Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work attachment and job involvement on innovative behavior and its impact on the Employees Performance of  Sabang Free Trade And Ports Authority. Population in this research was all employees at Sabang Free Trade And Ports Authority, which was 135 people. Sampling in this study was using census method because it involves the entire population. Data analysis techniques used in this study was The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of statistical software package AMOS 22.0 for testing the hypothesis. Proof of Hypothesis was done by using indicator of CR and P value. Because of the 5 verifikatif hypotheses tested in this study have CR value above 1.96 and P value smaller than 0.05, then all hypotheses tested rejected Ho and received H1. In other words, job involvement and job attachment have the effect to improve employee performance as long as the independent variable can be improved by the manager of Sabang Free Trade And Ports Authority. The intervening variable that innovative behavior has no influence to increase the dependent variable with other words means that the improvement of employee's performance will be better done by increasing the Job Involvement and the direct working attachment without involving innovative behavior variable

Abstract

Abstract:The organizational part that becomes the determining factor for achieving the expected goal is human resources, where human resources are expected to be part of the organization that can enhance and create an organization's competitive value. Management Board of Sabang Free Trade and Free Port (BPKS) in a real and synergic way, the employee as the worker performing the duties and functions must have the responsibility and ability to work well and structured so as to achieve the company goal. Population in this research is employees of Central Business Entity Sabang Free Trade and Free Port (BPKS) which is 135 people and sampling is done by census technique. Proof of Hypothesis is done by using indicator of CR and P value. Badan Pengusahaan Kawasan Perdagangan Bebas dan Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang (BPKS) secara nyata dan bersinergi, pegawai selaku pekerja yang melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi tersebut harus memiliki tanggung jawab dan kemampuan bekerja yang baik dan terstruktur sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Pengusahaan Kawasan Perdagangan Bebas dan Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang (BPKS) Pusat yaitu sebanyak 135 orang dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus. Pembuktian Hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan indikator nilai CR dan P. Karena dari 8 hipotesis verifikatif yang diuji dalam penelitian ini memilik nilai CR diatas 1,96 atau nilai P lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka semua hipotesis yang diuji menolak Ho dan menerima H1. Dengan kata lain variabel independen dan intervening memiliki pengaruh untuk meningkatkan variabel dependent sepanjang variabel independent dan intervening dapat ditingkatkan oleh pengelola kantor BPKS Sabang..Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, Kemampuan, Komitmen Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja  Badan Pengusahaan Kawasan Perdagangan Bebas dan Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang (BPKS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) determine flexibility i – deals, family performance, performances of city council members Banda Aceh, and organizational support (2) influence of flexibility i – deals  and family performace to performances of city council members Banda Aceh (3) influence of the flexibility i – deals to family performace (3) family performace mediation influence flexibility i – deals to performances of city council members Banda Aceh(4) organizational support moderating influence flexibility i – deals to  performances of city council members Banda Aceh. The research was conducted in the Office City Council Members Banda Aceh with 30 member respondents. As the research object are flexibility i – deals, family performance, performances of city council members Banda Aceh, and organizational support. Results showed that flexibility i – deals  and family performace influence to performances of city council members Banda Aceh, there is influence flexibility i – deals to family performace, there is family performance mediation flexibility i – deals to performances of city council members Banda Aceh, and organizational support moderating influence flexibility i – deals to performances of city council members Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This paper is to identify the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) of Sailing Yacht tourism based on empirical evidence, mainly on demand aspects. The results will be very useful for decision-makers to design, launch and control marketing strategies and policies including promotional aspects to increase the awareness of the yacht sailors from various parts of the world, arouse their intention to come, increase spending and length of stay in Sabang as a free trade zone in west part of Indonesia. Data collection was conducted qualitatively by using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) technique conducted in 4 (four) sessions. Each session involves 10 (ten) sailors that serve as respondents. The data were then analyzed using both score and weight associated with IFAS and EFAS aspects. The output is mapped in Cartesian graphs. The finding of this study is that the strategy that must be implemented by Sabang is an Aggressive strategy, which uses the Strength to seize the profitable Opportunities. This is in line with the combined strategy that recommends Strength Opportunity (SO) as a priority strategy because it has the highest value of 16.92. In sequence, the next strategy is Weakness Opportunities (WO) that is to fix the Weakness in other to be able to grab the profitable Opportunities so that untapped opportunities can be utilized for the benefit of the sailors and tour operators. Then ST and WT strategies will be implemented to complete all 4 strategies recommended. With the implementation of these four strategies based on the priority scale, it is expected to maximize the utilization of limited resources, but also at the same time maximize the efforts made to achieve the goal of increasing the number of sailor visits to Sabang and increasing their length of stay.Keywords: yacht, marine tourism, Sabang, Phuket, Langkawi, travel destinations, sports tourism, Pulau Weh, marina.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the real impact of the COVID-19 pandemic for Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and what recovery strategies are needed to be implemented from the perspective of business owners to be able to recover and be resilient in these difficult times. Although the negative impact is still felt very large, there are still business opportunities that can be explored in helping MSMEs rise from their difficulties, one of which is by utilizing digital technology, in addition to taking advantage of various assistance offered by the government through the national economic recovery program during the pandemic Covid-19 to push the MSMEs sector out of this turbulent condition. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Information was collected using online questionnaires and interviews with MSMEs owners in Aceh Indonesia, especially MSMEs who are members of and assisted by the Business incubator of Syiah Kuala University, including those who have graduated from the coaching program from this institution. The questionnaire was distributed to 50 MSMEs using a non-probability sampling technique. The results revealed, many of the respondents felt the negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The biggest impact felt was a decrease in the number of sales turnover. As a consequence, the various efforts made, including business streamlining, reducing the number of employees, decreasing production levels and rescheduling credit payments from banking institutions. At the same time, taking advantage of business in the digital sector due to the implementation of the lockdown, many UMKMs in Aceh have turned to digital marketing, starting from very simple levels such as entering e-commerce to more advanced levels such as using the value ladder and funneling strategy to drive more traffic into their landing pages.Keywords: Revival Approach, Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Business incubator of Syiah Kuala University, Covid-19 pandemic, the value ladder and funneling strategy, landing pages

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Sponsorship, Personal Selling and Pricing Strategies on Customer Engagement, and how it impacts on Customer Retention dental suppliers. Although the dental equipment industry increased 15% per year or equal to USD 1 million, research that discusses dental equipment marketing is very limited. The respondents of this study are the providers of dental health services (dental nurses and dental paramedics) that limit the scope to cover only in Aceh province, Indonesia. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires. From 123 questioners distributed, 102 of them filled and returned completely. The data processed by using Smart PLS 2.0, since it able to run factor analysis and regression simultaneously. The results showed that the three exogenous variables: Sponsorship, Personal Selling and Pricing Strategies had a significant positive effect on the mediation variable of Customer Engagement. Only Pricing Strategies had a positive and significant influence on the Customer Retention as a dependent variable. For the mediation test, from the three indirect effect of hypothesis tested, only two of them had the significant indirect effect.Keywords: customer relationship marketing, customer retention, customer engagement, sponsorship, personal selling and pricing strategies.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and word of mouth on revisit intention mediated by the destination image. The sample consisted of 210 respondents who visited the Central Aceh  pantan terong tour. The sampling technique uses the nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling. Data collection is done through surveys with questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is sem using analysis of moment structure (AMOS) is a statistical method chosen to describe the observed variables. The results showed that service quality was not significant to revisit intention, word of mouth was not significant to revisit intention, service quality was not significant to revisit intention, word of mouth was not significant to revisit intention, destination image had no significant effect on revisit intention, there was a significan effect direct service quality towards revisit intention mediated by destination image, there is a direct effect of word of mouth on revisit intention mediated by destinasion image.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the perceived value on the purchase intention with materialism as a moderating on Counterfeit product of Nike brand. The empirical study was conducted on the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Syiah Kuala University of Banda Aceh. Data collection equipment used in this research is questionnaires, the sample used in this study amounted to 100 people who are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Syiah Kuala University. Nonprobability Sampling is used as sampling technique with Purposive Sampling method. Interaction Test Method, Test Method of Absolute Difference Value, and Residual Test Method is used as data analysis method using IBM SPSS 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the perceived value has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. In addition, the result is that the materialism variable is not moderating the influence of perceived value on the purchase intention of Counterfeit product of Nike brand. Keywords: Counterfeit Products, Perceived Value, Materialism and Purchase Intention.
