Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifnya penggunaan pendekatan Teknik Rational Emotif Terapi dalam mengatasi masalah perilaku siswa dalam hal ketakutan pada tempat terbuka atau tertutup (agoraphobia). Setiap individu yang memiliki perasaan irasional atau tidak sehat selalu akan menghadapi berbagai macam kesulitan, persoalan, konflik-konflik dan ketakutan sepanjang hidupnya dengan realistis. Jika individu sering menganggap ketakutannya sebagai suatu hal yang tidak bisa dihilangkan, maka akan muncul ketegangan, kekacauan pikiran yang diwujudkan melalui tidak ada keberanian dalam berhadapan dengan orang lain. Akan tetapi selama individu mampu mempertahankan kontaknya secara realistis dan memandang secara realistis serta mampu mengatasi permasalahannya dengan benar, maka ketakutannya pada tempat-tempat terbuka atau keramaian tidak akan terjadi. Berdasarkan fokus dan tujuan penelitian, bahwa peneliti ingin mengetahui kasus yang di alami oleh siswa melalui metode penelitian kualitatif ini serta berupaya mengatasi atau mengurangi perilaku siswa dalam hal ketakutan pada tempat terbuka atau tertutup (Agoraphobia), maka diperlukan sebuah rancangan yang tepat. Lewat penelitian ini, peneliti berusaha melihat fenomena atau menggambarkan perilaku siswa, perilaku guru, orang tua, masyarakat serta pihak sekolah dalam mengubah perilaku Agoraphobia yang dialami oleh Siswa dan berusaha menggali dan memahami sebagaimana mestinya tanpa ada upaya untuk mereduksi ataupum memberi perlakuan khusus sebelum dilakukan intervensi melalui pendekatan tekhnik konseling.

Abstract

Traditional games are part of the nation's rich and varied cultural heritage, including the conventional games of Tana Luwu. However, with the development of technology and modern lifestyles, traditional games among millennials in Tana Luwu are being threatened. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the Tana Luwu traditional game among millennials as a national cultural heritage. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The results show that the level of recognition of traditional games is still quite good; some are even known by 90% of the respondents. At the same time, the frequency of young people playing these traditional games is the highest played by young people at 54%. Therefore, more severe and sustainable efforts are still needed to strengthen the Tana Luwu traditional game among millennials as part of the nation's cultural heritage. This can be done through education, development, and appropriate technology to facilitate access and promote the traditional game of Tana Luwu to millennials. The results of this research can contribute to preserving the conventional Tana Luwu game as a national cultural heritage among millennials and using the right technology to facilitate access and promote the traditional game of Tana Luwu to millennials. Abstract

Swimming is a sport that has great benefits. The problem for athletes, especially freestyle swimming, lies in technique, especially in the position of the hands and feet, sometimes athletes are not in line with what the coach expects. The purpose of the study was the effect of resistance band training through audio visual on freestyle swimming learning at Club Garuda Laut Palopo. This type of research is quantitative research that uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research is a pre-experimental research design. The population in this study was novice swimming athletes Club Garuda Laut Palopo. The population sampling technique in this study used saturated samples (census), which is a sampling technique where all populations were sampled as many as 5 novice swimming athletes. The research data was analyzed descriptively, the requirements test was the data normality and homogeneity test, and the T test used SPSS version 20.00. The results showed that the value of t = count of 2.958 was greater than t = table 2.571 or t = count of 2.958 > t = table 2.571 and sig results. (2-tailed) which is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence of resistance band training through audio visual on freestyle swimming learning at Club Garuda Laut Palopo.
