Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural country. It consists of many different races, religion, and ethnicities.  That is why the tolerance attitude is important to minimize the intolerance cases which seem to raise lately. Tolerance is an attitude to let anyone to be different and to appreciate the diversity as recognition of human right. Teachers play a strategic role in implementing values of tolerance, by placing diversity within the frame of brotherhood and humanity based. This study uses an ex-post-facto approach. The research instruments used are questionnaires that meet the validity and reliability. It is analyzed using the Pearson correlation test. The finding of this study shows that family edification, mutualism, and kinship have strong correlation with the tolerance attitude of the early childhood teachers in Tana Toraja. Kinship gives the highest contribution to the tolerance attitude of the early childhood teachers in Tana Toraja.  It is in line with the characteristic of Toraja’s community who appreciate kinship above all the existing diversities, including the diversity in religion and belief. The kinship in Toraja’s community is bound by Tongkonan which philosophically has a strong sense of brotherhood among extended families (clans), and keeps all the existing diversities aside

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan melalui Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) ular tangga raksasa di kelompok B TKIT Insan Madani Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau Classroom Action Research yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 12 orang yang terdiri dari 7 orang anak laki-laki dan 5 orang anak perempuan pada rentang usia 5-6 tahun. Analisis data pada siklus 1, sebanyak 8,33% peserta didik berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH), dan 25% kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB), atau 33% yang memenuhi indikator keberhasilan. Pada siklus 2, sebanyak 33,33% peserta didik berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH), dan 58,33% masuk kategori BSB, sehingga total mencapai 91,66% anak memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model pendidikan dalam keluarga yang berbasis multireligius. Fokus kajian ini terdiri dari tiga hal: (1) menemukan latar pluralitas sosial keagamaan pada keluarga Muhammadiyah berbasis multireligius; (2) model pendidikan keluarga pluralis berbasis multireligius; (3) perilaku sosial keagamaan pada keluarga Muhammadiyah Pluralis. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pendekatan fenomenologi digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta atau fenomena yang dilakukan oleh manusia baik individu maupun kelompok. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) latar pluralitas sosial keagamaan pada keluarga Muhammadiyah di Tana Toraja dibentuk oleh faktor budaya dan agama; (2) pendidikan keluarga Muhammadiyah pluralis yang berbasis multireligius di Tana Toraja berlangsung dalam beberapa model, yakni: pluralis, protektif, dan konsensual cenderung protektif; (3) perilaku sosial keberagamaan diidentifikasi terjadi pada ranah sosial keagamaan, pendidikan formal, politik, dan ekonomi.Abstract:This research aimed to study the educational model in a family which based on religious plurality. This research focused on 3 things; (1) finding the background of the social religious plurality in Muhammadiyah family based multireligions; (2) family educational model; (3) social behavior in pluralistic Muhammadiyah Family. Qualitative method with the phenomenological approach was applied to uncover the phenomena of human behavior both individuals and groups. This study found: (1) the background of Muhammadiyah family in Tanah Toraja was built by culture and religious factors; (2) the education of Muhammadiyah Family occured in some patterns, they were: plural, consensual, and consensual-protective; (3) the social religious behaviors occurred in socio-religious interaction, formal education, economy, and politics.

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is fundamental to be instilled in children from an early age because it protects them from various diseases. One form of protection that can be given, especially for school children, is protection against diseases caused by smoking behavior. Education has been an essential part of promoting health and preventing disease throughout the ages. Health education teaches physical, mental, emotional, and social health to develop knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes about health. This study aims to analyze the impact of health education on PHBS in elementary schools for areas that apply a tobacco-free lifestyle. The research method uses collaborative quantitative research with a cross-sectional observational approach. The population and samples were students in Bone-Bone Village Elementary School as a tobacco-free lifestyle area and Salukanan Village as a control village. The number of samples used in this study was 52 people. The data was then analyzed using the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that the health education provided by the Physical Health Education (PJOK) teachers to PHBS in schools was higher in Bone-Bone Village as many as 26 people (50%) while in Salukanan Village, as many as (30.8%). The results of the Pearson correlation test obtained a value = 0.00 and a correlation value (r) = 1,000, so it can be stated that health education provided by PJOK teachers has a powerful impact on children's PHBS in schools, especially in areas that apply a tobacco-free lifestyle

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo adalah menghasilkan mahasiswa dan alumni berwirausaha yang mandiri berbasis iptek, melalui program yang terintegrasi dengan melibatkan dosen, narasumber, mahasiswa, dan calon alumni. Kegiatan program yang dapat menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan kewirausahaan, antara lain (1) pengembangan jiwa wirausaha dan motivasi bisnis, (2) pelatihan manajemen dan skills usaha bagi tenant, (3) pengembangan jejaring dan kelembagaan wirausaha; (4) konsultasi dan afirmasi bisnis, (5) membuka akses modal untuk berwirausaha (6) memfasilitasi tenant dalam berwirausaha untuk menghasilkan wirausaha baru. Program  ini   melakukan   pembinaan   kewirausahaan kepada  20  tenant  mahasiswa  dan  alumni. Pada akhir program, sebanyak 6 tenant mahasiswa dan alumni menjadi wirausaha baru pada berbagai bidang, dengan produk berkualitas yang dapat bersaing dengan produk sejenis. Melalui daya inovasi dan bisnis, bidang yang digeluti oleh tenant yang mandiri adalah (1) Bua Hydrofarm; (2) gerobak kuliner; (3) edubooks store; (4) edureptil; (5) kuliner KriboU; dan (6) busana muslimah dan foto copy.Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, bisnis, tenant ABSTRACTThe objective of Entrepreneur Development Program is to create the students and alumni who can set up their own business autonomously based on science and technology. The program is conducted integrative by involving the lecturers, the experts, the students, and the alumni. The programs that can be a solution of entrepreneurship problems are: (1) development of entrepreneurship spirit and business motivation, (2) business skill and management training for tenants, (3) development of business network and institution, (4) business consultation and affirmation, (5) discovering the capital access for business, and (6) facilitating the tenants to develop their business. This Program involves 20 tenants of both students and alumni. At the end of this program, there are six tenants become new businessman/woman in various sectors with good quality and competitive products. Through business incubator, the tenants develop their business in: (1) Hydro farm; (2) culinary cart; (3) edu-book store; (4) edu-reptile; (5) KriboU culinary; and (6) muslimah fashion and photocopy.Keywords: enterpreneurship, business, tenant

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 tidak hanya berdampak kepada sektor ekonomi, tetapi juga berimplikasi pada pola pembatasan sosial yang menghambat Pengembangan Kewirausahaan di kampus. PPK adalah program pengembangan kewirausahaan yang telah berjalan sejak tahun 2019 dan berlanjut tahun 2020. Metode pelaksanaan PPK menggunakan pendekatan SLA (The Sustainable Livelihood Approach), yang diperkuat dengan metode PALS (Parcipatory Action Learning) yang menitikberatkan pada transformasi kegiatan untuk penguatan jiwa enterpreneurship mahasiswa. Siklus kegiatannya ada tiga; pertama, Socio-Technopreneurship Awaraeness Campaign agar Socio-Technopreneur menjadi gerakan bersama di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Kedua, Capasity Building agar tenant, memiliki pemahaman dan skill dalam berwirausaha; dan ketiga, Institutionalization sebagai upaya pelembagaan kegiatan kewirausahaan di kampus sebagai upaya menciptakan jaringan dengan memanfaatkan keunggulan lembaga mitra. Kegiatan pembinaan dilakukan secara terintegrasi yang meliputi pelatihan kewirausahaan, pendampingnan penyusunan business plan, pembuatan brand produk, manajemen pemasaran, pengelolaan keuangan berbasis teknologi, magang, dan konsultasi bisnis. Program kewirausahaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo telah menghasilkan 12 wirausahawan mandiri yang berbasis teknologi, yakni: Bua hydrofarm, sarang palacci, edureptil, kribou, edubookstore, boklet muslimah, rumah kue Palopo, Mbafood, Sambal Sabu, aplikasi gandeng, artMu, dan Madu Trigona Bua. Kata kunci: pengembangan; kewirausahaan; mahasiswa; alumni ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic not only affected the economic sector, but also had implications for the pattern of social restrictions which limited entrepreneurship development on campus. PPK is an entrepreneurial development program that has been running since 2019 and continues in 2020. The  PpK  implementation method uses SLA (The Sustainable Livelihood Approach), which is reinforced by PALS (Parcipatory Action Learning) method which focuses on transforming activities to strengthen the Entrepreneurship in student’s mind. There are three cycles of activity; first, the Socio-Technopreneurship Awaraeness Campaign in order for Socio-Technopreneur to become a joint movement in the college environment. Second, Capacity Building, Thus the tenants, have understanding and skill in entrepreneurship; and third, Institutionalization as an effort to institutionalize entrepreneurial activities on campus in order  to create a network by utilizing the excellence of partner institutions. Training activities are carried out in an integrated way which includes entrepreneurial training, business plan preparation assistance, product branding, marketing management, technology-based financial management, internships, and business consulting. Entrepreneurial program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo has produced 12 self-employed of entrepreneurs based on technology, which are named: Bua hydrofarm, sarang palacci, edureptil, kribou, edubookstore, boklet muslimah, rumah kue Palopo, Mbafood, Sambal Sabu, gandeng application, artMu, and Madu Trigona Bua. Keywords: development; entrepreneurship; college students; alumny

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerguruan tinggi dalam adalah bagian dari pusat kekuatan intelektual (intellectual power) yang diharapkan dapat memperkuat kegiatan kewirausahaan. Dengan terbitnya Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 3 tahun 2020, penguatan kewirausahaan kepada mahasiswa juga mendapatkan prioritas. Dalam delapan kegiatan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) salah satu bentuk kegiatannya adalah wirausaha mahasiswa. Tujuan PPK adalah memandu perguruan tinggi menyelenggarakan unit layanan kewirausahaan yang profesional, mandiri dan berkelanjutan, berwawasan knowledge based economy. Metode yang digunakan pengembangan kewirausahaan yaitu kompetisi bisnis, pelatihan, pendampingan, magang, dan pameran produk. Siklus kegiatan diklasifikasi menjadi tiga,  Socio-Technopreneurship Awaraeness Campaign, agar PPK menjadi gerakan bersama di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, Capasity Building, yang dilaksanakan secara kordinatif, konsultatit, dan afirmatif dilakukan berkesinambungan dengan berbagai lembaga, dan  Institutionalization adalah upaya pelembagaan kegiatan kewirausahaan di kampus sebagai upaya menciptakan jeringan dan mitra kerjasama. Hasil pelaksanaan PPK Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo terlaksana sesuai dengan program dan target yang ingin dicapai. Selama 3 tahun pelaksanaan sejak 2019, 2020, dan 2021, telah melahirkan 15 wirausaha baru yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, souvenir, bookstore, dan jasa. Untuk menjamin keberlanjutan dan menentukan Entrepreneurship Priority, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo telah membentuk Unit Inkubasi dan Pengembangan Kewirausahaan (UIPK) yang bertugas untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa dan alumni dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah jurnal pengabdian setiap tahun, hak cipta, poster, publikasi pada media masa cetak, dan buku ajar kewirausahaan.  Kata kunci: keberlanjutan; kewirausahaan; mahasiswa; alumni. ABSTRACTHigher education is part of the core of intellectual power. It is anticipated to stimulate entrepreneurial activities. With the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 3 of 2020, strengthening entrepreneurship for students is also a priority. One of the eight activities in Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), is student entrepreneurship. With Knowledge-Based Economy Insight, the PPK  aimed to guide universities in organizing professional, independent, and sustainable entrepreneurship service units. The approaches used in entrepreneurship advancement are business competition, training, mentoring, internships, and product exhibitions. The activity series is classified into three activities. First, Socio-Technopreneurship Awareness Campaign, so that KDP becomes a joint movement in the university context. Second,  Capacity Building, which is carried out in a coordinated and consultative. The last is affirmative manner carried out continuously with various institutions, and Institutionalization is an attempt to institutionalize entrepreneurial activities on campus as an effort to create networks and cooperative partners. The PPK  implementation result in the University of Muhammadiyah Palopo was carried out under the program and targeted realized. During the three years of implementation, fifteen new entrepreneurs have been born in the field of culinary, souvenirs, bookstores, and services. To ensure sustainability and determine Entrepreneurship Priority, the University of Muhammadiyah Palopo has established an Entrepreneurship Incubation and Development Unit (UIPK) to facilitate students and graduates in entrepreneurship development. The outputs produced are devotional journals every year, copyrights, posters, publications in print mass media, and entrepreneurship textbooks. Keywords: sustainable; entrepreneurship; student; graduates

Abstract

The Locus of this research is The people of South Sulawesi who are upholding their highest value which are Siri’ focus on shame and self-esteem as human. This cultural value becomes the strength  binding the caracther of the nation, based on the  cultural and religious values which often lost to western culture. The Western culture has positive values such as hard working, tolerance, discipline, and as well as negative values which based from permisifm. The subjects of this study were 60 PAUD education teachers using quantitative survey methods with questionnaires as instruments. The research findings show (1) the relationship of religious values with the nationalism attitude of PAUD teachers by 0.948; (2) the relationship between religious values and the integrity of PAUD teachers is 0.747; (3) the relationship between religious values and the PAUD teacher's cooperation attitude of 0.761; (4) the relationship between the understanding of local wisdom with the nationalism attitude of PAUD teachers by 0.422; (5) the relationship between understanding local wisdom and PAUD teacher integrity is 0.378; and (6) there is a significant and positive relationship between the understanding of local wisdom with the PAUD teacher's cooperation attitude of 0.412. In Indonesian society, The religious values which related with integrity and cooperative such as ta’awun, syura’ and hubbul wathan. On the other hand, the religious values such as adele’, rebba’ sipatokkong, and Mali siparappe’. These values become the binder in various life aspects, including education

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan model bermain kontruktif pada anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model bermain konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan visual spasial. Subjek 15 orang anak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data menggunakan validasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif.1) Kebutuhan model bermain konstruktif melalui media balok bagi anak usia dini penting untuk dikembangkan dengan pertimbangan membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuan visual-spasial anak.; dan (2) Kemampuan visual-spasial anak usia dini di TKIT Insan Madani, Kota Palopo, melalui model bermain konstruktif dengan media balok dapat dinyatakan meningkat dengan produk yang dikembangkan valid dan praktis. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari penilaian kedua validator terhadap produk pengembangan kemampuan visual-spasial anak dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata yang diberikan validator memenuhi kriteria kevalidan sedangkan dinyatakan praktis sebab komponen pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat dilaksanakan di lapangan berdasarkan penilaian validator
