Abstract

Saat ini, kegiatan belajar mengajar di berbagai universitas di Indonesia umumnya dilakukan menggunakan laptop yang terhubung ke sebuah proyektor. Di dalam proses pengajaran, dosen cenderung menggunakan laptop di ruang kelas, menghubungkan tampilan layar laptop ke sebuah proyektor, kemudian menggunakan wireless pointer sebagai pengendali slide presentasi. Pendekatan semacam ini sayangnya tergolong kurang efektif di dalam perkuliahan berbasis Student Centered Learning (SCL). Di dalam SCL, mahasiswa merupakan pusat kegiatan perkuliahan, dimana keterlibatan dan interaksi mahasiswa di dalam proses penyampaian materi merupakan hal terpenting guna meningkatkan animo dan pemahaman mahasiswa mempelajari suatu topik. Penggunaan teknologi perkuliahan konvensional seperti laptop dan wireless pointer cenderung membuat perkuliahan menjadi 1 arah karena interaksi mahasiswa kurang dapat tersalurkan. Di dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis dampak penggunaan teknologi informasi sensor kamera 3 dimensi Kinect sebagai media pembelajaran dalam suatu sistem Smart Classroom. Kinect merupakan sensor yang dapat menangkap gerakan tangan seseorang kemudian menginterpretasikan gerakan tersebut sebagai suatu perintah komputasi berdasarkan algoritma pemrograman tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penggunaan Kinect terbukti dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran SCL dan antusiasme belajar mahasiswa karena mahasiswa dapat berinteraksi di dalam suatu materi perkuliahan secara lebih alami menggunakan gerakan tangan.

Abstract

Program Studi Teknik Informatika (PSTI) adalah salah satu program studi di Universitas Mataram. Saat ini di PSTI berbagai sistem informasi telah berjalan untuk kebutuhan siswa. Masalah yang terjadi adalah informasi itu diakses melalui browser web dengan alamat yang berbeda. Dalam mengatasi masalah yang telah dideskripsikan, diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi dalam satu sistem. Sehubungan dengan ketersediaan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) dan sistem Sidik Jari pada PSTI yang dilengkapi dengan API dengan metode REST, sehingga data tentang SIA dan Sidik Jari dapat ditampilkan pada sistem yang akan dikembangkan. Agar sistem yang telah dimiliki oleh PSTI dapat ditampilkan oleh sistem lain menggunakan layanan web. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi IF berbasis Android akan dikembangkan yang mengimplementasikan API yang tenang. Sistem ini menggunakan Codeigniter untuk membangun layanan web sementara kerangka ionik untuk membangun aplikasi mobile. Berdasarkan pengujian black box sistem telah dilakukan dengan baik, sedangkan pengujian menggunakan metode MOS menunjukkan bahwa peringkat rata-rata responden adalah 84,83%.

Abstract

IPS is a lesson at the elementary school level. Based on the curriculum at SDN 22 Ampenan which uses the 2006 KTS curriculum, each student learns to use the media of LKS and books as the supporting media. The availability of the media has less influence on students. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-based application which can support the school. This application aims to help the learning process of students with multimedia available in the application. This application displays materials, images, videos, and evaluations which are contained in the exercises and games of each chapter in grades 5 and 6.This application is built using android studio version 2.2.1 with the Java programming language. Besides this application is also developed using the waterfall model. The testing method used is a black box and MOS testing. Testing using the MOS method on application quality shows that 62.5% of the respondents stated strongly agree, teacher respondents stated strongly agree with the percentage of 62.75%.

Abstract

Taekwondo is one of the most popular martial arts in the world. Based on the data obtained, in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) there were 59 training sites or also called Dojang and the most were in the City of Mataram. Currently, for routine activities carried out are UKT, championships throughout the City of Mataram, championships throughout NTB, joint training in the City of Mataram, training for trainers in the City of Mataram, and regional referee training (WASDA). In participating in these activities, member data and other requirements are always checked, the process of checking is still manual so that it tends to be complicated and vulnerable to manipulation. In this study, a hybrid application of member data processing and event was designed and made on mobile-based Mataram City Taekwondo sports, as a solution to deal with the above problems. Based on the Black Box Testing System after testing, the system runs accordingly. Based on the testing using the questionnaire in getting the results of the respondents of website users that agree, strongly agree, and enough each of them is worth 55.55%, 17.77%, and 26.66%. For testing the use of mobile the results obtained from respondents that agree, strongly agree, and enough each is worth 48.88%, 17.77%, and 26.66%. Based on the test results above, it is concluded that the system can be used.

Abstract

This study discusses the design of information technology enterprise architecture in the cooperation of Budi Karya. The main problem encountered is that the management still uses a bookkeeping system. The information obtained in each section has not been integrated with other, the IT management organization structure is not sufficient because there is no staff who have specialized IT experts, and require development in information technology. This was stated in one of the Budi Karya cooperation missions which read "Adopting the development of information technology and modern management systems". This study aims to produce process architecture, data, applications and technology that can be a reference for implementing all activities in cooperation of Budi Karya. This research uses the TOGAF (the Open Group Architecture Framework) which is a framework that has detailed methods and tools for developing and implementing enterprise architecture, with 8 architectural phases of vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, migration plan, implementation Governance, and architecture change management. Data collection is done by direct observation interviews and literature studies. Abstract

IT governance in a company to achieve the company’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives. There are problems in IT management both media and website in the Tourism Destination Development Sector, therefore this study determines the Capability level of IT governance in the Tourism Destination Development Sector using the COBIT 5 framework. The framework focuses on the APO01 sub-domain (Manage the IT management framework) Manage IT management frameworks, and APO04 (Manage innovation) Develop technological innovation. The results of the Capability level at APO01 for the current conditions are at levels 2 and 3, while the results of the Capability level at APO07, for now, are at level 2. While the Capability level results at APO01 and APO07 for the expected conditions are at levels 4 and 5 To increase the value of the Capability level got, recommendations for improvement are taken into consideration in the Development of Tourism Destinations in managing information technology.Then the recommendations given to increase the Capability level, form an action plan that is equipped with an implementation schedule and an estimated time that can be run

Abstract

Bencana alam gempa merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang mengakibatkan kerugian materi maupun non materi bagi daerah dan masyarakat yang terdampak. Pemerintah melalui Lembaga pemerintah yakni Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) melakukan kegiatan pemberian bantuan bagi korban terdampak berdasarkan beberapa kriteria kerusakan rumah yang dialami yakni rusak ringan, sedang, dan berat. Dalam menentukan kriteria dibutuhkan data-data kerusakan rumah korban yang dalam pendataanya masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu mengisi berkas form kerusakan rumah yang dialami korban sehingga cukup membutuhkan waktu untuk melakukan pendataan dan penentuan kriterianya. oleh karena itu dalam penilitian ini akan dibangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis website dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang diharapkan dapat membantu BPBD dalam melakukan pendataan dan penentuan penerima bantuan korban bencana alam gempa dengan lebih cepat.

Abstract

Pemberian beasiswa merupakan program kerja yang ada di setiap Universitas atau perguruan tinggi. Bidikmisi adalah program bantuan biaya pendidikan yang diberikan pemerintah melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi. Dalam melakukan penetapan mahasiswa peserta beasiswa bidikmisi pihak Universitas masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengecekan kembali data mahasiswa satu persatu di Microsoft excel oleh Subbagian Kesejahteraan Mahasiswa dan hasil seleksi data diurutkan berdasarkan fakultas atau prodi masing-masing. Untuk membantu dalam proses seleksi maka perlu dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan, agar dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan. Dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan 10 kriteria antara lain: penghasilan ayah, penghasilan ibu, jumlah tanggungan, kepemilikan rumah, luas tanah, luas bangunan, jarak pusat kota, mandi cuci kakus, sumber listrik dan sumber air. Didalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini perhitungannya menggunakan metode weighted product. Metode weighted product digunakan karena metode ini lebih bisa memberikan nilai bobot disetiap kriteria kemudian dilakukan perangkingan dari yang terbesar ke terkecil dari hasil perhitungan nilai akhir. Dalam pembangunan sistem ini, menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database yang digunakan mysql dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Class IIB Correctional Institution of Selong is still using a manual system to assess a prisoner’s risk level resulting in a long process which is prone to error during the value input. It is also mandatory to recalculate the values to ensure the correct result is obtained. In this research, a website-based assessment system called “Website-Based Prisoner Risk Assessment Information System at Class IIB Selong Correctional Institution” is designed and built to help classify prisoners based on risk levels (low, medium, and high) which yields calculations results corresponding to the assessment guidelines. To support the website development, the object-oriented Rational Unified Process (RUP) software development method is deployed. Rational Unified Process (RUP) is chosen because it allows real-time explanation of the development process, has a clear system documentation, and flexible development process. The developed system is then tested using black-box testing and questionnaires. The black-box testing result is 1, which shows that all features in the system run correctly. Usability testing shows results at 89,7% which can be interpreted as “Very Good”, which infers that RUP is the right method for the system development.

Abstract

AbstractBell's palsy is an acute paralysis of the prifer facial nerve of unknown cause and results in permanent disability ifnot treated properly. In this study, Development of Consultation Information System Scheduling Bell’s Palsy Diseasewas designed and built which can help in overcoming physiotherapy scheduling as well as recording medicalrecords, so that they can be well controlled and coordinated. The development method in information systems isdesigned using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method, where testing using the RUP method is carried out usingblack box testing and using usability (questionnaires). In black box testing, the result is 1, which means that allfeatures are running correctly. In the usability test, the results obtained were 92.30% which was stated relativelyfeasible because the test was carried out on a physiotherapist, and 87.03% which was carried out with 30respondents who met the usability standard referred to in table I, namely the table of score interpretation criteriaor declared "Very Feasible", so the RUP method is a good method for system development.Kata Kunci: Metode Rational Unified Process, RUP, Sistem Informasi, Website, Klink Griya Fisioterapis
