Timeliness of accounting information publication can be affected by short and long audit delay. Some of the factors that may affect the length of audit delay are company size, internal control system and leverage. This research is testing the significance of the influence of the size of the company, internal control systems, and leverage against the audit delay. This research was conducted on the transportation services company listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the years 2014 - 2017. With a purposive sampling method sampling and retrieved samples of as many as 28 companies from 45 companies. This research is using double linear regression technique. The results showed that company size variable has no significant effect on audit delay variable, internal control system variable significant negatif effect on audit delay variable, and leverage variable has no significant effect on audit delay variable.

Abstract: Research on the use of media to bag numbers increase student learning activities in the classroom learning the sum of numbers in primary schools II 02 Nanga Man aims to describe whether by using numbers pocket media can increase the activity of class II students in public elementary schools 02 Nanga man. The research method is descriptive method, the nature of qualitative research. Value before the application of the use of media pocket number is 12.78 with an average value of 2.56. In the first cycle increased to 16.49 with a total class average 3.29. In the second cycle to increase student activity score with a 18.18 grade average number of 3.63. This shows that the number of media use bags can enhance the activity and student learning outcomes kela II primary schools 02 Nanga man because after using the media saw an increase in students' learning activities and learning outcomes of students were also more improved than before. Then it can be concluded that there is significant influence between media use to bag number of learning activities in class II SDN 02 Nanga man. Keywords: Media pocket numbers, learning activities Abstrak: Penelitian tentang penggunaan media kantong bilangan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran penjumlahan bilangan di kelas II Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Nanga Man ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apakah dengan menggunakan Media Kantong Bilangan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas II Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Nanga Man, Metode penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif, sifat penelitian kualitatif. Nilai sebelum diterapkannya penggunaan media kantong bilangan adalah 12,78 dengan nilai rata-rata 2,56. Pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 16,49 dengan jumlah nilai rata-rata kelas 3,29. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan skor aktivitas belajar siswa menjadi 18,18 dengan jumlah rata-rata kelas 3,63. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media kantong bilangan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Nanga Man karena setelah menggunakan media tersebut terlihat adanya peningkatan pada aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa juga lebih meningkat dari sebelumnya. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan Media Kantong Bilangan Terhadap Aktivitas Belajar pada Penjumlahan Bilangan Kelas II SDN 02 Nanga Man. Kanker payudara merupakan masalah kesehatan dan penyebab kematian terbesar pada wanita diseluruh dunia. Hal itu karena masih kurangnya minat kaum wanita dalam memahami kanker payudara guna menghindarkan diri dari serangan kanker payudara serta cara melakukan deteksi sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas media leaflet untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi tentang SADARI. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pre experimental dengan one group pretest posttest design, Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2020, populasi sebanyak 176 responden, pengambilan sampel dengan quota sampling sehingga diperoleh 123 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat nilai rata-rata sebelum diberikan leaflet sebesar 8,6 dan sesudah diberikan leaflet sebesar 11,1. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah diberikan leaflet. Hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan p value 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya media leaflet efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi.

ABSTRACT Employee performance has a very important role because performance is the final result of the process of employees completing their tasks. Employees will be able to carry out their duties properly if they are supported by a good organizational culture, a suitable work environment and sufficient additional income so that optimal results can be achieved. An overview of the activities that occur at this time in the General Section of the Banjarnegara Regency Secretariat still found employees who do not comply with agency regulations, this will lead to inefficiency in a person's work and can further reduce performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment and additional employee income in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Banjarnegara Regency either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a population of 87 respondents, by taking samples from all populations. The data collection technique used is distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. To test the hypothesis using the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment and additional employee income have no effect on employee performance. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) there is an influence of organizational culture, work environment, and additional employee income of 0.596 (59.6%), meaning that the percentage of organizational culture variables, work environment and additional employee income affects employee performance by 59.6 %. while the remaining 40.4% are variables not examined in this study.
