<![CDATA[Establishing accidental insurance at the workplace by health and safety committee program is expected to gain the work motivation and employee performance. This research is explain the impact of health and safety committee program to the work motivation, the impact of health and safety committee program to the employee performance and the impact of work motivation to the employee performance of PT. Citra Gading Asritama at Mall Dinoyo City development, with the sample amount 78 people. The data is collected by questioner. This research is an explanatory research with the technique of data analysis by using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of the research conveys the work safety committee program (X1) directly gives a significant impact to the work motivation (Z). The health committee (X2) directly gives a significant impact to the work motivation (Z). The work safety committee (X1) indirectly gives a significant impact to the employee performance (Y).The work health committee (X2) directly gives a significant impact to the employee performance (Y). ABSTRAK Pemberian program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berupa jaminan kecelakaan kerja dan kesehatan diharapkan akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program keselamatan kerja dan program kesehatan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, pengaruh program keselamatan kerja dan program kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Citra Gading Asritama di proyek Mall Dinoyo City Malang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program keselamatan kerja (X1) secara langsung memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (Z). Program kesehatan kerja (X2) secara langsung memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (Z). Program keselamatan kerja (X1) secara langsung tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Program kesehatan kerja (X2) secara langsung memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).
