Melayani penduduk yang berjumlah 3.243 jiwa (data BPS 2018), para pegawai Distrik Kokas dituntut untuk mampu bekerja dengan optimal agar segala kebutuhan administrasi masyarakat dapat terpenuhi, namun sayangnya sampai saat ini hanya beberapa dari pegawai Kantor Distrik Kokas yang mampu mengoperasikan komputer untuk membantu melaksanakan tugas pelayanannya dengan baik dan efisien. Hal ini mengakibatkan tugas pelayanan berjalan tidak prima, serta terjadi penumpukan pekerjaan dan berkas di beberapa pegawai yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan komputer dari rekan kerjanya yang tidak familiar dengan penggunaan komputer. Untuk melaksanakan tugas pelayanan, para pegawai Distrik Kokas harus dapat bekerja dengan optimal, dan salah satu hal yang tidak dapat dihindari adalah pemanfaatan komputer untuk membantu meningkatkan kinerja dan output kerja yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pegawai Distrik Kokas untuk melakukan tugas-tugas administrasi dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Word digagas dan akan dilaksanakan. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, seluruh pegawai dapat mengoperasikan komputer, khususnya menjalankan program Microsoft Word untuk menunjang pekerjaan masing-masing secara lebih efisien dan tidak membebani hanya beberapa pegawai yang biasa bekerja dengan komputer seperti yang selama ini terjadi.

Nutmeg (Myristica Fragnans) is a plant that has many benefits and is used in various industries. Indonesia is one of the world's largest producer and exporter of nutmeg seeds with a market share of 75 percent. Fakfak Regency is one of the largest nutmeg producing areas in Indonesia. There are 2 main categories, namely nutmeg with shell and nutmeg without shell. Nutmeg without shell has a high selling value because it has been processed where the shell from the nutmeg is separated from the seeds/contents/core from the nutmeg where there are 3 grades, namely grade 1 nutmeg ABCD, grade 2 Rimpel nutmeg, and grade 3 BWP nutmeg. The sorting process to select nutmeg seeds based on this grade is still carried out conservatively, namely by directly observing the nutmeg seeds one by one so that it takes time, effort and a large amount of money because it involves many workers, therefore a system is needed that can classify the quality of the seeds. Based on the grade of dried nutmeg, one of the expert systems that can accommodate the sorting process is Case-Based Reasoning. Based on the results of tests carried out using a confusion matrix, it shows that the system built has an overall accuracy of 90.5% and an overall system sensitivity of 71%.

Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda Dan Olahraga Kabupaten Fakfak Merupakan salah satu dinas yang bertanggung jawab melaksanakan seluruh kebijakan dan aturan yang berkaitan dengan sistem administrasi pendidikan di Kabupaten Fakfak. Sistem tata kelola administrasi di dinaspendidikan Pemuda Dan Olahraga perlu dipandang penting dengan pengembangan teknologi. Sistem administrasi yang digunakan di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olah raga belum menggunakan sistem yang sesuai dengan peruntukannya, misalnya sistem administrasi pegawai di dinas pendidikan pemuda dan olah raga masih bersifat manual.Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Administrasi Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda Dan Olahraga Kabupaten Fakfak yang berbasis website.Proses perancangan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle, dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan aplikasi, pengujian dan Implementasi.Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diharapkan memudahkan pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olah raga Kabupaten Fakfak dalam mengelola data administrasi seperti surat masuk dan surat keluar dalam bentuk aplikasi

Politeknik Negeri Fakfak (Polinef) merupakan salah satu institusi Perguruan Tinggi di Kabupaten Fakfak pun selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan mutu lembaga termasuk organisasi kemahasiswaannya, baik yang bergerak di bidang penalaran maupun minat dan bakat mahasiswa. Ada dua jenis organisasi kemahasiswaan di Polinef yaitu Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) dan organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan (HMJ).UKM mengakomodir berbagai aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan minat dan bakat mahasiswa, sedangkan HMJ mengelola kegiatan yang bersifat penalaran dan berkedudukan di Jurusan.Salah satu HMJ yang berada di Polinef adalah Informatics Management Students Association (IMSA).IMSA sendiri bergerak dalam berbagai bidang penalaran dan kaderisasi mahasiswa dalam program-programnya.IMSA setiap tahunnya melakukan kegiatan rutin pengenalan organisasi dan perekrutan pengurus di kalangan mahasiswa.Namun semua kegiatan tersebut masih dikelola dan diadministrasikan secara manual.Oleh karena itu digagaslah sebuah sistem informasi untuk menjadi media penyaluran informasi secara efektif kepada seluruh pengurus dan anggota IMSA.Metode yang diterapkan dalam perancangan sistem adalah metode waterfall.Pada akhirpenelitian, sistem informasi IMSA Polinef telah berhasil dibangun dengan menyediakan informasi seputar sejarah, visi misi, struktur organisasi, program kerja, berita, serta pengumuman dari kegiatan dan program yang dilaksanakan oleh IMSA. Sistem informasi ini relatif mudah diakses dan menyediakan informasi yang up to date.

This study aims to determine how influential the business location factor on sales in determining the selection of the right market location in Fakfak Regency and to compare the effect of business location at Thumburuni Market and Kelapa Dua Market on sales volume in Fakfak Regency. The population in this study was 50% of the number of traders in the coconut market, with a sample of 70 traders. The data collected in the form of primary data (questionnaires) and secondary (literature studies, both books, journals, and similar research) so as to strengthen this research. The data analysis method in this study used simple linear regression analysis. And from the results of testing using SPSS, the Anova table obtained an F number of 30,518 with a significance level (probability number) of 0.000. Because the number 0.000 <0.05, the regression model is feasible to use to predict the effect of business location on sales. It is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.310. This means that the contribution of the influence of location to sales volume is 31%, while the remaining 69% is influenced by other variables, namely variables that are not included in this model. So, it can be said that the influence of the business location variable on sales volume is quite significant

Technology in Indonesia has experienced rapid development in various fields including computer technology, which directly requires the world of education to act significantly in adjusting itself to technological developments. This is a prerequisite for implementing the 2013 curriculum, where teachers are required to have knowledge and skills, including skills in utilizing information technology in carrying out learning planning activities, administering student personal data, to calculating student average scores and determining student rankings. Even though in Fakfak training for teachers is quite frequent, they talk more about the competence of the learning process in the classroom and very rarely to touch the administrative skills of teachers, including how to process student scores. Therefore, this computer training activity was initiated to improve the abilities and skills of teachers in order to have job support skills, especially being able to process student grade data based on Microsoft Excel. So inputting, calculating grades as an indication of student achievement, as well as creating a simple student score database can be done by the teacher more precisely, accurately, and efficiently. The target to be achieved from this activity is that thethe teachers are able to operate the Microsoft Excel program, especially in processing student scores data, and applying an assessment method as the main indicator for measuring student ability and achievement

Having 15 sub-districts and villages with an area of 1,128 km2, Kokas is the district with the highest number of wards and villages in Fakfak. To carry out the administrative tasks of processing data and delivering information to the public, Kokas District employees must be able to work optimally, and one of the things that is not What can be avoided is the use of computers to help improve performance and quality work output, as well as time efficiency. Therefore, this Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint operation training activity was carried out to improve the ability of Kokas District employees to perform administrative tasks of data processing and dissemination of Government policies and programs. This activity is carried out by preparing modules, providing material with practicum, as well as a final ability test. Modules and materials are provided and developed according to the needs of Partners, based on the results of discussions. During the training, the leadership and employees of the Kokas District were very cooperative and disciplined in participating in the program according to the agreed schedule.

Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh jenis baru virus corona yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan pernapasan ringan hingga berat bagi manusia. Di Indonesia, status tanggap darurat Covid-19 telah ditetapkan sejak 29 Februari 2020. Namun, sebagaimana laporan yang dikeluarkan oleh Gugus Tugas Penanganan Covid-19, penyebaran kasus positif justru semakin meningkat dan meluas. Penerapan new normal di Kabupaten Fakfak dimulai pada bulan Juli 2020. Karena aka nada pergerakan manusia masuk dan keluar Fakfak, Pemda Fakfak mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab yang lebih dalam memantau masyarakat, agar rantai penularan Covid-19 dapat diputus. Kemampuan memahami risiko penyebaran Covid-19 secara spasial menjadi krusial bagi pengambil kebijakan baik di level pemerintahan pusat maupun daerah serta masyarakat dalam mitigasi pandemi global ini. Beranjak dari hal tersebut, dibutuhkan proses pemetaan partisipatif yang merupakan bagian dari proses perencanaan yang melibatkan masyarakat dalam mengindentifikasi data, pengumpulan informasi potensi masalah yang ada di wilayahnya dan pemberian edukasi sehingga pemahaman masyarakat terhadap lingkungannya meningkat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi terkomputerisasi untuk mendata dan mencatat serta memetakan data sebaran Covid-19 di kabupaten Fakfak. Dalam membangun sistem ini, tim pembuat sistem menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem model waterfall. Setelah sistem selesai dibangun, tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini lalu melakukan serah terima sistem dan pelatihan cara pengaplikasian Sicovid-19 ini kepada tenaga administrasi Tim Gugus Tugas Covid-19 Kabupaten Fakfak. Saat ini Sicovid-19 ini masih diaplikasikan untuk melakukan pemetaan dan pemetaan kasus Covid-19 di Fakfak.

For MSME players, the most appropriate choice to increase revenue and develop their business is to do digital marketing by utilizing technological developments and social media. Unfortunately, not all business owners know how to do effective marketing in order to reach potential customers, including D'YuRa Kitchen. D'YuRa Kitchen is one of the MSMEs in Fakfak Regency that operates online in the culinary field. Currently, D'YuRa Kitchen business actors are still doing conventional online marketing, namely by posting through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and WhatsApp so that D'YuRa Kitchen cannot compete with other similar business actors. Digital marketing is an online marketing method that utilizes the sophistication of internet algorithms in recording the habits of internet users, making it easier for businesses to target potential customers. In the midst of competition from online business actors today, digital marketing is the right choice so that business actors can easily market their businesses effectively. The community service activity carried out by the team is to assist D'Yura Kitchens in conducting digital marketing of the products sold by D'Yura. Digital Marketing has proven to be able to boost the number of product sales and revenue of D'YuRa Kitchen in a short time.
