Abstract

At Bank X, various problems occurred in business processes involving IT. problems occur such as unstable server network conditions and experiencing problems when carrying out business processes inputting data. The purpose of this thesis is to find out what factors or causes are the most influential in the use of IT in Bank X's business processes and provide a response to existing risks based on the 2019 CobiT guidelines with the Align, Plan and Organize (APO) domain in the APO 11 Managed Quality process. and APO 12 Managed Risk. Methodology The research will be conducted by examining the capability level and conducting a risk assessment using the OWASP standard in the APO11 and APO12 domains in accordance with the results in the Mapping Alignment Goal (AG) and Enterprise Goal (EG) as well as the BSC dimensions. Based on the results of research conducted, the authors found several risks that have an impact on the company's IT business processes along with the responses and solutions provided. The solution given is to Mitigate or Avoid depending on the risk severity of the risks. The conclusion of this research is that the IT Division has an important role in running the company's business processes. In addition to acting as support, the IT division also has a role in software development in customer banking applications, respondent transparency and the IT division as the company's support system are important factors in assisting this research.

Abstract

The Recommendation system is a system that uses to help users in making decisions by providing item recommendations to the user. In lectures, students are faced with the choice to take a certain concentration of study. However, students are often confused about which concentration of study should they take. Therefore, a system that can provide concentration recommendations is needed so that it can help students in making decisions on choosing the best consentration.Previously there had been a thesis to solve a similar problem using User Based Collaborative Filtering method. In this research the method that will be used is Aggregate Function.Aggregate Function is used to combine the results of the three criteria. The implementation of the Aggregate Function is done by calculating the average value of each concentration from the results of each criterion. The results of the first criteria are obtained using the User Based Collaborative Filtering method based on the Adjusted Cosine Similarity Algorithm. The results of the second criteria are obtained by calculating the average value of the certain mandatory courses that have been taken by the user. The results of the third criterion are obtained by calculating the average value of user preferences in a professional field.Testing of the recommendation system is done by using confusion matrix by measuring the value of accuracy of the recommendation system. The result of this research is the order of concentration recommendations that are suitable for the user based on the use of the Aggregate Function. The results of the tests that used on 30 users obtained 73.3% accuracy rate.

Abstract

Information technology has an important role in the business world. However, there are still companies that have not utilized information technology. PT. X is a construction company that still does all the work manually. This resulted in the emergence of problems in the company, among others: in obtaining information it takes longer time because the data contained in the company has not been integrated. Then, the possibility of problems from negligence committed by employees, such as there is data that is forgotten to be entered into the recording of company data. The Enterprise Resource Planning program was created to try to overcome the problems that occurred at PT. X. For that the platform chosen is Odoo because it has many advantages such as easy to configure and customize the module. To overcome the problems that exist in the company, a Critical Path Method (CPM) function is made to support the company's business processes in project management. To measure the success of the Odoo ERP program implementation, user satisfaction analysis was carried out using the Doll and Torkzadeh (1998) method. From the analysis of the implementation of the Odoo ERP program in the company, it can be concluded that the Odoo ERP program has a good impact on meeting company needs properly and quickly.

Abstract

Odoo is an open source based ERP application that has various modules that can be configured and customized. In this era of development, information technology has an important role in the business world. PT. X is a manufacturing company that has not utilized information technology to its full potential. This resulted in the emergence of problems in the company, among others: in obtaining information it takes longer time because the data contained in the company has not been integrated. The ERP program was created to try to overcome the problems that occurred at PT. X. Abstract

PT. Y is a distributor company that sells water heaters and several water heater accessories. The problem is that all sales and stock bookkeeping is still done manually via excel separately - excel data is separated so that there are often missing excel. The stock check process is also done manually by counting the items one by one within a certain time so that it takes a long time. Too much stock because they also want to buy items at low prices is also a problem. From the existing problems, PT. Y requires an administrative system that helps summarize sales and purchase data as well as methods in the form of Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Points to help PT. Y in preparing stock so as not to buy too much stock With the Inventory Control System that will be applied to PT. Y will help with the problem of miscalculation of excel data. Better stock management and purchase of goods with good calculations will help cost efficiency at PT. Y

Abstract

Kyuuden store is an online store that provides variety of electronics products especially games related. Kyuuden store sold in marketplace platform such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, OLX, and Blibli. The store currently storage or collecting data manually with Ms. Excel while there are a lot of data to manage which made the data management much more difficult. Not just managing data, Kyuuden store make sales in more than one marketplace platform which makes it also difficult and wasting more time to managing it. Based on those problems, it needed an omni-channel application that integrates data from multiple channels and can manage computerized all the business activity data. The integrated channels are offline channel, Shopee, and Tokopedia. This application programmed with PHP framework Codeigniter 3 and database phpmyadmin MySQL. This application has two access group such as owner and administrator. Final result of this research and application is that this application can integrating data, managing data, dan synchronizing data within all channels either online or offline. From the questionnaire result with the respondent, 75% user response that overall application could help the business process of Kyuuden store.

Abstract

CV.X is a wholesaler company that sells daily necessities. CV.X holds thousands of brands for the types of products sold. Currently, the company has a system that is still limited to desktop applications so that data is still processed manually before being entered into desktop applications. This can cause non-optimal performance in maximizing each salesperson as well as the human error factor that appears. In addition, the company also needs a system that can organize existing business processes, especially the sales side. The company also limited in terms of available reports and from the absence of an evaluation platform to analyze the performance of Key Performance Indicators from working salespersons. This causes the company to have no feedback to find out the measurements on the salesperson that affect its sales. The sales management system is made using a website base using the Codeigniter framework and a mobile application using the Flutter framework. This application can manage business processes related to sales more integrated. The C4.5 method is also used to overcome the grouping of available attributes. With this method, it helps to analyze the attributes with the greatest influence in influencing the achievement of performance in the salesperson. The end result of this program is the integration of business processes, especially sales, such as placing orders, shipping, submitting returns, sending and receiving returns and other processes. Users can also access existing reports in the form of table data and graphic data.

Abstract

Project management is the process of planning and controlling an ongoing project. Nowadays, a lot of companies started to divert their current systems into digital formed systems, which can be accessed anywhere, everywhere. PT. Rutan as a company that prioritizes innovation, plans to digitalize the current existing project management system. Until now, PT. Rutan has no active management system that controls the performance of the company’s employees, and almost everything was done manually. In this research, a mobile application and a website was designed and developed to assist PT. Rutan in project management. The framework which will be implemented in the mobile application is the Scrum framework. The usage of the Scrum framework has been proven to improve task monitoring, task assignment, project scheduling, and evaluating the project. Based on tests conducted using a questionnaire at the Department of Information and Technology of PT. Rutan, the mobile application and website that have been developed have successfully helped in organizing, managing, and controlling project tasks. Overall, the mobile application and website created were also given a very good score by the Department of Information and Technology of PT. Rutan.

Abstract

Instagram is the fourth most used social media in terms of the number of active users. Currently, many people are trying to increase the number of followers for other reasons such as gaining fame or wanting to be famous and trustworthy by people because they have a large number of followers. Therefore, people create fake accounts that are used to increase the number of their followers and also as a place to commit crimes such as fraud and cyberbullying. Such flexibility and spread of use has made Instagram a platform used for the proliferation of fake accounts. In this research, a website based application was designed that can detect accounts on Instagram whether they are fake or real accounts. The detection is carried out using machine learning with the Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest and Adaptive Boosting methods to detect fake or real accounts on Instagram. The method used is compared to its performance to find which method is the most appropriate in detecting fake or real accounts on Instagram. The use of k-fold cross validation is used to prevent overfitting in machine learning. Based on the tests that have been carried out, that AdaBoost can be used for account classification on Instagram with an accuracy of 92.5%, Random Forest 91.7%, Support Vector Machine 90.7% and Naïve Bayes 83.6%.

Abstract

CV X is a human resource management consulting company serving personnel management services such as recruitment, assessment, making company policies, and making employment agreements. So far, all business processes are still done manually including the employee recruitment process. Based on the existing problems, this research will create a Decision Support System for Employee Recruitment based on Recruitment Test Results with Fuzzy AHP and Profile Matching Methods. The system is expected to optimize the efficiency of the recruitment process at CV X Human Resource Management Consultant. The results show that the system can help calculate candidate rankings with an accuracy of 83.975% when compared to manual ranking results. In addition, the system can also help reduce the influence of assessor subjectivity on ranking results.
