavior. It is expected to parents and school staff to pay more attention to these factors in preventing the bullying behavior of the students.Keywords: bullying, self-esteem, personality, family, school, friends.
