Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa kesesuaian penerapan Pengukuran, pengakuan dan pengungkapan dalam Perspektif Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 14 tahun 2017 tentang akuntansi persediaan dengan penerapan akuntansi persediaan pada PT. Artha Wahana Surya. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan deskristif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan penerapan pengukuran, pengakuan dan pengungkapan akuntansi persediaan barang dagang yang diterapkan pada PT. Wirajaya belum sepenuhnya sesuai menurut Perspektif Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK No. 14 tahun 2017)

Abstract

Financial literacy is a combination of awareness, knowledge, abilities, attitudes, and behaviors needed to make financial decisions. This study aims to find a behavioral model of financial literacy. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Respondents involved homemakers in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi, to fill out the questionnaire provided. Path Analysis was used to analyze the data SPSS and Winistep are used as tools in analyzing the data. Specifically, the data analysis used in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques. Statistically, the value of the sample covariance matrix must not differ significantly from the population covariance matrix value. Financial Literacy Attitudes had a direct effect on Financial Literacy Behavior. Basic Knowledge of Financial Literacy had a direct effect on Financial Literacy Behavior. Financial literacy behavior is determined by financial literacy attitudes and basic financial literacy knowledge. Therefore, financial literacy knowledge and attitudes need to be improved to improve financial literacy behavior among homemakers. Financial Literacy Attitudes contribute the most to financial literacy factors. financial attitudes that have a more significant influence on financial knowledge in financial management practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar peningkatan pendapatan UKM pengguna dana KUR dan menguji kelayakan pada Bank BNI KCP Mattoanging Pangkep. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di PT. BNI KCP Mattoanging Pangkep dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrument yang digunakan berupa wawancara kepada 40 UKM. Analisis data teknik statistic dengan menggunakan tabulasi dan persentase. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui perbandingan nilai sekarang dari manfaat yang diterima digunakan revenue cost ratio atau analisis B/C ratio. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa peningkatan pendapatan UKM pengguna dana KUR meningkat sebesar Rp. 381.012.000, per tahun atau sebesar 50,60%, dan Kredit Usaha Rakyat yang di berikan oleh PT BNI KCP Mattoanging Pangkep secara keseluruhan layak untuk di teruskan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Digital marketing merupakan salah satu strategi yang digunakan oleh pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan mempermudah dalam mencari informasi produk. Meski demikian, para pelaku usaha, terutama yang mewakili usaha kecil dan menengah, masih mengandalkan metode pemasaran tradisional. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan para pelaku UMKM di desa Timbuseng dalam pengelolaan pemasaran guna mendorong penjualan produk secara besar-besaran dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, serta penguasaan digital marketing dalam rangka menjaring calon konsumen melalui media sosial. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang memadukan sosialisasi dengan gaya ceramah, mengidentifikasi masalah, serta diskusi tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berimplikasi kepada para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah untuk lebih termotivasi dan semangat dalam berbisnis sehingga usaha yang mereka kelola dapat berkembang. Kata kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, UMKM, Digital Marketing  ABSTRACT Digital marketing is one of the strategies used by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to meet consumer needs and make it easier to find product information. However, business actors, especially those representing small and medium enterprises, still use on traditional marketing methods. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and ability of MSME actors in Timbuseng village in marketing management to encourage massive product sales and increase MSMEs competitiveness, as well as mastery of digital marketing in order to attract potential consumers through social media. PKM activities are carried out with an approach that combines socialization with lecture style, problem identification, and question and answer discussions. The results of this activity have implications for micro, small and medium business actors to be more motivated and enthusiastic in doing business so that the businesses they manage can develop. Keyword: Marketing Strategy, MSMEs, Digital Marketing

Abstract

The tendency of increasing stock investment among millennials indicates they are literate in financial literacy. Then, state-owned companies become an attraction for potential investors because they are considered to have promising profit prospects, as well as security in investing. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on the intention to invest in shares of potential investors among the millennial generation and the influence of nationalism as a mediator. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. We have distributed questionnaires to 250 respondents who are millennials born after the 1980s. Field data were then analyzed using multiregression analysis techniques. We find that financial literacy has a significant effect on investors' intention to buy shares of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). Nationalism can also strengthen the relationship of financial literacy with investors' intentions to buy shares of state-owned companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of auditor competence and independence on auditor performance. This research was conducted at the Inspectorate Office of Gowa Regency. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The population in this study amounted to 35 while the sample in this study amounted to 30. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance. While independence has a positive but not significant effect on auditor performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the importance of innovation strategies in efforts to improve corporate performance and the competitive advantage of technology-based creative industries. The descriptive qualitative approach is used in this study to analyze technology-based innovative industrial entrepreneurs. Using the snowball technique to collect responders or informants. In-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies were used to collect data. After collecting data in the field, the data will be validated using data source triangulation techniques. Qualitative data was processed in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drafting. According to the findings of the study, technology-based creative entrepreneurs are open to new ideas and concepts in building the company's business and have made innovation a part of their business strategy. However, only a small percentage of respondents made investments to grow their businesses

Abstract

Profesionalisme menuntut guru untuk siap menghadapi era pengetahuan yang terus berkembang, dan keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah menjadi aspek yang tidak terpisahkan bagi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi permasalahan guru dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah dan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah sebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan model partisipatif yang pelaksanaannya di UPTD SDN 22 Maros dan melibatkan 32 guru, 1 Pustakawan, 1 OPS dan 1 Tenaga Administrasi. Pelatihan ini mencakup berbagai materi seperti sistematika penulisan artikel ilmiah, pemilihan tema penelitian, pengenalan aplikasi bantuan dan teknik pencarian literatur. Dampak dari kegiatan pelatihan membantu peserta dalam peningkatan kompetensi dan profesionalisme dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah, sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan dan pengembangan karir.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that encourage students' interest in choosing the public accounting profession. The aim of this study is to identify the elements that motivate students to choose to work in society, in terms of financial rewards, personality, level of job security, ease of information, and work environment towards interest in becoming a public accountant. We hope that this research will provide a broader understanding of the reasons why students choose the public accounting profession. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods using multiple regression analysis using primary data in the form of statements given directly to respondents. Respondents were students with a total of 115 participants. The results show that interest in a career as a public accountant is not influenced by awards, level of security and ease of information, but on the contrary, personality and work environment are factors that generate interest in a career as a public accountant.
