Abstract

Banten Jaya University is a private university in the Serang city of Banten province. The increasing number of employees the diversity of employees is also increasingly complex so it is difficult to choose the best employees. Therefore, the need for a decision support system, so that it can shorten the selection time and improve the quality in determining the best employees. The best employee decision support system uses SAW (simple additive weighting) method based on predetermined criteria and weight. SAW (simple additive weighting) method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. This research is done by finding the weight on each attribute, then done ranking to determine the best employees.

Abstract

The PUPR Service of Serang Regency is located on Jalan Sama’un Bakri, Lopang, Serang2City, where there are many areas of duty, one part of which is the development section of the development section, which has tasks in road construction. In recording or data collection, road construction still uses Microsoft Excel, so it is not effective because of data loss and data duplication. So we need a new system that can support these activities. With the website-based information system using the PHP programming language, the database used is MySQL and the Waterfall method makes this information system usable anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this study is to design a rural road development information system that can provide information to the government regarding road construction and can monitor the progress of road construction in progress. The community can also see this information without having to come to the PUPR Office of Serang Regency to ask about information on the construction of their village roads that will be built and can report complaints related to road conditions, especially in the Serang district area in the community complaint feature so that it can be immediately followed up by government.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine how quickly students' ability to respond to the material provided by the teacher and assessed through posttest questions with the category of learning outcomes given relative time according to the lesson hours and learning speed categories with a relatively faster time 30 minutes from the time of study hours. Because the mathematics learning outcomes at Serang 2 Vocational High School in Kota Serang are far from KKM expectations, in order to achieve values ​​that exceed KKM with the help of teachers who play an important role in mathematics learning. The data collection technique is done by using the learning outcomes test, while in the learning speed category it uses time in minutes to complete the learning outcomes test. In this thesis, the validity and reliability of the instrument were carried out, then using the normality and homogeneity test and two-way ANOVA test on the hypothesis test. The results of the study explain that there is an influence of the teacher's role on the speed and learning outcomes of students with two-way ANOVA analysis has a value of 5.538 Fcount greater than Ftable 3.25 which means H0 is rejected

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make it easier to access data and make reports needed by those who need it. The method used in this study is the waterfall model, which begins with research on the current system, design, coding, and maintenance of archive management systems so that archive management information and archive management reports can run quickly, precisely and accurately. The results obtained from this study are regarding the design of a mooring information system that is integrated with a database to support the process of managing ship arrivals and departures easily, quickly, and accurately. In making a ship's arrival and departure certificate, it can be documented into a database, so that it can make it easier if you want to report ship arrival and departure data. The conclusion that can be drawn from this information system is that archive management can be well documented because it is equipped with a database, storage has become a single unit, can reduce redundancy or duplicate data, can display required mooring management information so that it can facilitate officers in making arrival management reports. and ship departure.
