Abstract

Recent years was a magnificent evolution of the digital world. Some phenomenon comes from social media which drive the new ways of communication between a companies with their consumers. Often, they (companies) hired an influencer on social media to advertise their product. This study was designed to analyse the impact of social media influencer and brand image on consumer’s purchase intentions. Female with millennial ages (15-34 years old) and living around Jakarta city were participated in this research using structured questionnaire. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyse the data collection. The result of this study hammering the current believes that it is true the medial social influencer has a significant impact on building the brand images, and it has positive correlation. But based on the study, using social media influencers to influence consumer’s purchase intention was not giving a significant impact. It will help the brand to build a perceived image on consumer’s minds then the brand image was driving their consideration to purchase.

Abstract

Electronic prescribing is highly useful for hospitals to reduce the error level of prescribing medicine to patients. Currently, a large number of prescribing errors are made by doctors to patients; however, there are also patients who are disobedient to prescriptions made by doctors. This research aims to evaluate whether the prescription information system at Ananda Bekasi Hospital can be evaluated to be successful and has a positive impact on the performance of doctors to patients. The study was conducted on the success of integrated prescribing information system at Ananda Bekasi Hospital using the theoretical framework of DeLone & McLean’s information system model. Data processing was conductedby using SEM-PLS method. Aspects of technology analyzed in determining prescription information systems include system quality, information quality, service quality, usage intention, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Referring to the technological aspects, the research results on prescribing information system are as follow: information quality influences the usage intention and user satisfaction, and usage intention and user satisfaction influence the net/benefit. Hence, the results of the research show that the information system success model of DeLone and McLean is not fully proven empirically to be successful in the prescibing information system in Ananda Bekasi Hospital.Keywords: DeLone & McLean, Information System Success, user satisfaction, prescribing information systems, SEM-PLS

Abstract

Increasing competition of construction business in Indonesia forces PT Tri Manunggal Karya (PT TMK) to innovate to survive in the construction industry. One way is by having a competitive strategy for its business development. As a holding company, a proper strategy is highly required by PT TMK to open up market opportunities for the company and its subsidiaries and to avoid the risk of business failure and financial losses. This study aims to analyze internal and external factors and analyze the priority strategies for PT TMK development. The analytical methods used were Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Analysis, External Factor Evaluation (IFE) Analysis, Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats (SWOT) Analysis, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Analysis. The result shows that the external condition of PT TMK is in a high position in responding to opportunities and threats. Its internal figures are in a strong stand in utilizing strengths and overcoming its weaknesses. Opportunity in the company's industry can be concluded because infrastructure development and competent human resources are still limited in the Eastern parts of Indonesia. The threats are post-pandemic conditions and fast-growing construction technology. The result of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) shows the strategy of acquiring new business units is considered as the main priorities, followed by expansion out of Java Island.
