Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the effect of product completeness, price, and location of consumer decisions to shop at the New Agung Stationery Store and Office in Makassar, either partially or simultaneously. Data collection was carried out by interview and questionnaire, the data collected were primary and secondary data. This study uses the incidental sampling method with a sample size of 98 respondents. The results showed that based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable product completeness (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) had a positive influence on customer decisions. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient test (R), the R value of 0.613 indicates a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination (R2) for the customer's decision to save funds is explained by the price of the product and location of 37.6%. Based on the results of the t test shows that the variable product completeness (X1), price (X2), and location (X3) have a significant effect on consumer decisions to shop at New Agung Stationery Store and Office in Makassar. The most dominant factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions is product completeness. The F test shows that the variable product completeness, price, and location simultaneously has a significant effect on consumer decisions to shop at the New Agung Stationery Store and Office in Makassar. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Hadji Kalla Branch Information Sumiharjo Makassar with the aim to determine the accounting information system sales of spare parts PT Hadji Kalla Branch Information Sumiharjo Makassar. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the authors describe the results of observations and interviews and analyzing the data obtained in the field. After analysis and discussion, the authors obtained the conclusion that the information system of accounting of sales of spare parts has been applied in accordance with the theory so as to produce information that is reliable enough, such as the existence of conformity between the task and the responsibility of each part, functioning optimally each function is related, the availability of the documents required, the conformity of the accounting records used, as well as the suitability of procedures that make up the system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer decisions to use Maxim online transportation services in Makassar. The data collection technique was done by interview and questionnaire. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This research uses incidental sampling method with a sample size of 84 respondents. The results showed that based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable price (X1) and service quality (X2) had a positive influence on consumer decisions. From the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient (R) test, the R value is 0.828, indicating a very strong correlation. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.686. This means that the consumer's decision to use Maxim online transportation services is influenced by the price and service quality of 68.6%. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the variable price (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significant effect on consumer decisions to use Maxim online transportation services in Makassar. The F test shows that the variable price and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer decisions to use Maxim online transportation services in Makassar. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total quality management terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dihitung berdasarkan perbandingan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap dengan jabatan terstruktur sebanyak 42 orang. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model struktural dengan metode partial least squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan total quality management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Begitupun juga kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung. Hasil uji mediasi kepuasan kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara total quality manajemen terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Digital marketing merupakan salah satu strategi yang digunakan oleh pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan mempermudah dalam mencari informasi produk. Meski demikian, para pelaku usaha, terutama yang mewakili usaha kecil dan menengah, masih mengandalkan metode pemasaran tradisional. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan para pelaku UMKM di desa Timbuseng dalam pengelolaan pemasaran guna mendorong penjualan produk secara besar-besaran dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, serta penguasaan digital marketing dalam rangka menjaring calon konsumen melalui media sosial. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang memadukan sosialisasi dengan gaya ceramah, mengidentifikasi masalah, serta diskusi tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berimplikasi kepada para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah untuk lebih termotivasi dan semangat dalam berbisnis sehingga usaha yang mereka kelola dapat berkembang. Kata kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, UMKM, Digital Marketing  ABSTRACT Digital marketing is one of the strategies used by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to meet consumer needs and make it easier to find product information. However, business actors, especially those representing small and medium enterprises, still use on traditional marketing methods. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and ability of MSME actors in Timbuseng village in marketing management to encourage massive product sales and increase MSMEs competitiveness, as well as mastery of digital marketing in order to attract potential consumers through social media. PKM activities are carried out with an approach that combines socialization with lecture style, problem identification, and question and answer discussions. The results of this activity have implications for micro, small and medium business actors to be more motivated and enthusiastic in doing business so that the businesses they manage can develop. Keyword: Marketing Strategy, MSMEs, Digital Marketing

Abstract

The role of social media is currently very important in motivating consumers to purchase products, especially in the fashion industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of social media on purchasing decisions through motivation at D'fashion Textile & Tailor. The sample used in this study was 97 respondents with a probability sampling technique. Source data were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is partial least squares (PLS). The results of the study show that social media has an effect on purchasing decisions and motivation. In addition, motivation also influences purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran, Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Jasa Properti Wedding Organizer (WO) Pada PT. Fajar Utama Makassar Perkasa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT Fajar Utama Makassar. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, data analisis menggunakan metode analisis deksriptif kuantitatif dengan metode path analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan konsumen, dan keunggulan bersaing, Strategi pemasaran juga berpengaruh terhadap keunggulang bersaing melalui kepuasan konsumen. Kemudian untuk hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan konsumen, dan keunggulan bersaing, kualitas layanan juga berpengaruh terhadap keunggulang bersaing melalui kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan Kepuasaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada saat Indonesia dilanda pandemi Covid 19, berdampak bagi semua sector kehidupan utamanya perekonomian. Banyak perusahaan yang harus melakukan pemutusan hubunga kerja (PHK) kepada karyawannya. Akibatnya jumlah pengangguran semakin bertambah. Masyarakat tidak memiliki penghasilan. Setelah berakhirnya pandemic Covid 19 perlu dilakukan pemulihan di sector perekonomian. Salah satunya adalah dengan menjadi wirausaha. Namun permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19, yakni masyarakat tidak memiliki penghasilan, tidak berani memulai usaha atau bisnis, susah mencari jenis usaha yang akan dijalankan, kurangnya pengetahuan untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha, kurang kreatif dan inovasi untuk memulai suatu usaha. Oleh karena itu tim dosen STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat kepada masyarakat Desa Jenetallasa, Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa yang terkena PHK. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan kepada masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19 yang berada di Desa Jenetallasa, Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa yang terkena PHK sebagai dampak Pandemi Covid 19 tentang bagaimana cara memulai suatu bisnis di era teknologi digital sekarang ini sehingga masyarakat dapat menjadi seorang wirausaha yang memiliki penghasilan. Hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat peserta pelatihan merespon secara positif dan terlihat puas dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Para peserta sangat antusias untuk menjadi wirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan partisipasi dan keikutsertaan selama pelatihan berlangsung. Peserta juga sudah membuktikan pemahaman mereka tentang materi kewirausahaan yang telah diberikan oleh narasumber dengan mempraktekkan proses pengolahan jajanan kekinian dan menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh pemateri. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kewirausahaan, Masyarakat, Pandemi Covid 19                                                     ABSTRACT When Indonesia was hit by the Covid 19 pandemic, it had an impact on all sectors of life, especially the economy. Many companies have had to lay off their employees. As a result, the number of unemployed is increasing. People have no income. After the end of the Covid 19 pandemic, it is necessary to restore the economic sector. One way is to become an entrepreneur. However, the problems faced by people affected by Covid 19 are that people have no income, do not dare to start a business, have difficulty finding the type of business to run, lack of knowledge to become an entrepreneur, lack of creativity and innovation to start a business. Therefore, the STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar lecturer team carried out Community Service activities for the people of Jenetallasa Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency who were affected by layoffs. The aim of this community service activity is to provide entrepreneurship training to people affected by Covid 19 in Jenetallasa Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency who have been laid off as a result of the Covid 19 Pandemic on how to start a business in the current era of digital technology so that people can become an entrepreneur who has an income. The results of implementing Community Service can be seen by training participants responding positively and appearing satisfied with the activities carried out. The participants were very enthusiastic about becoming entrepreneurs as shown by their participation and participation during the training. Participants have also proven their understanding of the entrepreneurship material provided by the resource person by practicing the process of processing contemporary snacks and answering every question asked by the speaker. Keywords: Training, Entrepreneurship, Society, Covid 19 Pandemic
