Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Sponsorship, Personal Selling and Pricing Strategies on Customer Engagement, and how it impacts on Customer Retention dental suppliers. Although the dental equipment industry increased 15% per year or equal to USD 1 million, research that discusses dental equipment marketing is very limited. The respondents of this study are the providers of dental health services (dental nurses and dental paramedics) that limit the scope to cover only in Aceh province, Indonesia. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires. From 123 questioners distributed, 102 of them filled and returned completely. The data processed by using Smart PLS 2.0, since it able to run factor analysis and regression simultaneously. The results showed that the three exogenous variables: Sponsorship, Personal Selling and Pricing Strategies had a significant positive effect on the mediation variable of Customer Engagement. Only Pricing Strategies had a positive and significant influence on the Customer Retention as a dependent variable. For the mediation test, from the three indirect effect of hypothesis tested, only two of them had the significant indirect effect.Keywords: customer relationship marketing, customer retention, customer engagement, sponsorship, personal selling and pricing strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the configuration of government political communication in managing the Banda Aceh Madani city government and to analyze the mayor's political communication commitment in building a civil society Banda Aceh city. This research was designed as a descriptive qualitative research. The key informants in this study were the mayor of Banda Aceh, the Banda Aceh city government work unit and the Banda Aceh community. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation study. The theory used in this research is organizational structure theory and Islamic communication. Research findings, the political communication configuration of the Banda Aceh city government in managing the government is carried out with various political actors ranging from Acehnese Ulama leaders, Banda Aceh regional stakeholders, Banda Aceh city government work units and the Banda Aceh city community both at each sub-district and lower-level village. The Banda Aceh city government gets political support to carry out executive and legislative functions in making Banda Aceh a civil city. The supporting factors for the political communication of the Banda Aceh city government are legal legality, economy, community culture, and security. The political communication commitment of the Banda Aceh city government in managing the government and building the Banda Aceh city community as a civil city community has begun to form. The political commitment of the Banda Aceh city government includes building Islamic law as a whole, building good governance, building a populist economy, fostering an intellectual, healthy and prosperous society, who master a variety of science, technology, arts and culture, build Islamic tourism infrastructure, increasing women's participation in the public sphere, and child protection, building the role of the younger generation as a development force. Recommendations and advice necessary communication configuration and the commitment of political communication Banda Aceh city government sustained and sustainable dignity for all the people of Banda Aceh in Banda Aceh city government organize civil.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) A model of economic empowerment for conflict-affected communities through the Agrarian Reform program in alleviating poverty and strengthening Aceh's peace. (2) analyzing the Agrarian Reform strategic program in the context of poverty alleviation and strengthening peace in Aceh. In order to achieve the aims and objectives of this research scheme, a constructivism paradigm is used with a qualitative research method approach with the stages of the research method: (1) Research preparation, research observation, research data collection, analysis and presentation of research data, research conclusion drawing, research site review, preparation final research report preparation of journals, preparation of research results recommendations. As well as carrying out Focus group discussions on the formulation of research recommendations as outputs requested in the basic research scheme in the development of national competence for novice research lecturers. The research outputs that are attempted in this study are: (1) the results of this research will be published in national and/or international journals. (2) the results of this study will be used as a reference in the form of a monograph book for ISBN publishers. (3) The level of maturity or readiness for this research will be conveyed to the local government and related institutions so that it can become a joint guideline for the implementation of the economic empowerment model for conflict-affected communities in alleviating poverty, unemployment and strengthening Aceh peace.

Abstract

Observations made at CV. MJ Perfume Medan, there are various problems faced by the company inimplementing the sales accounting system and cash receipts system, so the implementation of the cashreceipts system sales accounting system requires several improvements so that it will be able to produceaccurate information, which will later be useful for company management in decision making. decision.The problem in this research is to analyze the systems and procedures for recording sales and cashreceipts applied by CV. MJ Perfume Medan. The type of research used is descriptive research, namely aresearch conducted by collecting, compiling, analyzing, and designing the existing accounting systemon the CV. MJ Perfume Medan.The results of the study concluded that the CV. MJ Perfume Medan hasrun a cash sales accounting system manually and it is still very simple. The cash sales system is goodenough. Documents used in the credit sales system on CV. MJ Perfume Medan, namely: order receiptrecords, sales invoices, travel documents and delivery of goods. While the accounting records used incredit sales include accounts receivable books, sales journals. In accounting records are still verysimple. Cash receipts accounting system on the CV. MJ Perfume Medan has been running well becausethe information from cash receipts activities can be adjusted to what is needed by the company'smanagement. This is supported by the procedure for recording cash receipts from sales used to recordcash receipts transactions.
