Abstract

Abstract Information technology governance is an integrated part of the management of organizations that govern leadership, the organization of process structure arrangements that govern information technology is used as optimally as possible. Work processes and relationships between the office community, researchers and various levels of interests and stakeholders. COBIT 5 is a company that provides services to companies, both companies, organizations, and management in managing and managing assets or IT resources to achieve company goals. It human resource in West Lombok is currently not well managed, Which hes not yet fulfilled the need for IT human resources in the office of West Lombok To solve this problem the authors carry out ITgovernance using the framework COBIT 5 On DISKOMINFO west Lombok. On DISKOMINFO West Lombok. This study will provide recommendation for improvement of IT problems the exist in diskominfo West Lombok and cand be used as a reference, especially in the managed of IT human resources and can improve the performance of DISKOMINFO west Lombok. On DSIKOMINFO West Lombok using to IT processes APO01 (management framework IT) and APO07 (human resouces). The result of this analysis are the capability level of IT governace that reflects the condition of IT governance in DISKOMINFO West Lombok. Abstract

This research was conducted based on existing problems in the registration system, scheduling, and announcement of the results of the TOEFL test at the Language Center of the University of Mataram. Where registration, scheduling, and the announcement of TOEFL test results are done manually which requires prospective participants to register directly at the language center of the University of Mataram. This system is expected to simplify the registration process, scheduling, displaying available quotas and checking TOEFL test results. This system was built using a CodeIgniter framework, XAMPP as a web server and MySQL PhpMyadmin as its database server and built with the waterfall model as a system development method. This system is tested by the black box method and user interface testing will be used subjectively testing using the mean opinion score (MOS) by involving several respondents. Based on the test results of the Mean Opinion Score method, it can be concluded that 66.1% of the respondents agreed and 33% of the respondents strongly agreed with the TOEFL Information System Design in UNRAM.

Abstract

The city of Mataram has not yet implemented a geographical information system regarding ad management in the city of Mataram. This makes it difficult for people to find information about billboards in the city of Mataram. The purpose of this research is to build a system that can provide information about locations, reservations and help the public to find out the distribution point of billboards in the city of Mataram. This system was developed by the Codeigniter Framework and uses the PHP and HTML programming languages, and also uses the Google Map API to display billboards. In this study using the waterfall method as the life cycle of system development. We use blackboxes and MOS (Mean Opinion Score) as system testing. The results of testing the black box function in the system are running well without errors. Based on the questionnaire that has been distributed, this system makes it easy for admins to enter billboard data in the city of Mataram with the results of the questionnaire strongly agree and agree as much as 96%. The questionnaire about the performance of this system from the user's side to find out and order a billboard in the city of Mataram with the results of the questionnaire strongly agreed and agreed as much as 94%. therefore, this system is feasible to use.

Abstract

Bencana alam gempa merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang mengakibatkan kerugian materi maupun non materi bagi daerah dan masyarakat yang terdampak. Pemerintah melalui Lembaga pemerintah yakni Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) melakukan kegiatan pemberian bantuan bagi korban terdampak berdasarkan beberapa kriteria kerusakan rumah yang dialami yakni rusak ringan, sedang, dan berat. Dalam menentukan kriteria dibutuhkan data-data kerusakan rumah korban yang dalam pendataanya masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu mengisi berkas form kerusakan rumah yang dialami korban sehingga cukup membutuhkan waktu untuk melakukan pendataan dan penentuan kriterianya. oleh karena itu dalam penilitian ini akan dibangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis website dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang diharapkan dapat membantu BPBD dalam melakukan pendataan dan penentuan penerima bantuan korban bencana alam gempa dengan lebih cepat.

Abstract

In the waiting room of the hospital pharmacy, over queues often occur. It is not efficient because it time consuming or other activities just for waiting. Thus, we need a system that can be used by patients to see the queue wherever it is. In this final project, a hospital pharmacy queue information system is designed. This information system is designed on a web basis so that patients can access through all platforms which will be used by patients to make it easier to see the queue. In making the system, the prototype method is used so that it can be evaluated periodically when finding problems in the system. The advantage is the system can be fixed immediately if a bug is found. In this system, there are two users, consist of patients and pharmacy staff, this system also makes it easier for patients to predict queues because patients can see the queue status and drug status (concocted or non-concocted) at the pharmacy. So the patients can leave the waiting room when the queues are congested and return to the waiting room when they are about to have their turn. The results of this system enable RSUD Praya to saw the average length of queues for concoctions and non-concoctions at the Praya Hospital pharmacy per month. So that it can measure the service level whether it meets the SOP that has been determined or not.

Abstract

Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi NTB merupakan salah satu dinas yang menaungi perdagangan pada Provinsi NTB. Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi NTB hanya memiliki pengarsipan surat manual. Pengarsipan surat secara manual dapat mengakibatkan sulitnya mengakses arsip surat masuk maupun arsip surat keluar pada waktu yang panjang. hal itu diakibatkan banyaknya data yang telah menumpuk pada suatu ruang. Salah satu kenapa sistem informasi pengarsipan surat ini dibuat adalah untuk membantu dan memudahkan pegawai dalam mengelola dokumen - dokumen yang telah ada cukup lama. Pada sistem yang akan dibuat menggunakan metode waterfall yang mempunyai beberapa tahapan antara lain analisa kebutuhan pengguna, desain sistem yang akan dibuat, implementasi sistem ke dalam bentuk coding, melakukan pengujian sistem, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan, sistem informasi pengarsipan surat perlu untuk dirancang pada Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi NTB.

Abstract

Culinary development in the area of Mataram city at the moment is growing rapidly. Culinary tour offered varies greatly among them is the famous Lombok's cuisine with a taste of spiciness. The constraints experienced by travellers who have recently visited the city of Mataram is the difficulty to find a desired culinary location. Geographic information system for searching the location of nearby culinary Mataram city in this case can help make it easier for tourists to know the mapping of the location of the culinary tourism in the area of the city of Mataram. Web-based geographic information system is built by using the concept of MVC with directions from the position of travellers to culinary tour you want. The calculation to determine the distance of the location of culinary positions with travelers using the haversine formula. Based on a test that is done to the user, the average percentage of answers given by respondents agreed by 50% and the average percentage of answer strongly agree of 44.6% stating that geographic information systems this can already detect the locations of your users are able to display the distance between the user location information with location of culinary around, it can display the route to culinary tourism is selected and has the look of an attractive and easy to use. Abstract

The development in Information System of Mail and Archives Management at the Governor Office of West Nusa Tenggara is still supported by manual process off disposition, archiving, search, and mail recapitulation report process. The aim at developing this system is to help the managing and archiving mail so staff in subsection Expedition and Archives can manage mailing and archiving quickly and precisely. This system is developed based on programming language of HTML and PHP using framework CodeIgniter. It is examined through Black boxtechnique. The result is that every menu provided functions perfectly. The workflow of the information system has been suitable with the workflow of every work unit in the governor office of West Nusa Tenggara. Abstract

Ruminant animals was a group of mammals that chew the cud or eat the food there was swallowed. In Sumbawa district, there was 10 ruminant livestock diseases that are often infected by anthrax, brucellosis, snoring or septichaemia epizootica (SE), mucus or bovine epheral fever (BEF), surra worm or thelazia, scabies and abdominal bloating. One of the obstacles in order to increase the productivity of livestock was the existence of various diseases there was any effect on the life of livestock. This system aimed to make it easier for farmers to obtained information about diseases in their animals System tested methods used to test this system was black box testing, system accuracy tested with expert, questionnaire and precision and recall accuracy tested, black box test results show all existing functions was running well. testing between the system with the expert obtained an accuracy of 93% ,. Testing questionnaire got result of conformity assessment system to user requirement or breeder with answer agreed equal to 62.68%. The testing of precision and recall obtained the result of precision testing of 95.5% and recall of 8.3%, So it can be concluded that this system was in accordance with the needs of users. Abstract

Protokol Destination-Sequenced Distance Vector (DSDV) merupakan salah satu protokol proaktif yang ada pada jaringan Mobile Ad-Hoc dimana protokol ini tidak cocok untuk digunakan pada jaringan dengan mobilitas tinggi dikarenakan DSDV perlu memperbaharui tabel routing secara rutin jika terdapat link antar node yang terputus karena terdapat node yang bergerak keluar dari jangkauan sinyal transmisi dan protokol AODV merupakan protokol yang cocok dengan mobilitas tinggi karena bersifat reaktif. Sehingga dalam pencarian rute yang stabil dapat dilakukan dengan memilih rute yang memiliki kemungkinan kecil terputus. Algoritma LET digunakan pada protokol DSDV untuk menemukan rute yang paling stabil dengan mengetahui estimasi waktu antar dua node tetap terhubung berdasarkan posisi, kecepetan dan jangkauan sinyal transmisi kemudian dibandingkan dengan protokol routing AODV berdasarkan parameter berupa throughput, packet delivery ratio dan delay. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa protokol routing S-DSDV memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dari protokol routing DSDV standar. Kata kunci : DSDV, Link Expiration Time, AODV, MANET, Routing Protocol
